If you have a heavily modded game, you might want to consider combining some of them into merged ESPs. This single action did wonders for restoring stability to my own game. If you decide to do this, make sure you pick your ESPs wisely. Avoid anything with scripts and only use error free mods. There's a handy file at http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37981/? that makes this process relatively painless.

Thanks. The underwear in the first image are from Osare Panty. You can probably find the second one, or something like it, in Brokefoot's UNP Compilation. Neither of them, as far as I know, are available for CBBE. (Edit: Found the exact source of the second one here. This mod's apparel however is included in Brokefoot's compilation posted above.) No way to make these fit CBBE? Seems like all the good mods are for UNP.... I like the bigger boobs, but I like the smaller butt!! The second pic I am pretty sure that he uses the sevenbase body.

This CHSBHC conversion of Osare Panty should work with CBBE in theory. If not, you could try converting them yourself, or finding someone willing to do it for you. But that being said, there are plenty of underwear mods both on the Nexus and elsewhere available for CBBE, many of which are quite similar to these. Try this, for example. And if you still find yourself disappointed by CBBE's outfit options, or lack thereof (it does seem that more and more modders prioritize UNP nowadays), at this point there are probably dozens of different variants of the UNP body. I can think of at least two -- UNP Dream Girl and especially UNP Topmodel -- that might fit your specifications for a larger chest and a smaller posterior. Not to mention that you could always easily make your very own UNP body variant with UNP Bodyslide. And of course, any of the UNP options should have complete compatibility with the UNP underwear mods listed above.

Dream Girl isnt a unp based body actually, and idk if it was by design or shear fluke that the uv's are +/- compatible more or less. but anyway, Dream Girl has completely different topology. Petrovich made that one from scratch. The reason why UNP and Dream Girl have the same UV is because both are based on the vanilla body's UV.

I've yet to take a closer look at it but the thighs are definitely way thinner than the standart UNP thighs and I think the butt is smaller too so normal UNP underwear won't fit.
