( I think), the skin seems to have eye bags and defined nostrils.. It also really looks like a black desert character, if anyone can clear that up it would be great. Thank you all

I've also noticed that the lighting and the quality of the image in this picture is much more high quality and is nicer to look than my in-game graphics,is this because an ENB in the picture or is it because of my PC graphics that it is not the same? If it is ENB,then can you please link it?I would be really grateful if you would.
