Exactly. Though technically speaking there is no 'dependent' attribute, just a zero sum 'provider' attribute. I was just using the word dependent to contrast the provider attribute (mistake). I should have more accurately stated that there are only: A. NPCs that provide, usually with some sort of expectation attached to it, but not always. B. NPCs that do not provide, and have no expectations regarding that role. Update in the OP. It's starting to take shape again. It should be at least marginally play testable now. Public Morals, Stalkers, Rumors, and probably something I've forgotten are currently disconnected. I'm working on getting those linked in again.

At the beginning, with just 'small talk' and 'activities' options avalible, I thought I couldn't do anything. But I chose 'eat' five times in a row with Sunny and she ended up accepting. Then I realized I had nothing to eat, so I gave her (raw) gecko meat. She must be into lizard carpaccio a lot, as she asked for a date immediatly O_O. I chose 'date now' and then she [lick] and asked for a private place to have sex. That sort of options/minigame acting as foreplay before sex is a very good idea. It's cool now, when SO implement more foreplay anims, It'd be awesome. Such a shame real life hit and I had to go, Sunny and my PC will have to wait to reach third and fourth base in that empty GS gas station. As feedback, I'd limit the times you can ask for an activity. If receiving a 'negative response', you should have to wait until a 'brand new day' to ask for It again. Or if you keep asking, It lowers the NPCs disposition. On a different note: Are the activities ranked? I mean, depending on the NPC disposition towards the PC, are some activities easier to get a 'positive response' form the NPC than others?

Yeah everything is really loose right now. I've been tweaking the gains system a little with each copy. Negatives run very light currently due to a more specific 'displeased with the PC' system that hasn't yet been optimized. Things will work very differently in this new one. You shouldn't get the cold shoulder anymore for a single disagreement, but rather their distaste for you will accumulate. This will then allow the PC to mitigate negatives preemptively. Like tending a garden and pulling the weeds. EDIT: There will be limits on meals as before, they just aren't in yet. EDIT EDIT: Activity positives and negatives depend upon many factors. Some activities are reversed, such as dating and dancing, and some activities will reward positive gains for negative responses. What I mean by reversed, is that they are persistence based. The chance for a positive increases as a result of getting a negative. This is to simulate a wearing down effect. ie. 'If I go out with you, will you finally stop pestering me?'.

They just weren't added to the first tier dialog. Previous to tweaking the gains system it made sense to leave them out. I've gone ahead added them back in 34. The seems interested message used to trigger only for NPCs that you have never talked to before, who also passed an attraction check. It was more of a debug indication than anything else, and technically had nothing to do with their 'real' internal interests (needless fluff). Now when they look, it reflects their actual internal stats. You won't catch them looking unless they have a technical reason to. ie. They are genuinely interested. EDIT: I've added flirt/affection to the date later dialog as well.

I'm leaving them in the date later dialog though. The reason they aren't in the casual dialog is because for casual relationships you must use flirt/affection in the activity dialog (during activities). First tier flirt/affection is only accessible once you become committed or lovers.

Gang stalkers are now in and set to overdrive. I'll tone them down a bit in the next copy, and add back some ways to discourage them. Watch your back. Still to do: Rumors, Confrontations, Conflict Resolution, Alter Ego, Protests, Payment, Prostitution, and any other core system I've momentarily forgotten. Once those are done, I'll get back to working on quest elements. EDIT: Added sidearm equipped/weapon drawn/with companion stalker discourage in 04. Vanilla orientations listed in the OP are also back in. EDIT EDIT: Fixed broken scanner nudity check. Walking around nude was causing the cycle to pause.

If so, set debug to enabled and check the console periodically. EDIT: The terminal is located in FNV land. Are you trying to start this in F03? EDIT EDIT: Hmm actually the terminal is in it's own dummy cell. So it should work? Maybe? I don't have FO3, so I'm not sure if it will load terminals from cells belonging to FNV? NOTE: Incompatible NPC dialog is not in yet.

What does Trudy say in the console? I'm testing with a FemPC, but she went Bi once and worked for me. Perhaps she hasn't been set up yet and you just need to wait a min or two? Once the cycle grabs a hold of them though it should work. You'll see her in the console on debug as compatible or not (among other things). Also check her inventory for clues. If she's supposed to be compatible, and she has an incompatible token, it means wait until she cycles again to be setup. Also a note that might or might not affect this is the SexoutNG Player Sexuality Setting: Straight = NPC orientations will be default. Bi = 1/10 incompatible NPCs will be Bisexual and become compatible. Gay = 1/10 incompatible NPCs will be Homosexual and become compatible. EDIT: Danky for the feedback btw. It's getting pretty lonely around here.

All of the above are factors at some point or another except perks. If you mean the factors for compatibility they are mainly Level, Orientation, and Alignment. Faction reps are only dealt with marginally, as the focus of this mod is personal, one to one relationships. You mean it took a long time for Trudy to get set up? Factors for cycle speed are game pace settings, distance from target, and visual confirmation. - If game pace is set to slow, the cycle will naturally take longer. - If your distance is farther away than their perception can reach, they will not process, at all, until you get back within that range. - And lastly you must be within LOS, or again, they will not process. ie. If you're standing behind an obstacle or right behind them. EDIT: Tweaked the cycle timer a bit. Try the new one.

Also, is planned -or already implemented- that to get more kinky sex options, you have to be in a more long term relationship? Lets say, every couple of times you have sex, you 'unlock' more options with that NPC.

Francine is in the ban list, the others I'm not sure yet. Dialog will come later, if ever. As for the kinky sex, this is planned, but only as it relates to ZaZ/Love Tirangles. There won't be any ladder climbing within the default SexoutNG sex acts. Though something to note is that every time you have sex, they may acquire different prefs. On another note. Frankly, the lack of interest in this mod lately has me wondering why I'm here taking up space. If it wasn't for you posting, I may very well have already resigned to let this thread die and continue the mod in private. Thanks again.

The very reason this mod is in this thread and not the download section is so that we as a community can 'share' in the creative process. ie. A creditable portion of the ideas that are currently in this mod did not come from me, but from those people who contribute to discussions in this thread. Again, just another idea. lol I'm not as swift upstairs as I used to be. So forgive me if I continually forget which NPC is which. I simply can't place Lacy or Jas off the top of my head. Not to mention I've been stuck in Goodsprings for ages now. Several of the NPCs who are in the ban list are there because I don't yet know what to do with them. Usually it's like you said, because they give quets. Some of them though, they just do not lend themselves to a relationship. A good example is that gal on the roof at the outpost (Ghost?). She doesn't go anywhere or do anything but stand in that spot. Which to me, makes a relationship with her seem like sillyness. While I don't disagree that anal is adventurous, I hesitate to categorize these kinds of things unless they are blatant. Think of it this way. If I imposed my generational views on this mod, lol there wouldn't be much of a mod left. You see what I'm getting at. In short, I wasn't aware that anal sex was adventurous anymore. lol What do you have your anal prefs in SexoutNG set to? I should point out that by setting it lower, it is entirely in your power to make it a rare occurrence. I may split up the anims later, but there are simply too many changes coming down the pipe right now in regards to anims and framework to put effort into it yet. The evil eye and X is checking you out are already in. But again, these are cues that reveal information. If there is no relevant information to relay to the player, there won't be any messages. 'Seems Interested' = Is being cycled, and has never talked to the player. This information is no longer relevant, and therefore the message is unnecessary. I apologize that it was so misleading. NPCs asking for activities should pick up in this latest copy. Previously they were more or less disabled (very low chance).

I agree it is nothing 'adventurous' anymore, but its not like a girl you just met offers you her holy hole at first sight. Anal sex is still a more intimate sex practice (at least in the western world) that a girl usually wont offer in a one-night stand or in a quickie with a cute guy in a pub restroom. Of course I'm talking from my own experiences and the people I know. But as this mod deals with realism, I find weird that a NPC offered her ass after a beer during the first date (or maybe Trudy has a loooow alcohol tolerance). But thinking about It, that unlocker I suggested/requested should be a different new mod, this is a relation tracker, I asked for an unlocker. My fault. If they don't have a good reason to be forward (ulterior motives), they shouldn't be forward imo. Yes in 12. I added several ways for them to ask you for activities. I also changed the way sex works. So now, unless they are highly sexual (stalker or low libido threshold) they should ask for an activity when they want to have sex. Then they may or may not ask for sex at the end of the activity. I thought it flowed better that way. NPCs asking for sex outright should happen less often now, unless there's a good reason for it.

Yeah, been there done that a few times with Pregnancy, some stuff broken in the beta for a month with no one reporting it, so I made it stable then took another 2 weeks to hear of issues

Also, since the old VTM Bloodlines, I tend to construct my PC with high social skills. In FO3 and FONV, with 8 CHAR and 7 INT. I did altered the stats of my suit, as was (is) a custom one: an awesome cowboy-esque suit, worthig 400 caps in mint condition added by nivea's 'Spice of Life'. I set It, in 'looks handsome' and 'looks classy' or something like that. Because It actually looks classy and cool.
