My game keeps freezing in the wings of desire in the (Search for the Elder Scroll) objective every time I go through the fireplace secret door and the gargoyles spawn. My game freezes sometimes after bearly landing a hit or two on the first gargoyle and sometimes after killing all three, but always freezes before going up the stairs beyond the gargoyles

no i dont  have any mod edits area for soom reason i need to us fly mod to get on top then the  stared dilogi opti appar and the  mod work after running from last normal save thad was long  way off.  and i my have other proplem FHU becous the follow woman try to force FHU all the time to i need to set some seting her stop doing it it ofthen bug her out

I see you have a heavily modded Skyrim. Given that, I would expect a possible crash like this.

Elk and Deer use the same SL animation sets typically. I assume only SL Achievements makes use of the race difference. Still a stag party, right?  Could had used the scale attributes  to make a deer bigger... Anyway, People who use SL Achievements can always change the race like I suggested and the mod still works (tested that and works without a hitch).

If you run after that kind of achievement and struggle to approach one creature you can use the mod "one with nature" .

 

It will give you the opportunity to set every creature behaviour around PC and chose if they are friendly shy afraid or hostile.

 

Everything is managed with a very short and fast MCM. 

 

Hope it would help some users.

 

Very usefull for those that would like to play a druid or dryad that have sex with creature or want the animals to come rescue them when they are in danger.

If you mean the very first conversation with Tirwin in the Bannered Mare, try:  setstage VAR_MainQuest 20

soo i i end find 2 bug thad perma bug  one is the fireplace door in elder scroll part of quest and nother one is try to  exit the end of past event where every time serena hit spell on her mom and game shotdown i try mutl way but i cant get past it ifen type var_gargoyle 320 sey enter portal but no portal and try ifen 350 to go futer but stuck in past becous portal dont open up is there commands to make portal open?

- The CTD when Serana casts a spell on Valeric is quite strange (probably some conflict with other mods).

 

To open portal (Stage 320)

 

xx it's your modorder. You can click on Serana, Valerica or Tirwin to get first 2 number modorder for Animal_Research. 

 

Open console and type:

prid xxEC8F9C

 

and next is:

enable

when i pull the lever the door stays close i see animation but there no door to enter , and question thos it us the elder scroll effect from dawnguard (i got soom strange proplem thad when ifen core game with out mods dawnguards elder scroll open with priest make my game crash and all thos year)

soo i try opening concole and type prid xxEC8F9C and i keep get this line. not found parameters ObjectReferenesID and i did it on all 3 woman and it not serene casting it when somting happens to valaeric is she opening portal not when serna cast it

- The fireplace has ‘two’ levers, one on each side of the fireplace

- Read my instructions again. You need to replace xx with the modorder where Animal Research is located. So yopu can't type xxEC8F9C but for example (for me), it will be 20EC8F9C.

I don't know, but he also has a new project (not released yet) and he'll probably want to work on that, and there's another project being developed from scratch (part of it is done, but it's a long way from release). In short, I don't know which mod he'll take on.
