Based on you saying that the texture appears to be complete, I'm going to assume the latter, in which case it's impossible to do without reversing the mod into blender and filling the hole manually and exporting which is NOT something I can do.

There you go the mod. I've added the TSR too, I'm still messing around with drawindex, so codes are bit messy.
Yes, i guess author cut the nipples part to avoid clipping.
