Yes, BT4 should still support the BT3 sliders, but updating the data to include the new additions is on my to do list.

Here are the full BT4 translation  and slider files.

Thanks! That's a huge help. Out of curiosity, what method did you use to extract them? I'm struggling to diff them directly against the ones that were included in the final version of ZBG (what I copied into ZIGS), and may resort to normalizing both versions in order to more easily compare, but if there's a convenient means of extracting them from the BodySlide files I can switch to doing that for both BT and FG for efficiency and correctness.

I used the BodyTalk.xml that is in the BodyTalk v4.0.1  Tools\BodySlide\SliderCategories folder.

Thanks again. I'll probably whip up a quick utility in Python to generate the LM JSONs from the BS XMLs and pull directly from both BT and FG consistently for the next ZIGS release (I'll make the script available too in case anybody else needs to run it in the future).

That's an interesting mod.

Seems like the sliders work only on PC, not on companions.

What's not working for you with companions? What outfits are they wearing and did you build them with morphs in BodySlide? Did you test them naked (without clothes) and did you build the base bodies in BodySlide too? Are you having trouble with females (Fusion Girl), males (BodyTalk), or both? Is the problem just when wearing certain outfits? Does your companion maybe come from a mod and use a custom body, or is it a vanilla game/DLC companion?

ZIGS should work with females and males alike, whether the player character or NPCs (including companions).

I was testing it on Heather, actually.

Ivy and vanilla companions work fine.

They were naked, yea.

I'm not familiar with Heather, but chances are she uses a custom body, maybe CBBE-based. If you're using Fusion Girl as your normal body replacer, you may need to hunt down an FG conversion for Heather and/or her outfits, and make sure to build those in BodySlide (with morphs) if they're custom outfits.

Here's another set of files. I forgot to use a TAB as a delimiter in the translation file and had a couple of typos in the sliders file. I hope I got it right this time. Let me know.

Where did you obtain the slider minimum, maximum and interval values for each slider? Or are they just guesses?

Edit: Never mind. It looks like the BT sliders all use minimum=0.0 maximum=1.0 and the FG sliders all use minimum=-2.5 maximum=2.5, both bodies set interval=0.01 for all sliders. I had never noticed that before.

2.0.0 (2026-04-12)

  • Completely regenerated sliders and corresponding English translations based on BodySlide SliderCategories XML files from the latest BodyTalk and Fusion Girl versions.
  • All the new BodyTalk v4 sliders are fully supported.
  • Slider ordering now matches the grouped order from BodySlide.
  • Translation placeholder identifiers have changed, so third-party translations into other languages will need to be updated accordingly.
  • A Python script for generating these files is included in the mod archive for posterity, but does not get installed automatically.

For some reason, these aren't showing up in my game. Neither the PC nor companions have sliders to adjust.  Please help.

What game version and what F4SE and LooksMenu versions are you on? If you updated to FO4 1.11.221 recently, you'll need F4SE 0.7.8 and LM 1.7.0.3. If you're on an older game version you'll need to install the appropriate F4SE and LM versions that correspond to it. Checking your f4se.log for errors can help track down what's gone wrong.

I am using FOSE 7.8, game version 1.11.221, and LM 1.7.03.  I disabled all of my mods last night except for LooksMenu and the problem persists, so the problem must be with LooksMenu.

EDIT:

The problem was me.  I tried to disable BodyGen as it was making everyone super fat, and i disabled the line bEnable=1 because i'm an idiot.

[BodyMorph]
; Enables loading of tri files and morphing meshes
bEnable=1
bEnableBodyGen=0 ; Enables loading bodygen files to randomize actor sliders
