I've finshed the mos with a brand new, not-yet-dragonborn character and it all worked just fine.  The only criticism I have are about the discription.  Please put something in the discription about the armor mod required.

 

I dont think their are any required armors.  Everything needed was already listed in the requirements section of the download page.

When I installed APPS with NMM the installer asked weather I had "Gatti Bondage Type 1" armor for CBBE or a similar UNP armor.  The chechboxes were under the heading "Needed clothes".  Unless I misunderstood and it was asking which armor I wanted it to put in.

The installer comes with the clothe meshes and textures.

So this step is only to choose the clothings for the body type you use.

 

My english may be bad, but i thought "installs XXX" in the description field would make it clear that it installs the clothes.

New post for a status update:

  • Parts of the framework are almost far enough to do some alpha testing.
  • Atm we think about creating a test mod, so all our dear players get finally something to fiddle around with and to test parts of the relationship functions.
  • The SkyUi elements have proven to be more tricky then i thought, but are close to be done too.
  • New plans involve creating a new SKSE plugin, to lay out some stuff that is putting stress on the Papyrus engine. As some of this involves stuff i prever to avoid, this is still in it's beginnings.
  • Big portions of dialogue for the first parts of the main quest has been finished.
  • New side and mini quests have been created (only on paper for now) and will be tied into the parts of the main story that we already created.
  • Additional help was found for creating dialogue for the females and in this case the female dialogue is no longer created by men (aka us). ^^

 

Now that everyone knows that we simulate relations (only PC <-> NPC, no NPC <-> NPC), feel free to ask questions and make suggestions because when we think we're done with it, we won't return to it if we don't have to.

 

Yes, progress is slowed down as real life keeps us busy these day, but progress is made nontheless and this mod is everything else then dead.

We simply need to avoid stress from our girls and we need some time off the project too. My time off involves Thief 4 and limiting my time on the PC to avoid more stress in rl.

But we're still progressing, just slower then before.

I'd be more than happy to test (don't use then when you mean than).  I start a new character often, sometimes twice a week, so I have no old character to worry about losing because of a glitch.

We are not looking for testers yet. If the framework is ready to be tested, then it will be announced here. What we would like to hear are suggestion what you would like to see in such a relationship framework.

i love Monty Phyton movies. :D

 

But we are actually glad to have help with the female dislogues, as the way we would create them would miss the feminine touch.
Not to mention that she helps us developing side quests and other stuff, especially one special background story for a very special NPC. ;)

Hey,

 

With regard to relationships, it would be nice to track the pride the character has for themselves and the respect the NPC has for the character independently.  That way it's possible to write one dialog but with many variations depending on these two variables.  Respect can change quickly so the player sees a noticeable change in NPC behavior between the beginning and end of a quest, but pride changes slowly.  Arousal is already tracked, so with 4 different levels of respect, pride, PC arousal, and NPC arousal, that's already 256 different dialogues and would anyone really want to write more than that?

We might be able to incorporate something similar with what we already got.
But thanks for the idea. We'll do some brainstorming over it, but having to create (this much) additional dialogue will have a big influence on our final decission because we already got a hell lot of dialogue ... which has to be translated into english ... which will be a pain in the ass. -.-

Anyhow: Our momentary goals already include the spouse in one way and another, just not this detailed and more for immersion purposes ... and maybe something else i can't talk about at this point of the development. ^^

Help wanted!

 

Even tho we have some ideas for quests, help creating new quests is always welcome.
At the moment we try to think up some not-so-serious quests that are still lore friendly but aside from a few ideas there's not much at this point yet.
So if you think you got an idea, feel free to share it with us and this way helping us speed up the brainstorming process.

 

The idea can, but don't has to, include the sex fetishes this mod will cover. This excludes bestiality or anything alike.

BDSM, slavery, prostitution, romance and such are OK. Anything else will be covered by bonus scenes, that seperate itself from the story of APPS.

ideas that exclude sex and maybe even erotic are appriciated as well, as there will be more then enough opportunities to engage in virtual sex.

 

 

TL;DR:
Suggestions for the relationship framework and for quests (especially not so serious ones) are highly appriciated.

A quest where the player hasn't been 'working' hard enough - the owner has them blindfolded, gagged, and locked into stocks, and NPC's line up for the 'one day sale'.

That's not really a quest, just the aftermath of the actions the player took, running technically as a quest.
i meant more the kind of quest that follows a little story, even if it's just "Go to X", "Get item Y" and "Bring it to person Z".

A small quest idea:

 

(to help explain why every female in town seems to have one) you are tasked with going to get/find/steal a strap-on that "will please the wearer" or something, a prototype, something along those lines

 

then you have to convince someone, Adrianne maybe, to make them so that they can be sold

 

complications might include - a need for rare-ish materials you would have to provide, at least until the whole thing starts making a profit

                                            - needing to convince the Jarl or his kin or someone that making strap-ons instead of swords for the imperial troops is ok

                                            - persuading the Dibellan sisters to give the thing their blessing, or the Vigilants that they are not, in fact, daedric toys

                                            - others seeking the same thing (research in Skyrim is quite a cut-throat thing)

                                            - other (you have rich imaginations from what I've seen)

 

Alternately, the quest could be to find, recover, etc an ancient dwemer erotic artifact that works on "harmonics" akin to the vibrating plugs in DD maybe, but with some unique difference. This one, seems to me, to be a good one to use the White Phial quest as a sort of model for, where you may go, do everything, and still find, in the end, that the thing doesn't work, or something along those lines. Not every adventure has to be a win for the PC imo.

 

Very sketchy, for which I apologize, but enough, I hope, that you can get the idea then decide what to do with it.

Lets say one wanted to make a side quest where you have the option to free a slave girl being escorted on the road.  I could write 3 different introductions depending on whether the leader has no opinion, respect, or a lack of respect for the player.  Maybe he starts with the respect variable at 0 and if respect is between -10 and 10 this makes his intro dialogue one where he challenges the player to a brawl.  You win and set the respect to +50 and now the intro is them cowering and they give you the slave if you ask.  You lose and he rapes the PC, there is already a mod with that script, and that sets the  respect to -50 and now he laments the power of the voice being given to such a weak cunt.  If the PC had been raping everything from winterhold to whiterun up until that point, in the later case her responses could vary from telling them off to going into a rage and cooking them all with spells, which provides some continuity in the player behavior.  

 

I found it weird they didn't include disposition in Skyrim like they did in oblivion.  I mean the persuasion minigame was dumb as fuck but it seems like you guys are adding something kind of similar.

 

Anyway, I will go back to lurking now.

It was dragonborn aware, accepted some dance requests and one sex request to avoid Hulda loop.

 

Well, yet another reason to give an archer a try .. a female one  :P

complications might include - a need for rare-ish materials you would have to provide, at least until the whole thing starts making a profit

                                            - needing to convince the Jarl or his kin or someone that making strap-ons instead of swords for the imperial troops is ok

                                            - persuading the Dibellan sisters to give the thing their blessing, or the Vigilants that they are not, in fact, daedric toys

                                            - others seeking the same thing (research in Skyrim is quite a cut-throat thing)

                                            - other (you have rich imaginations from what I've seen)

 

Alternately, the quest could be to find, recover, etc an ancient dwemer erotic artifact that works on "harmonics" akin to the vibrating plugs in DD maybe, but with some unique difference. This one, seems to me, to be a good one to use the White Phial quest as a sort of model for, where you may go, do everything, and still find, in the end, that the thing doesn't work, or something along those lines. Not every adventure has to be a win for the PC imo.

i already understood you. But like i said, we already got something similar that we would use instead and the additional dialogue is actually the main factor when deciding for stuff like this.

But having all those details and ideas from you, we'll do some brainstorming about it and see what we can come up with.

Creating quests is all about compromisses.

The next version will run based on a framework, so what i wrote back then is even more true now. ^^

I've found a bug at the end of the day in the tavern. I talk to Hulda after finishing a full shift, and during the dialog where she mentions about your performance and everything, right after "One last question: Did my guests treat you well or did you have any problems?" the chat box closes. Quest does not update, and actually says I quit early.

 

Also, this mod causes a substantial amount of slowdown on my configuration. I used ModOrganizer with a SexLab-related only profile, and the slowdowns are in both FNIS (when updating behavior) and Skyrim proper (all load screens, heavy stuttering on entering a new area, mild stuttering consistently). There's something serious going on here if it's that big of a deal for MO to handle your mod.

 

EDIT: Just did a double check, just disabling your mod in MO removes the slowdowns entirely. It doesn't need to be removed, just disabled in the left pane.

I misread part of this line as "making strap-ons for the imperial troops", which is hillarious, but still wrong.  And now I can't stop imagining Imperial legionaires charging into battle with big black rubber cocks in hand.  Anyway, I'm got a new set of sexy armor to run around in, so it's all good.

And to me it still sounds like "Let's make dildos and equip our troops with them, we got enough weapons.". ^^

Your idea sounds good, but it doesn't really fit into our concept though we discussed it and we might implement it in one way or another.

Hey, this might be worth mentioning.

 

There is a kickstarter for porn called offbeatr and a text based game just got nearly $200k in funding.  The site for that game has about the same number of users as this particular subforum so roughly speaking one could potentially expect about the same amount of funding.  That's probably enough to buy professional microphones and mail them around to collect voice acting samples with a bit left over for some user requests.

 

I'm not sure how much they skim off the top.

This is not possible because of the license agreement from the CK prohibits such actions. Every mod created with the CK is property of Bethesda.
