Denuvo is the anti-tamper and has nothing to do with people getting banned from online.
Editing your pawn and bringing it online might get you banned, modding safely and offline is fully available with no repercussions, exactly the same as the first game.

I don't know that new animations will ever be in the cards for mods, but I'd pay real money to Capcom for a dlc that added a butt-slap animation that could play in place of the 'high five' that you give to your pawns after combat.  🤩

This needs to happen ASAP!!!

So the mod Mesh Mod Enabler came out alongside blender-dd2-tool-suite. Looks like the possibility of skimpy armor and clothing is possible now. Alongside custom textures and animations! There is already two mods that are out right now, one that removes the skirt on both Petticoat outfit and another removes the arm clothes on the Stargazer Garb.

Hide Petticoat Skirts

Hide Stargazer's Garb Arm Cloth

It's finally begun!

I second that. Please let that be something thats possible. And let there be someone to make it!

Wish the textures were a bit higher quality, unless I got a bug with mine.  Running everything maxed at 4k with raytracing:

The skin looks fine, but the areola and nipples look low res :( I'm guessing this because we are stretching the mesh beyond the regular bounds that its caused this with the texture.

Yeah that's what it is, the stretching ruins the resolution. Hopefully we get bigger areola skin/texture mods in the future, I like them big as well. Even the game's original skin texture's too low res imo, should be higher.

Man, I thought we'd be getting all kinds of shmexy armor but it's been dry af. What gives?

Agreed. Surprisingly the first mods being made are skimpy stuff for males which is backwards from how it usually goes lol Hopefully it just means the female mods are being crafted. Unfortunately body modding isn't really possible at the moment since it causes model issues in-game, but armour/clothing mesh modding is fine.

Just checked Nexus again and yay, another banana hammock.

I'm just really hoping for a better body mod at some point. The boobs especially in this game are kinda sad to look at.

There's already a mod that allows you to adjust boob size called, Big Boobs. Highly recommend as the mod also increases boob jiggle physics.

Otherwise there's Shapely Sliders.

Thanks for the tip but not what I'm looking for

It would be nice to see Resident Evil 2/3 Remake's 'Sugoi Dekai' and 'January Van Sant' mod bodies stuck into DD2!
At least the Sugoi Dekai bodies have comparatively good textured & shaped breasts!

This kind of hurts to see. Awesome body mods like these were possible for almost every RE Engine game, so I don't know why Capcom has suddenly made a change that makes it hard to mod bodies. Especially when it's the perfect game to mod for extra fun (an open-world fantasy RPG).

Or maybe it's because of how customizable the characters are. Either way, I hope the modders can find a solution in the future for the body mesh editing so we can enjoy mods to their fullest.

Yes, the slider system broke down the systems that were made for non morphing basic bodies.
