Stuck in T-pose

Playing the newest version of Skyrim and when I create a new Caracter its stuck in a T-pose, everything else loads fine and NPCs work as well. when i run FNIS it comes with zero errors/warnings 

 

when i run FNIS i get this

Seems you may have patches enabled that you do not have the mods for.

I think they’re clicked from FNIS, I didn’t even think about that, if I un-click them, do you think they’ll fix it?

You can also have T-posing happening that is not a FNIS related error,

 

example,

 

Using Dynamic Animation Replacer or OAR 

Allows you to put many more animations into the game that will have to be loaded into memory upon loading the game, 

Having enough DAR\OAR animations installed an yes I have 10,000 or so of these animations in my installation well all that has to load it can take a while some people report 3 minutes.

 

I think there is a pre-loader though, I will have to check my mods list.

That could be because of yet another unused patch:

Ah...I suppose that makes sense. Never tried running FNIS without checking that box, any more than I'd run it without checking the skeleton fixes or HKX compatibility.

FNIS patches aren't enabled automatically. So you must have enabled all the ones you saw or enabled more than the ones you need by mistake. Fix that.

 

Gender specific animations can be enabled at all times. If there's no gender specific animations FNIS will say so and the behavior files generated will work fine.

 

T-posing with OAR should be near to impossible due to the anim queue fix + OAR pre-loading your anims. If you're still using DAR, Todd help you.

You didn't read what FNIS says. If you don't bother reading things then you will continually run in to problems.
