Thank you valcon ...Yes, I have thought about altering the File names to see what happens, though that will be for my next game run now, as I am too far into my current game and don't want to jeopardize it by messing with files, but on my next game I will try out the name changes

Thats why no one uses NMM anymore. LoL. the files names don’t matter because once your mod manager opens them, they all have a folder structure they automatically fall into. You will need all the files “Vaul Vixens a-z”. to put it simply. if you were to open all those files and drop their contents onto your desktop, or Skyrim folder, you’d see only one folder on your desktop. A data folder. And all those packs would automatically go into that. Since they have the same folder structure. So each one of those files, changes a different set of images in game. Whatever name is after Vaul Vixens, is what they change. So one is billboards, one is magazines. Actually two are magazines. To change ALL the images in game, you want all the folders. a temporary fix for your problem is to open them all and drop the files onto your desktop. Like I said it’ll create a data (or texture) folder with tons of stuff inside. Drop them all on your desktop so they’re all together in one folder. I think it would be a folder called textures. Your can then take that folder and drop it into your Fallout 4/Data folder. It won’t mess up your game. You’ll just have loose files in your data folder now. Which is fine they’re just textures. 1

I will do your recommendation, than you I'm sure you've heard this all before but I feel I should tell you. The reason no one uses NMM is because if you make a mistake, you can't fix it. The files are IN your Skyrim directory. Overwriting other files. Permanently. MO2 has it's own folders, so if you make a mistake, you can move things around without them affecting any other files. That alone makes it AMAZING. But beyond that, when you get into things like hiding plugins from a mod, hiding specific files from a mod, adding utility tools, moving your load order and plugin load order, NONE of the other mod managers do it like MO2. It's the cream of the crop. And when you start getting big load orders, you're REALLY going to wish you had been learning it. TRUST me. There's no way I could build my load order without it. I currently have 2,447 active plugins. Absolutely NO WAY to do that with NMM. But yea, I wrote that last reply to you late last night and I was half asleep, so I hope it made sense. If not, All the downloads in Vault Vixen Visuals are basically just separate parts to the WHOLE textures folder that comes in Fallout 4. It's just too big so I separated it based on categories people might want specifically. Like, they may use another Magazine Replacer, so I've got those separate. So the Fallout 4 structure is this... Fallout 4/Data/Textures and all my mods have that same structure. It's just past that structure they differentiate. Like Paintings is Data/Textures/SetDressing/Paintings.... And Billboards are Data/Textures/SetDressing/Signage.... So when you drop all the downloads into your Fallout4 folder, they'll be Fallout4/Data/Textures/and so on. None will overwrite eachother. Hope this helped you REALLY understand it. And to speak on your problem. All my files are named differently. So your mod manager should download them and name them as such. Not with the same name. If it is for some reason, just download one at a time, and rename the mod after it installs. Then install the next, rename it, and so on. Or, to do it the easy way, just open all the RAR files and dump them into your Fallout 4 folder. Or your data folder. Depending on whether or not the RAR has the DATA folder in it. If it just has a Textures Folder. Then dump that in your Data Folder. Just remember it needs the structure I explained above. There. I've written a novel. Edited January 28, 2024 by Nuverotic 2

That is why at one point I wanted to change out to MO2, but I couldn't wrap my head around it ...watched GamerPoet over and over again, etc... ...so I sought help elsewhere and was told in no uncertain terms, that all of the Managers including NMM now use that system and so I relaxed, I am very tech-no-logic, though I have been able to successfully Mod and trouble shoot my Mod set up with Skyrim for years now...it's about the only thing I know about computers O.o ...enough to get a silk smooth Skyrim. But I do hear what you're saying Nuverotic and I do appreciate you trying to help me and getting me to use what I am well aware is the most superiour Mod Manager, but perhaps because I am just an old Duck (54), or I'm just techno stupid, no matter how often I have tried to work MO2 (multiple times), I just can't get my head around it ...but I do honestly appreciate your advice, thank you Suprisingly with all the above said, I do know how to follow your instructions on how to get all of your Mods into my Textures ...10 years of modding Skyrim hasd helped with that 1

Yes, I'm not sure to be honest, I have relied on Gopher and GamerPoet for years and have always managed to successfully follow their instructions, i have learnt so much from both of them ...but MO2 I seem to seize up on...I think if I had a friend sitting beside me walking me through it, stopping as I ask questions and fine tuning what I need to understand, etc...then i would no doubt get it. Interestingly enough I have a friend who has been in both the Hardware and Software sides on business with Computers for the past 30+ years (he is the reason why I have such a good Gaming PC), he has been adamant over all these years that i have it in me to absolutley nail Computer Software...I was recently diagnosed with fairly severe ADHD O.o...it would explain a lot of "hurdles" throughtout my life, I sit and wonder if that is what has been holding me back from "getting it" with Computers, i do know it most definitely affects my writing, the only way to describe it when I try to line my thoughts up into a coherant stream, is like its a baseball sized jumbled up ball of cotton thread of thoughts in my head (I can physically feel it) and I continue to desperately seek the end of that thread to bring a coherrancy to my thought stream. We are just waiting for when I can get in to have her look into a prescription for me now ...I'm VERY excited, I hope and pray I will fianlly be able to focus my thought stream and finally write ...and Computer 1
ssddsquare Posted January 28, 2024 Posted January 28, 2024 Are both high resolution and low resolution needed for magazines? 1

As far as I remember, if the images in these folders are different, then you will get the difference of the images. That is, on an item placed in the game world, you will see one cover, but in your inventory you will see a completely different one. The simplest explanation I can give you.

The low res, as far as I can tell, is used for "In the World" magazines. Once you pick it up, it switches to the high res object. So without both, you'll see vanilla magazines in game, and when you pick them up, they'll be mine. 1

doktor7 Posted May 15, 2024 Posted May 15, 2024 Really like your work. Do I have to download the whole mod for your Nuka ride work or is it downloadable somewhere else separately. and how is progress on ketaros treasures. Can’t wait to see your replacer 1
filemanagerdog Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 You have single handedly made the best nsfw texture replacer. You have people on the nexus making five magazines at a time and releasing it months apart while you replace every single texture with 11/10 quality. I am in awe. 1

Can’t wait to see your replacer I started modding Starfield when the CK came out this week. I'll honestly probably be doing that for a bit because I'm making a full on quest and follower mod that adds a goth night club. I would like to eventually finish Ketaro's Treasures. I started on it a couple months back. Just, 5 kids, 2 jobs and a schizophrenic ex (literally) has kept me drowning in stress at home so it's been slow going with everything. My Nuka Ride work? I did a couple Nuka Ride images that are in the main textures. So you'll have those images. I also did a few separate Nuka Ride posters that I made just for JB the author of Nuka Ride and he put them in his mod. So, you don't need his mod to see my images. But I do HIGHLY recommend his mod. I know it's all subjective but that's my favorite mod for Fallout 4. Ignore what that says about my dirty little kinks. 2

I just ran across this thread as it was at the top and looked at your work and was pleasantly surprised, some of the best work I've seen. I'm currently playing Nuka Ride, and while looking through the images, I thought to myself, it would be cool to use this, but I don't want to accidentally overwrite any of those cool posters that are already in there. Then I read this, and realize they are probably already your images anyway! LOL! Edited June 11, 2024 by Pkatt 1

Nuverotic Posted June 12, 2024 Author Posted June 12, 2024 Ladies and Gentlemen and Anyone In Between I was asked if I could get some of my Billboards to replace the ones in the Old World Radio Mod... After looking into it I decided that I wanted to remake all of the billboards and just release another mod. I have used some of my Best Billboards from Vault Vixens and Remade the rest from scratch. I have left a few of the Billboards alone as I didn't think they needed a smut upgrade. Like Twilight Zone and Pee Wee's Radio Billboards. Throwing porn on there would have just made it weird so... They were ignored. This should all be complete within the week, and I hope you all enjoy it. 3

I still have Ketaros Treasures to do. Thanks for the reminder! Oh I will say, the "holes" or "Black Spots" on the images is actually just the Alpha Channel. So it's not really on the image. It just basically makes that spot invisible so that the billboard can show through from behind it, making it look distressed. So, maybe I could put out a "Non-Alpha Channel" version of them.
