Hello thanks for the lovely mod. I remember playing the original literally years ago. Playing it again this time was still fun and as if I was playing it for the first time.

One question: 
In the known issues section you mention I have to do a stop quest at the end after the playthrough. Could you please list the quest ids I need to stop?

Hi, wanted to give this another try since it had been years since I played the original on LE but ran into a problem early on;

 

strange encounter, find woman and read the journal but then for next quest step to try on the rubber suit I equip it and the suit fuctions correctly in that it locks and if I click remove it gives the flavour text etc, but the quest step itself doesn't update. I've also equipped the gasmask as well to see if that would do it and I've even tried travelling to the tower and seeing the Mistress to see if I could advance it but no luck.

I imagine easiest solution would be to console command step complete but I have no idea what ID i'd need

Follow up;

 

was able to make it work eventually by using the console and giving myself the actual device version of the rubber suit/gasmask rather than the 'normal' versions you get off the woman. once I equipped the suit normally, with the usual DD prompt, it triggered the quest step progress

sounds about right, there's some trickery done with the first suit - where the inventory "suit" gets replaced by a dd-version. It may very well be that that failed for some unknown reason. Good on you that you made it work via console commands  

I can't remember why the setup was like that, like most of the things I touched it was with the mindset of trying to preserve as much of the og author's intent as I could.

Now for everyone out there: if anyone wants to improve on this mod, you are free to do so - I'm keeping busy with..umm.. research.

yeah, for some reason the first "suit" was getting replaced and it was locking me in the suit properly but just didn't seem to be detecting the switch and advancing the quest state to the 'try the mask' portion.

 

but as said equipping the suit directly seemed to work so its all good now

This mod breaks for me right after I enter the Tower. The pink suit girl fetches the Mistress, but she doesn't talk to me. When I talk to her and I select the I have questions option, she says we will talk later.

 

What is the quest id? I want to use console to get through this. Edit: Nvm, found it with SSEEdit.

 

It seems the quest broke much earlier, when the task was to equip the suit. It did not update then. I had to setstage the quest until I needed to Ask for help in the Tower and then it started to work again.

Sorry I've not been paying attention at all lately, thank you for posting your troubleshooting and solution - might help others as well.

 

(it's been a long time since I've looked at the mod, but it will just work occasionally for no discernible reason, like even if it is quite alone in the load order)

hey, so i've started a new game with this mod and all it's Requirements. things have been going fine with the mod, but it seem i've ran into some kind of issue on the Rubber school quest (specifically the maze part). After finishing all the questions from the status, i move through two room, one that has arm restraints in it and one that has leg restraints. But when i get to the third room, it looks like there should be some more restraints to pick up, but there is nothing to take and the door remains locked. Am i missing some item that is meant to be in the room? or am i just dum and there is like a secret button i am supposed to push?

 

other then that, the mod runs suprisingly well.
