I guess I should've realized since their Yangyang SP mod worked most of the time but it did stop working one time so I assumed it was still a problem. If you could get around to looking at that too that would be great (whenever that ends up being) but it is a Denia mod so I wouldn't blame you if you dropped it for your own sanity lol I'll look into fixing it myself in the meantime, thanks for letting me know about shapekeys being fixed! I'm sorry, this one is on me, I forgot that the reason the Denia mod "broke" was because it literally didn't have shapekeys to begin with. In my mind I just remember that Denia wasn't working and conflated her break with the original 3.3 Shapekey issue, so the mod is fundamentally broken. or at least the GB version is. I don't have access to a "completed" version of the mod to work on, but I imagine that'd have the shapekeys working properly otherwise Kongxinrumeng would literally be selling broken trash... which is in character to be fair. Without that completed version though, there's nothing I can do to fix Denia fully. I've yet to check the Lucilla mod, no idea if it has the same deficiency or not. Honestly though, the amount of effort it would take to actually sync shapekey states across the different forms is more effort than these mods are worth, so I'm gonna ask you if I can just give up on dealing with Lucilla and Denia's kong mods, for the sake of my sanity.

IncogACC Posted yesterday at 11:58 AM Posted yesterday at 11:58 AM 16.5mb for a whole Lucilla mod?! Man I wish the other communities could optimise like some of the Korean modders do, like 90% of mods with properly optimised textures come from Arca it's crazy, not that they don't exist on our side as well, but they're few and far between. Fun fact: 70-90% of the textures collected in a frame dump are useless textures that don't need to be replaced and yet they get included in mods anyway. All you need for each component is a diffuse, lightmap and normalmap. 3.X characters add materialmaps to that list and Hiyuki adds a Cutoutmap as well, so she's fairly loaded, but if you load your custom body onto a single component and make good use of your UV space, you can get a mod down to only needing 3-5 textures. If you're not modding the hair, you don't need to include hair textures, if you're not modding the face, you don't need to include the face texture, if you're not modding default parts of the outfit, then you don't need to include those comp textures and yet basically everyone does because that's the default settings from WWMI tools. Basically, 99% of your mods are pointlessly inefficient because a lack of awareness/laziness. It's nowhere near to the point that you should panic or worry about optimising things yourself, but if you are pushing the limits on performance, then it's something to consider. What these arca lads are doing is looking at the dump and picking out ONLY the absolutely necessary textures they need, then they toss all the extra bullshit. It weights WAY less and it runs faster 'cus there are less TextureOverrides running checks every frame and less resources being loaded into your VRAM. It's extra work and I respect the fuck outta any modder who goes to the effort. Toggles: 9 Up - Hat Left - Top Right - Navel piercing Alt Up - Glasses Alt Left - Bikini top Alt Right - Bracelet Ctrl Up - Earrings Ctrl Left - Bikini bottom Ctrl Right - Sandals Sorry to ramble so much, it just warms my cold dead heart to see modders who care a little y'know? Arca gets a bad rep on this side of the community, but I appreciate them existing. Summertime Waves.rar 4

IncogACC Posted yesterday at 12:19 PM Posted yesterday at 12:19 PM Education so people can maybe stop asking the same fucking thing 90 billion times. (No one is gonna read this anyway) There are TWO kinds of LoDs (that we care about), MESH LoDs and TEXTURE LoDs. MESH LoD breaks are what happens when the ENTIRE mod suddenly stops working when you pull the camera back, it breaks because the Component hash that your mod is using to load the model hash changed to a different, lower, level of detail (LoD). WWMI modding works by forcing high LoDs for characters at all times so the LoD hash stays consistent, we do that via engine.ini. Play on Ultra high LoD bias to force the high LoD model for the greatest distance and increase LoD base FoV in XXMI settings, Just keep cranking it up until you notice some kind of change and tune from there. TEXTURE LoD breaks are what happens when the textures suddenly break but the model itself is still modded, which is what most of you are dealing with in 3.5. It breaks for the same reason as MESH LoDs, the camera pulls back and swaps to a lower detail texture to save on resources and that comes with a new hash. As of 3.5, there hasn't been a proper solution for forcing TEXTURE LoDs, so the workaround is to either mod ALL TEXTURE LoD hashes which is what Moonholder's fix attempts to do with derivative hashes, OR use TSR/StableTextures/RabbitFX to bypass the need for texture hashes completely. You can try adding "r.Streaming.HiddenPrimitiveScale=40" to the [SystemSettings] section in engine.ini, but it's a cope solution that won't work in heavily texture-dense places like Startorch academy and Mengzhou and is fairly resource heavy, you're better off using Moonholder fix with derivative textures included, or TSR if you know what you're doing. 4 minutes ago, eightballblaze said: been having this issue since the update, cant seem to fix the mods if they are further then 10m, even if this setting is set to 160 or 170 on the XXMI, any help? 170 ain't that much of a change so I'd try cranking it some more, maybe increments of 10 or so until you notice something change, then tune it from there. It could also be graphics settings related, so try with different LoD settings and see if that's affecting things or not. You can also try tweaking mesh LoD offset in XXMI settings between -1 and -12 and see what sort of effect that has. The thing is about LoD settings is that there's no "one size fits all" solution because you don't have the same PC that I or anyone else does, you have to sus this shit out yourself by tweaking the dials until you have a feeling for what they can do for you. The default settings are designed to cast as wide a net as possible, but for the edge cases it really is just a matter of trial and error until you get something that works. I'm afraid I can't give you your satisfactory perfect solution, that's the nature of modding, sometimes you gotta get off your arse and do it yourself. 7

Been trying to fix this for a few days, Tried all the setting Moonson post, a fe pages back recommended , like the "r.Streaming.HiddenPrimitiveScale" Part, even added the Rabit effect to test if that worked but only thing that did was make everything laggy and never changed anything, only "change" it made was it allowed your Lucilla mod to work but thats pretty much it. currently have Max LOD Baised on, Someone recommened using "r.RayTracing.LoadConfig=0", this fixed a few things within the mods itself, still have some characters Legs not working but this might be the same issue as the LOD, these are my settings at the moment: With Most mods working, Except some of the newer characters having one or to missing bad hash so it makes some textures look weird, like the Legs even after using moonson patch. No idea what the issue could be as I have LOD setting to max, tried putting the game to the highest setting it can go, computer cant handle it but wanted to see if it fixed the issue but no, still didn't work, so am running out of ideas... Edit: Tried LOD FOV at 300 and it makes the 10m limit to about 20/25m limit, so does this mean its working? still not fixed the legs so that might not be due to LOD... lol Edit: Set the LOD FOV to 400 and it fixed it to at least to the value of wondering around, Does anyone know how far the camera zooms out for the new boss room? Got it currently rendering upto about 60m? feels like Rover has a strip spell now though lol Still have the loading issues though so hasn't fixed all the issues i had but am tired of trying to fix this... maybe the WWXI or something is not fully updated yet and am doing all this for no reason and soon find out there's a easeir way to fix everything lol XD Edited yesterday at 01:28 PM by eightballblaze

Mesh LoDs are tied to Mesh LoD offset and Base FoV, nothing else. If you're noticing success with increasing FoV, then keep going, that's the dial which is most directly responsible for stabilising LoDs. I'm curious as to why your system seems to require a much larger number, but that doesn't matter as long as you have a solution that's doing some amount of good. I'd just keep increasing that FoV even further, 350, 400, whatever it takes to reach a point where zooming out doesn't cause your mods to stop loading. Get to a point where mods are actually working, THEN you can be concerned about the performance implications, work backwards from a working state rather than trying to balance both performance and function at the same time. If you're using Moonholder fix with derivative hashes, then you can probably lower your texture boost setting back down to 20, but that's related to TEXTURE LoDs and the issue at hand is MESH LoDs so again, one thing at a time. 1

I know it's a huge request, but you seem so professional with mods ^^ (if it will take you a lot of time to fix then you can skip F Rover) Sorry if I'm being too greedy here 🥹 [DaisyMeow] Rover Cheongsam.zip Cantarella Demon Jellyfish.zip JinhsiPeachB-BottomHeavy(NSFW).zip SaiketsubanaTsubaki.zip

What is the purpose of RabbitFX? I'm asking because RabbitFX is the single MOST misunderstood mod in all of WuWa. If you go under the post and look at the comments, there are SO many posts that say completely unrelated things like "This doesn't fix my mods, this broke this mod, textures are still broken," as if RabbitFX is some kind of fix tool. RabbitFX IS NOT A FUCKING FIX TOOL RabbitFX is a library and de-censor utility. On its own, the ONLY thing RabbitFX will do is remove the transparency filter. RabbitFX has the capacity to fix textures via TSR, but that's not something it just does automatically, it has to be applied to mods. So when you say something like "even added the Rabit effect to test if that worked but only thing that did was make everything laggy and never changed anything," I can't help but wonder what you expected RabbitFX to do for you in that moment? Because again, RabbitFX ONLY removes the transparency filter unless you explicitly TELL RabbitFX to do something else. It's not "just a mod," it's a modding library. Mod libraries don't do anything on their own, they're resources that other mods can tap into in order to gain the libraries functions, like glow effects, cutout effects and TSR. So yeah if you just throw RabbitFX in your mods folder, nothing is gonna happen other than the de-censor part of the mod and that is what's causing the lag. I could explain exactly why the de-censor causes the lag, but CaveRabbit ALREADY explains it ON the mod page, it's just that fucking NOBODY reads it. Anyway, I'm not trying to say "YOU MUST USE RABBITFX" or anything, I totally respect your choice to not use it since it's just a fact that it causes lag unfortunately, I just want to clear up any misunderstandings about what RabbitFX is actually meant to do. 2 minutes ago, eightballblaze said: So 400, might decrease later, did fix the issue, whats with all the recommendations for changing everything like the streaming settings then, got to have this active, have this line in the settings ini, etc, do they things do anything to help in this case or is it just nosense?? WuWa keeps changing the way that engine.ini works basically every update now, so XXMI launcher has to change each time to adapt to it and thus the importance and effectiveness of those various settings will keep changing. Not all the settings do the same thing, they don't all apply to the same parts of the modding process and some of them only exist for extremely specific edge cases like "minimal boost" and "Texture pool size". Game development is like sailing in a stormy sea, the game updates are the waves and it's up to the devs (Spectrum) to navigate those waves. Everything is very reactive and there's next to no stability, that is the game we play, you have to accept and understand that. XXMI's default settings are tailored towards an average, the point of the default/recommended settings is that they work for like 95% of players, you said your PC is old and barely runs the game so you aren't part of that average, you are part of the 5% of extreme cases where the default/recommended settings don't apply. Due to the nature of modding, there's no such thing as a "one size fits all" setup that can account for literally any PC setup, that's impossible, so the best Spectrum can do is make the default settings work for 95% of users and leave the settings adjustable so that last 5%, which includes you, can alter the settings as needed. 2 minutes ago, eightballblaze said: Side note, could you please help fix the newer characters like Denia and mornye, newest characters like Lucy is fine so it seems to be characters from the previous updates that's a little texture broken for me XD Also, thank you for all your help, sorry if it wasted your time but you have been extremely helpful to this forum XD If you post the mods and tell me what's wrong then maybe I can fix them, it depends on what kind of broken they are. 3

IncogACC Posted yesterday at 04:40 PM Posted yesterday at 04:40 PM (edited) Hello, this is a public service announcement! I have been doing nothing but fixing mods for over 2 weeks, many of which have directly benefitted several of you. I've MORE than paid my fair share, so is it too much to ask for a little consideration now? I still have like 14 mods in my backlog to get through, multiple of which might end up here, so instead of looking at me like I'm some kind of free fucking utility you can call on at your convenience to fix your menial problems because you can't be fucked to read or think for more than 2 seconds, consider letting me have a break so I can do literally ANYTHING else in my life. Thank you for your time and consideration. I've forgotten what it's like to feel normal and I can't sleep without mod fixing invading my dreams! My mental state is complete secure and healthy God these emojis fucking suck 1 hour ago, Scarecrow03 said: Any examples? I dont know how much to change per restart test. I dont know if changing 10 per restart is enough to see a difference or 100 per restart Eightball had to go to 400 to get something that worked for him, try a drastic jump like +100 and if that solves the issue, work backwards from there. If it doesn't solve the issue, then you know that you'll need to increment in pretty drastic jumps and can go from there. 2 hours ago, eightballblaze said: This makes more sense, Got a mod that stops the Transparency so maybe thats why i never saw a change lol How you know if a mod uses the Rabbit Library and is the moonson stable patch the same Library as the Rabbit? Well, the modder will say something like "Requires RabbitFX" in the post, or the mod ini will have "RabbitFX" somewhere inside it. Literally just open the ini, press Ctrl + F and search RabbitFX, if nothing comes up then the mod doesn't need it. You're clearly misunderstanding what a "library" is in this context, that's my bad. A "library" means collection of "commands" that other mods can access remotely. Think of it like this, IRL, let's say you want to print a picture, but you don't have a printer in your house. You have 2 options: Option 1: Order a printer online, wait X number of days for it to arrive and then assemble and setup the printer, then you can print your picture. Option 2: Go to your local library and use their printer. No wait time, no cost of having to buy it yourself, no effort required in setting it up. RabbitFX is like the Library in this example, it's a "place" where your mods can go to "borrow" an effect without having to manually build that effect into every individual mod. That's what we refer to as a "library" in a programming context. Another example would be "Sins' math library", a set of inis that allows you to do complex math without having to write out exceedingly long calculation algorithms into every single mod ini, you just plug in your input numbers, call the library and it spits out your completed calculations for you. Libraries are there for you to offload complicated tasks onto without needing to build that entire system in your back yard. I don't know what Monsoon is cooking, but "patch/fix" tools aren't the same thing. If Monsoon tool adds stable textures to a mod, the Monsoon tool itself doesn't require RabbitFX, but rather it's a tool that makes mods require RabbitFX, and in return for adding that requirement, they get the benefits of using stable textures. ... I know it's a huge request, but you seem so professional with mods ^^ (if it will take you a lot of time to fix then you can skip F Rover) Sorry if I'm being too greedy here 🥹 [DaisyMeow] Rover Cheongsam.zip 45.7 MB · 1 download Cantarella Demon Jellyfish.zip 97.21 MB · 1 download JinhsiPeachB-BottomHeavy(NSFW).zip 32.44 MB · 1 download SaiketsubanaTsubaki.zip 21.05 MB · 1 download Bad timing, you just caught me after my mental broke and I snapped, so I can't say I'm exactly all that willing, but I'll play nice and you can consider yourself my lucky final customer. The Rover mod is a product of Moonholder fix, I don't know what black magic they have going on to convert FRover mods because I don't know the extent of FRover's damage in enough detail to begin with, so I don't know how to fix that. It's the first Rover mod I've seen break which is really weird. checked the mesh and it's not like the draw order got messed up or anything, the index still believes that there are the same number of triangles before, it's just that those triangles have... disappeared. I dunno man, this one is out of my wheel house, it'd be better to report it directly to Moonholder as some kind of outlier, not that I have any clue how to contact them. As for the rest: Cantarella - Bruh CR always has the weirdest fucking layouts... I don't use CR mods in WuWa, but I did use to use them back when I was modding/playing Genshin and hoo boy those fuckers threw me for a loop when I was still learning the ropes. Anyway, seemingly just deactivating the lightmap did it. Open Tex.ini (It's inside the texture folder, fuckin' weird amirite?) and search for "Resource\RabbitFX\Lightmap = ref ResourceC3Lightmap" then comment it out, it's just the Comp 3 lightmap that needs to be deactivated, the rest of it is fine. Jinhsi/Camellya - I'm assuming that for these mods, you're talking about the MESH disappearing, as in Jinhsi goes back to her default self, rather than the TEXTURES disappearing where the model is still modded, but the textures alone are fucked. IF it's just the TEXTURES that are fucked, then use TSR, Moonholder fix will do it for you. IF it's the MESH disappearing then you'll need to increase Mesh LoD FoV in XXMI settings by like 100 or something. You have to actually specify if it's mesh or texture LoD issue, they're 2 different things with 2 different symptoms, limits and solutions. Now I'm going to go make my dinner and if anyone else has messaged me begging for help when I get back, I will drop kick them out of my 4th floor apartment window. Okay? Okay. Thank you, after posting my question i kept reading the pages and saw your previous post which already gave me an idea. Sorry for not notifying you but your specification on +100 helps. I will test it soon Edited yesterday at 04:45 PM by Scarecrow03
mycastlex Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago @IncogACC So... played a little bit with AI (Claude Code + Deepseek V4Pro) today trying to fix the Zani mod that was missing nipples and arms. It's the best I could do at the moment, but there are still missing holes on the nipples that couldn't be fully restored. It's time to learn how to use Blender! I'll post it when I got it fixed, mine is just too messy to use... If anyone is interested in this mod. you can download it here. 赞妮 休闲服-最近更新-Hui站

I tested many numbers and nothing changed
IncogACC Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Bit of a mood raiser, Huiyoo continues to be one of my favourite modders by design alone. Despite being a Lucilla mod, this one has been pretty damn fun to rewrite, the toggles came out really nicely. I just wrapped up the interface, so I still have to go deal with the other 3 parts and fully convert it to RabbitFX (I'll explain why later) But considering my last post was me crashing out, I figured I'd follow up with something more positive. A very pretty Lucilla mod, coming SoonTM. 3
IncogACC Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Hooo boy, this is one helluva mod. So Huiyoo did something rather interesting, essentially a technique to try and gain similar levels of stability to Stable textures without needing RabbitFX. Huiyoo's chosen method for texture overriding is direct slot replacement, which is pretty damn scuffed, unstable and prone to leaking but doesn't rely on hashes. to try and reduce the leaking part of the problem, Huiyoo has added fuzzy texture matching and filter indexes in order to limit slot replacement to only the places where it should be. Assuming the matchers are reliable enough, that should at least prevent texture bleed and slot isn't as much of a problem for character mods so overall this is about as close as you're getting to a Stable Texture like solution without actually using RabbitFX. The thing is, TSR is still leagues better than this. I've said a bunch of times that TSR = Stable textures, but that was a lie. TSR = Stable textures in terms of what both functions are trying to achieve, but the way they do it is very different and TSR's method is quite a lot better specifically for reasons of reliability when it comes to slot matching and texture bleed, so TSR is still preferred, but this does provide an alternative for non-RabbitFX users that doesn't rely on Texture hashes. TSR > Stable textures > Fuzzy matching + direct slot replacement > raw ass direct slot replacement > Standard hash based texture replacement. Despite everything I just said though, Huiyoo still used RabbitFX for the FXmaps, soooo the mod still technically requires RabbitFX, granted maybe you can get away without using it? I mean I know most of you don't play with errors on so it's not like you'll hear the beeps or anything, worth a shot at least if you want the mod. Once I'm done with my backlog and have had a day or two to rest, then I'll be willing to start helping out again, granted you should really just try to solve your own damn problems instead of relying on me, I ain't got enough bandwidth to solve everyone's issues.
