lukefz Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 i have tried using defeat 4.1 with ultimate combat and deul-combat realism, in both cases player victim conditions are met but pc is not knocked down, is there a combat overhaul mod thats fully compatible with defeat right now?
germanicus Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 lukefz - I have both mods, Submit and defeat, and both works fine. No conflict in my game. Please check your tweaking options in both mods i MCM menu. Might help.
CGi Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 i'm not using combat overhaul or any other combat overhaul mod, despite DCO, but it could affect Defeat. Maybe even Submit. My guess: Every mod that changes NPC Ai/behaviour by script, will likely break mods that try to control an enemie of yours, like Defeat and SD.
OlBenny Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Lukefz, I use a combat overhaul mod known as Enhanced Enemy AI, and for quite some time too. Personally, I think it's a really great mod and I've never found any conflict between it and Defeat, or any other mod related such as Sanguine's Debauchery. It used to be available on the Nexus before Erkeil got banned, but Erkeil has since created his/her own blog with the mods included. If you're interested, you can find it here. Cheers!
shinji72 Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I must say I'm using Ultimate combat.... and for now is working with defeat. I've only tested it in victim scenario. Maybe it may cause troubles when the PC is the raper. Ultimate combat has also issues with Prison Overhaul (when they whip you, your Pc will try to reach and loose the zaz animation in the process). But it's an easy fix. It's enough to disamble UC via Mcm, when you're arrested, and activate again when you're released. Otherwise I didn't find any other problem.
Ashra XIII Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Hey thanks, shinji72! I didn't realize it was Ultimate Combat that was screwing up the whipping scenes in Prison Overhaul. I'll definitely try disabling it next time I'm thrown into the clink.
