Please, someone, solve this problem.

I'm going crazy because nothing works no matter what means I use.

The length of the neck increases and then returns to normal, and strange, bright colors continue to appear on the neck.

The source of this mod is Monsoon's Hiyuki Mod.

i used Woju Fix but there are still some minor issues with the characters Lynae and Iuno. Does anyone know how to fix them or can guide me on how to fix them?image.png.9b4a69f82e07c45a735c2f770d6acd83.pngimage.png.bfa64209ce62540126a59322d427747e.png

fix just for the Lynae mod

open  mod.ini and search [CommandListTriggerResourceOverrides], then add ps-t8 and ps-t9, after that the section looks like:

[CommandListTriggerResourceOverrides]
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t0
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t1
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t2
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t3
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t4
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t5
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t6
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t7
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t8
CheckTextureOverride = ps-t9
CheckTextureOverride = vs-cb3
CheckTextureOverride = vs-cb4

Do yall find Rabbit to be better at 8.0 or 7.5??

I still have it at 8.0

8 introduced TSR, so 8.

As a little bit of clarity, I made a pretty big misunderstanding on just how big of a difference TSR is compared to Stable Textures. On the user end, it may seem identical, but the backend changes are really big and really cool, so yeah without a doubt 8.0/8.1 'cus I very much like the direction TSR is going.

Also a little return to normalcy now that I've finally finished updating all my mods (It took over a week of near non-stop mind-crushingly mundane work over hundreds of mods) here's a Rebecca mod I rewrote the toggles for to improve efficiency.

Yes this mod is already fully available on Huihui, but the ini made me want to vomit a little and the controls just weren't clicking well for me so I rewrote them to suit my tastes.

Unlike the yyzj mods, I don't think this is actually a meaningful upgrade over the original, so you can just treat this like I updated the mod for you.

On the subject of updates, of course I'm going to be using TSR for every mod going forward, but I know there are people here who refuse to use RabbitFX so when I post modified mods, I'll avoid using it when possible.

I'd love nothing more than to finally call the job done, after over 2 weeks of nearly nothing but mod work, but unfortunately I still have a backlog of mods to process. Yaaaaaaaaaaaay...

Could someone help me with this problem? The textures in this Cantarella mod break when I enter combat (when I start attacking). This only happens with this mod. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Man miss me with these fucking Lucilla toggle mods, they take 12 billion years to work on

Yada yada this took half a day 'cus not only is it technically 4 mods in 1, but this one happened to be the most complicated yyzj mod for me to re-write to date, so y'know, compounding effect and suddenly I've spent half my day on a single mod and you know the funny thing? The other half of the day was spent on that Rebecca mod! I'm my own worst enemy.

I hate to disappoint, the mod requires RabbitFX. I used the "fixed" version as a base and yyzj had already applied slot based texture loading and nuked the texture hashes, so my only logical choice was to swap to RabbitFX to avoid texture leaks.

It is what it is.

Since yyzj would sooner draw 25 cards than have efficient UV usage, the ult form clothes had to be done using entirely separate textures which means the 70 textures that come to 900mbs got doubled to 140 textures at nearly 2 gigs for the whole mod.

The Chinese modder calling card special! "What the fuck is space efficiency?!"

As a result, I can't just upload it here, it's instead taking half a gig of my very limited space on my drive.

When I used Moonholder's V3.5.0 fix to repair the hiyuki mod from slap, it ended up like this. I can't see hiyuki, she turned into polygons and keeps flashing, even after I used slap's repair tool.ebef5c3a-40e3-42d8-9d5e-5e831d10e5b3.png.62b1651288a2953c40240064be93c1e2.png

When the camera is zoomed out, the mod temporarily stops working. Do you have a way to fix this problem?

Thank yous so much

Screenshot 2026-07-22 180826.png

That's the mesh LoD issue.

You solve that, or at least attempt to solve that, by increasing your FoV value in XXMI settings

165 is the default, increase the value until you get a number that works for you.

Thanks for the share. Will you also be updating echoes sometime in the future?

@IncogACC

Finally fixed that mod!

In the folder there is a DDS, all black square.

[ResourceTextureC3tex]

filename = Textures/ef5edd1b-R8_UNORM.dds

And it turns out to be a materialmap, has to be placed in component 4! OH MY GOD

(Yes, it's even named C3tex)

And the other JPG one, that had captured all my attention, now seemed like a complete decoy.:'(

I don't know.

On the one hand, I don't want to frame dump echoes just for them to break in a future update, I'd much rather use TSR or at least direct slot replacement to handle textures instead, but that comes with downsides that I don't have good answers for. TSR doesn't work on non-character mods 'cus the regex isn't built for it I guess and direct slot replacement has the issue of slots literally changing between scenes, so if I setup the slots inside the character menu, the mod will look fine then but will break when on field or something.

Since I can't work a solution that satisfies my want for stability, I just don't have the motivation to deal with them right now.

It's on my list of shit to do, but it's low priority, I've got more important shit to do right now.

The more you play around with mods, the more you realise that there aren't as many iron-clad rules as you expected and that plenty of modders don't actually know what they're doing and just play it loose with cope fixes and random bullshit that you're stuck cleaning up for them after the face.

Things that don't fit the standard naming conventions or layouts become suspicious points that end up being the solution to problems, if something doesn't work then more often than not, the best thing to do is just to try random textures until you get something that works.

(Random as in educated guess, don't go loading a diffuse to a materialmap and expect it to work.)

The act of fixing, updating or otherwise modifying mods is a constant learning process, you get used to it. Glad it's working now.
