Cybersky Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 Hello everybody! uptower I am a bit lazy to read all those post, but i will send my help attempt (original post questions). http://www.loverslab.com/topic/60660-hair-and-sperm-effects/?p=1530394 Looked up and down for these but perhaps buried somewhere. Can anyone point me to: 1) a natural or 'hairy' pubic hair texture for women 2) a local, genital only sperm effect - the default LAPF options seem to be electric shock or bukkake Im not a modder, but this is the best solution i found to use nice body types and faces (and have pubic hair too) without edit the texture replacers. 1) To have independent pubic hair: Try a mod called puzzyfur, this allow pubic hair to grow up in stages, independent of your texture replacer (work for females only). I use OCO v2 seamless textures and equipament replacer from Nexus (female HGeC and Roberts male body).2) For you sperm problem: Give a try to "lovers 3D orgam" (you must disable cum display on lovers settings for "none at all"). The cum will show only in face and sexual areas. __________________________It works well for me, you can find puzzyfur in the Nexus, i can provide the link and pictures to you or someone curious about the results. Good luck!

So I see that things are being updated and some things need to be deleted and other things need manual installation and *other* things need to only be deleted if certain conditions are met and... I'm honestly really confused. With the new system, I mean. So can someone out there explain for me really clearly what I should do in order to update Loverslab while keeping everything intact? My game still very much has CTD issues every once in a while and when I tried to fix up my load order on my own a while ago, I guess I just wasn't very good at doing it. I've still got the same issues I had before with eyes not being right on certain races (ESPECIALLY Wood Elves), despite trying to follow the instructions I was given. So I mean...my game runs! Pretty okay!! But every once in a while, I'll try to fast travel or go to a different area (that requires a loading screen) and it'll just crash on me. :<
gregathit Posted July 8, 2016 Author Posted July 8, 2016 This is the LAPF support thread, not the eyes are googly or crash on fast travel support thread. Sorry, but I can't support mods I didn't participate in making or messing with. I do clearly state what to do in the installations txt that is both in the OP and in the download. It is really simple and only 5 steps. Pop over to the first post in this thread, scroll down and click on the spoiler under "installation instructions". Most of the steps are installing the base game stuff which you already have. The important parts clear out all animations and the props (chairs, pillory and so on) and then say "yes" to all overwrites, and finally, install lovers creatures again saying yes to all overwrites. Just that simple. As always, start a new game after installing the LAPF. Cheers, Greg
applesnraisins Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 I wasn't sure if my problems were at all related to this mod or to the mods that I'm told to download (body mods), which is why I brought that up. And while I understand that the installation instructions are there, there's a lot of words in that first post and I wasn't sure which ones would pertain to me. Namely things asking about resource packs and base packs and "LAPF Supplemental packs". Either way, I'll follow the instructions starting from...4a?, I guess, and see how that works out.
gregathit Posted July 9, 2016 Author Posted July 9, 2016 Yep, start at 4a and roll on. Holler if you get stuck.
Unjust Murder Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Can someone tell me how to safely update this mod? i looked around in the description and readme's but can't seem to find an answer, and i did it the ol' caveman way and just copy/pasted files to overwrite thus leading in that message that pops up on startup saying i didn't do it correctly. Thanks in advance.
gregathit Posted July 9, 2016 Author Posted July 9, 2016 Go to the OP (opening post), find the "install instructions" and click the spoiler under it, then start with step 4a. After deleting all the animations and props, then drag and drop and say YES to all overwrites, then install lovers creatures 2.0 (if you use that) and again, say YES to all overwrites. Start a new game and enjoy.

fejeena Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 "that message that pops up on startup saying i didn't do it correctly." Which message ? If there was no message befor you updated there should be no message now. Message at startup you get only if you have not installed OBSE. Exact message or screenshot please.
Unjust Murder Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Already have obse, and the message is both of these
fejeena Posted July 10, 2016 Posted July 10, 2016 You get the message only with an old save ? It's only a warning, a update warning, because in your save are old Lovers entries. If you start a new game you should not get the message. Start a new game. You can try your old save , but better start a new game.

Lyman the Lunatic Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 So I'm in the .ini files, how do I know what file is what sex position? I am running into the exact same trouble I have with sexlab on skyrim again. Which is, the gme decides to choose 3 animations & uses it all the time. So I see there are about 100 Motion.ini files, I only see 6 animations. Is there a way to check? I tried to open the .ini & they are in gibberish fonts...
gregathit Posted July 25, 2016 Author Posted July 25, 2016 Sigh...........right in the download is a jpg file that contains a list of all animations included (with a brief description of that animation). Not to mention the Daedra Sutra which has pictures of each animation and each stage of that animation. The settings you have are causing this (depending on if you are "facing" the front, back or side of the person you are having sex with). Hit "z" to toggle a different animation. You can set random animation calls from the Lovers setting menu in game.
ntblood Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 I have FCOM superpack installed but when I install most mods (eg. LAPF) with either NMM or TesMM the game starts to load but fails (before the actual in game menu where you choose your saved game). Is there any way to get this working. I haven't used Wrye Bash to install mods but I have it installed. I use LOOT and TES4edit to organize my LO and check for errors. It seems odd to me that when installing a mod that causes my game to not work I not only have to uninstall the new mod but also disable Better Cities, Open Cities, (and dependent mod, Unique Landscapes) and then re-enable them.Any help please? Thanks
gregathit Posted August 1, 2016 Author Posted August 1, 2016 Yep, that will happen every single time. Because I state in the install instructions to install manually. NMM is a steaming pile of shit that doesn't know what to do with ini files, which will crash your game each and every time. OBMM is barely better. Unless you converted the LAPF into an OMOD then you won't stand a chance of getting things to work there either, and unless you converted the LAPF into a BAIN file, Wyre won't install it right either. LOOT is NOT for oblivion. That is for Skyrim or later games. LOOT doesn't have the slightest clue what order to put your mods in. Use BOSS instead. I run Better cites, as well as OOO (one of the pieces of FCOM) and have zero issues that you are listing. Create the OMOD file, or the BAIN file or just install it manually and you should be fine. Well, after you run BOSS first of course. If you are still having issues, then spell out what they are and give us your load order via Wrye and well help you hunt down the issue. Info on load order here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/4487-please-read-before-posting-here/
ntblood Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 I don't know if it matters but the Snapshot build v1.9.1-17 of LOOT did a better job than the normal release. I just downloaded the installer version of BOSS.Ok, I manually install all my Fallout 4 mods so that shouldn't be too bad. I've build OMODs with TesMM but not a BAIN with WB. But when I make an OMOD with OBMM I usually activate it there. So I guess I won't do that last step and just take the file and do a manual install. Ok, I read: "You can manually install by extracting to a temp location and dragging the files and folders to: Oblivion\data\Alternatively you can create an OMOD file with OBMM or a Bain file with Wrye." So the easiest is to just move the files to the Data folder. If I make and OMOD file I just place it in the Oblivion folder, T:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion ? Is that the way you install all your mods instead of with NMM or OBMM because they don't work well?Without LAPF yet in, I rebuilt my Bashed Patch in WB and got an error about the SuperPatch.esp from FCOM I believe but the bashed patch was green now and my game seems to be better. I'm not sure I can add another mod without messing it up again. Although after rebuilding the Bashed Patch the Arena entrance and signs are much lower than they should be and the door impossible to enter without disabling it with the console. Other than that I haven't seem much else messed up. Thank you
gregathit Posted August 2, 2016 Author Posted August 2, 2016 Glad you are working. FCOM is a real challenge to get working correctly as it has so many mods, some of which conflict with one another. While it is really cool if you get it working, I abandoned it and went back to just using OOO by itself. Holler if you get into a jamb.
ntblood Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 I meant to say I was using TesMM the updated version of OBMM (& NMM a bit) although that probably wouldn't change your opinion about them.I used the FCOM superpack installer which takes all the work out of it. Although it's possible having the full FCOM makes for more compatibility issues with adding other mods but I'm not sure. Here is the video I used:https://youtu.be/15wDKl9zDSA FCOM Superpack download: (2.4GB) https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B_pHj0dQg6a6azhsNUtaMG1MR2sWhat is the limit of active plugins that Oblivion can handle? You know, when I run BOSS it gives me an error,"Cannot find online masterlist revision number." (?)
fejeena Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 You can download the masterlist without BOSS. Then put it in your BOSS folder. https://github.com/boss-developers/oblivion/blob/master/masterlist.txt Max esp/esm 255 ( Oblivion esm + 254 ) But not sure it can be that you can only add 253. If you create in game copies of objects/NPCs they have Load order number FF ( hexadecimal for 255 ). So better only Oblivion.esm + 253 esp/esm = 254 (hex FE) You can merge esp (all armors and clothes in one esp. Or a few esp sorted by cup size/body type)
ntblood Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 I was able to paste the contents of the masterlist.txt from GitHub into notepad++ and save it in UTF-8 format. When I run BOSS it gives a ton of errors, a sample I pasted below. Does the Snapshot Build Version of LOOT 0.9.1-17 not work for Oblivion. I thought it was working but I'm no expert. I know the regular release of LOOT didn't work. When I ask BOSS to update the masterlist I get this: −Masterlist UpdateError: Masterlist update failed. Details: Cannot find online masterlist revision number. Check the Troubleshooting section of the ReadMe for more information and possible solutions. When do you need to,"save Lovers or other Mod ini files". Like when installing LAPF? I've edited the existing Oblivion INI files before (just in regular notepad) but I haven't noticed any INI files for LAPF. Here is a beginning sample of BOSS errors when run with the masterlist.txt from GitHub:Masterlist Parsing Error: Expected a <(> at: FILE("Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm") SET: OOOMasterlist parsing aborted. Utility will end now.Masterlist Parsing Error: Expected a <(> at: FILE("Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm") SET: OOOMasterlist parsing aborted. Utility will end now.
gregathit Posted August 2, 2016 Author Posted August 2, 2016 Don't update BOSS. Stick to the masterlist that was the last one (should be included in the download). The problem with LOOT is that almost zero time was spent loading mods into it. So its ability to recognize a mod and where it should be is just slightly better than hitting yourself in the head with a hammer. Slightly. You will need to do a bit of hand sorting and that is what Tes4edit is for. As to max number of mods to install......well Fejeena has told you about the "hard limit" but the one that doesn't get talked about much is the "soft" limit. The reason it isn't as widely discussed is that it varies. The variables are pretty much every major component in your computer (CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, HD size/speed/free space and so on). The sum total of how good your system is, which is generally determined by its weakest link (not always but most times) sets the soft limit. For some, that soft limit might be as few as 50 or 100 mods. The moment they install the 101st mod............BANG.....crash city. So keep your soft limit in mind. Install mods in small groups and test. It is a slow process, but it is 100 times faster than trying to fix a game that has 200 mods installed and crashes like a drunken rhino.
ntblood Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 All my BOSS errors were solved by re-installing it and using the included masterlist.txt as you suggested, thanks. Although I think the masterlist even updated successfully this time too. Don't know why but that's good. Thank you
Dragonhunter43210 Posted August 7, 2016 Posted August 7, 2016 Sorry for the inconvenience, but how do I initiate sex? I'm having trouble finding this...
