Have you ever felt 3BA was lacking detail around the back? This mod aims to fix that problem by replacing the area around the anus as well 3BA's default 3BA_Anus mesh with geometry transplanted from Johnny Bungalow's UBE body. This new geometry comes with 6 new sliders for the anus, and as an added bonus I also added veracruze's Areola UV Fix slider for the nipples.

 

(UBE Anus variants now also available for Vaginaless 3BA)

 

  



Do note that to account for the altered shape, an edited normal map will be required to make use of most of the anus sliders. Pre-edited Fair Skin Complexion and Diamond Skin normal maps have been included in the installer, as well as simple .png overlays for quickly patching your installed normal maps.

Editing a normal map to be compatible with 3BA w UBE Anus is easy. All you need to is to place the UBE Anus overlay on your normal map while making sure its placement matches the placement of the anus on whatever diffuse map you use. After you're satisfied with the overlay's placement, save it and apply it to your normal map. Below is a video of me matching overlay placement to a diffuse map.

 

 

 

The bottom line is that it isn't very difficult to patch a normal map to work with UBE Anus, and I'm sure plenty of people reading this are able to do so. In fact,

 

 

to be a bro and post your patched normal maps in the support thread for this mod so others can enjoy the mod easier.

 

Also, I highly recommend the below tutorial if you want more resources on editing textures for use with this body. It is in Japanese, so machine translation may be necessary:

Also note that the default anus placement is much closer to the vagina than original 3BA. Use the "AnalPosition_v2" slider (called the "Anal Back" slider in BodySlide) to move it farther away.

Indeed you can! It's already done -in fact I made that version first, then made a regular 3BA version predicting people would ask for one.

 

 

I just need to correct a few errors in the installers and I can start uploading the new version. It will also include UBE patched versions of every currently released vaginaless normal map in every vaginaless body texture patch installer.

I don't understand anything of this normal map talk, I just want to know one thing: can I just install this through my mod manager and have it (more or less) done? I am expecting some differences since I use The Pure, but whatever, I can live with it for now.

 

Also: dear Talos, I didn't realise how much I wanted something like this, until I saw it.

Yeah, the lack of butthole detail has always been my main complaint about 3BA.

 

Anyway, unfortunately without a patched normal map the anus just won't look right:

It looks okay-ish if I play with the sliders a bit. Well, there is no difference in texture around the hole but the new sliders work and I can sort of make it stand out by setting one of them to maximum. I have no idea how to even begin patching it though. I'll patiently wait for someone who does to provide one for The Pure. It will happen, eventually.

If you post your femalebody_msn.dds here I can patch it for you. Since I already have a bunch of mods that require me to patch textures I just don't want to commit to patching every texture in existence for yet another one. Kinda hoping there's enough interest for people to make and share their own patches.

 

The BnP authors already said they will include official support in the next version of BnP which is nice.

The patched normal map definitely seems to be there. You did open the right project in BodySlide, right?

It's just got the Areola UV Fix slider, not the other sliders or the altered weights. The hands and feet from V's Cut should be compatible

That's going to be a bit.. tricky. I use Muscle Solution in addition to The Pure, with varying muscle maps for different character weights. I have about... 12 of these files. Per race. Guess I could extract it from the basic skin mod archive... hold this thought.

I'm trying to patch the argonianfemalebody_msn.dds from Flawn's Argonian Redux, specifically the muscles variant, yet it the msn image seems to be a different size than the overlay provided in this mod's files. I'm also not used to editing them with GIMP, so if you'd be willing to help in any way I'd appreciate it.

Basically I'd like to be able to build straight from bodyslide so I can see the results easier in-game, right now I have to build the .nif files to another directory and place them manually in the elin race folder to see the changes
