I saw this issue mentioned before but with no answer. Once legs are trained I no longer able to put on any boots. I mean even DD bondage boots. And boots that where added by "boots that works as DD" functionality. It happens after animaion scene is triggered. Feels like this mod equips some shoes not visible in inventory and then refuses to replace them with real boots. I've tried to swich off boot functionality in MCM but checkbox just ignores clicks.
Anything I can do to investigate? I do not want to disable mod  but running around barefoot with huge speed debuff is frustrating.

Turn off arched feet in Mayhem. I've never gotten that part to work properly unfortunately, they also don't look great on a BHUNP body.

I'm currently upgrading my Skyrim installation from 1.5.97 (SE) to 1.6.1170 (latest AE)... today I tried to add this mod back into the picture.

-

It's not working the way I thought it would... after a few attempts, I at least have all three entries in the MCM - even with the new features.

-

How I got there was probably more by chance than planning.

-

The "AllInOne" file only revealed the last entry in the MCM ("Training Mayhem").

I took a closer look at the download archive... all three esp files are there - but only the last one is actually registered in the MCM.

-

So I came up with the idea of doing an "old" installation first... downloading and installing all the other files... and then overwriting them with the "AllInOne" one.

-

And - aha - all three entries are there.

-

Scheduled a test run with my character - set all learning speed settings to "ultra" ... within a few minutes, I practically got everything to "Level 6."

The corresponding bonuses are granted - visible in the skill overview.

-

I set the body modifications, including the waist (corset), to maximum ... but nothing happens there on my 3BA standard body.

My neck doesn't get any longer (due to the collar) either ... regardless of whether I select SLIF in the MCM or not ... ah - SLIF is installed (due to the MME mod) and is running in "Morph" mode.

What actually seems to work -> the changes to the breast nipples.

-

On the old installation (under 1.5.97), everything (the body modifications) worked without any problems.

-

I'm stopping the test for now - I have no idea what's causing the physical changes that haven't occurred.

With regards to the MCM for Devious Training II not working for some people (blank screen on opening its MCM), I think I've figured out the problem.

When running the game without Skyrim Unbound, the MC works fine, with it the issue occurs.
My best guess is that the MCM fails to initialize with it.

Opening the plugin in SSEEdit shows the flags for the MCM quest to be set to Start Game Enabled, Starts Enabled, Run Once; Martyr and Mayhem don't have the Run Once flag.
Removing the Run Once flag solved the issue for me, edited plugin attached for version DeviousTraining_AllInOne-rev01.

Disclaimer: I barely know what I'm doing in SSEEdit, so I do not know if this will cause any other issues in the game.

I would like to sincerely ask when you plan to update the new version, as I really need to disable the time slowdown effect.

Agree. or need a switch to turn off this effect

When the training level reaches its maximum, the slow time effect in battle does not disappear after the battle ends. How can this issue be resolved?

Great to see you are still active on the mod!! It's really amazing. Especially since I found out that it can apply to npcs.

Speaking of which, could you add more filters to the npcs tracked to reduce the script load?

For example:

- gender

- DomPlayerSlaveFaction for dom slaves only

And also i have a question:

- i see in the mod files that whip can accelerate training. Otherwise it's walking/running step counts (slower)

- the walking makes sense for player because the player is always walking/running. But for npcs abd followers it's not super optimal becaus they are not walking often enough so training is slow or non existent.

-> so what would you recommend to train npcs other than whip?

I've tried to search for mods that make npcs walk/run on command but found none :D

ideally if there was a treadmill (running machine) that could be used to accelerate devious training that would be a lot of fun! Did you consider integration with ZaZ devices?

Hey, could you give me some more information — are you using the latest version? I’m not sure if I’ll be able to help, because honestly nothing comes to mind that could cause this kind of behavior. The character flickering might possibly be caused by the game updating the character’s body, but something like that really shouldn’t be happening.

Is this a fresh installation or an update?
Maybe you have some mods that are causing a conflict?

The whip does not replace walking. The whip was a placeholder and is used to apply scar textures (if you have them enabled), and if you use SLSO and train the chastity belt, at some point during whipping you can gain the Pain Slut power, which allows you to orgasm during special masturbation. A long time ago I had the Pet Project mod, and in order to have a way to cum during permanent chastity, I came up with this idea.

As for NPC selection, I think the better option would simply be to add a spell called “Add”, but I play very little with NPCs and I’ve never really tested how it works. Still, it would definitely be nice to add some alternative form of training — maybe whipping, for example?

Do you have a problem with slow motion in the latest version of DT? I think I removed that from DT quite a long time ago. I haven’t checked the game files for this yet, but requests to remove it already came in a long time ago, and since I myself started getting irritated by that mechanic… can you confirm that you experienced this effect in the latest update?

Thanks for your reply!

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing, let me clarify.

I ran the mod files through Cursor and it says whip hits are counted (zbfPunishmentWeapon), and it helps accelerate training.

My understanding is that walking with the device also increases training but whip is faster. Is this correct?

My ask was about ways to have npcs walk more/on command so i dont have to constantly whip them to upgrade them. Because they dont walk as much as a player character too, for obvious reasons.

I see.

Well it works with npcs nicely. I activated it for everyone.

My observations:

- the calculations are simply slow but training is registered over time. I havent had crashes.

- i see some stutter sometimes, but could be caused by Fertility mode, also installed. Not sure.

I'm using DT on npcs not my character and havent had any issues with slow motion.

I havent updated yet with the latest version you posted.

so it does it even on a brand new save and ya its basically updating of the body and it did it constantly where it would update body would flicker and that was it but it did that every like i dont know 45seconds? so it wasnt really doable for me (edit: i can also show you pretty much what it would do if you were willing to do say discord call quick and let me DL the mod quick but i am not sure what else i can do)

Turn on the game logs and send them to me — maybe I’ll spot something that gives me a clue.

I'm using the latest version 3.9 and encountering a new issue: every time I load the game or when my training level increases, there is severe fps drop. How can I fix this?

Posted

Do I understand correctly that steps are the only that increases training progress?

If yes, maybe it wold be good to add orgasms (big training increase), time (small training increase) and whipping (moderate increase).

This is great mod, really adds to the feeling of being helpless in bondage, thank you very much for your work on it!

In the older versions you had sound effects. Are those still there? If yes then I need to redo my install ...

Hello. I'm not sure if its a bug or feature. But character speed do not stay same. Right now I have tonns of mods. But speed debuff is seems to be controled by Devious training. And its works in alternating manner in 5-10 seconds intervals. Character walks slow. Then run in regular speed. Then slow again.
Is it intended? Is there any point I can start searching from to fix it?

upd. Speed changes perfectly match with DT speed aadjustments in console. Looks like oveshoot when it first drop speed too low and then increase it too much so next adjustment disable buff and start this pendulum again.
But number seems to not show this."
Here is two screennshots. Before slowdown and before speedup.

I still don't have the sound but I saw that stutter and flicker too. I think that happens at the boundary to another level as the effects on the PC (see spell list) are stuttering. As in effects are assigned and dismissed too quickly. I switched the revert changes to never and so far I do not see any more.

Do you mean you removed the decay for all skills? = they never go down?

Regarding the stutter, i think that more actor filtering options would help.
