I doubt that is the issue. Did you choose the full download of v1.7 or just the upgrade from v1.6 to v1.7? See what Attenater writes in the post after you. I may have screwed up. This is only valid for the new creatures of v1.7.

Thanks for the troubleshooting. It is likely I forgot those updated json files in the upgrade download. I'll check it out and issue a patch.

Pretty sure I went for the full download, thx for the reply.

Do you have Creatures enabled in Sexlab settings? Are creature animations registered?

If you installed this

It still requires SLAL to register all the creature animations
I also recommend Billy's and Baka's creature animations packs, they also require SLAL registration and cover most of the creatures DC adds

https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/6707-bakafactorys-slal-animation-le-sse/
https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3999-billyys-slal-animations-2023-4-1/

For Billy, make sure you download the SE version
For Baka, the main download contains both LE and SE versions

Slal meaning Sexlab Animation Loader ? Yep got that working aswell as Billy's Creature animations, Bakafactory animations aswell as other packs such as Anubs and Funnybiz.

Are you still having issues? You do need to manually enable and register all the new animations via SLAL MCM

Hey thx for the reply, I got the mod working !.

Idk why it didn't before, but it could be the way I tried to initiate sex was wrong, for example the invite hotkey from Aroused Creatures doesn't work, and I have Baka's Defeat which also didn't work ( using the surrender function that is ).

Using Puppetmaster commands I succesfully got some animations working with some Skavens, gonna try more later but atleast now I know they're at least working.

Should I be using Naked Defeat instead of Baka's Defeat you think ?

By default Aroused Creatures only works on creatures that are friendly/unaggressive and out of combat, lone Skavens are aggressive so AC can refuse to start encounter with them. You can use some calm spell on them and then try the invite hotkey again, assuming they are aroused enough.

Defeat has a toggle if you want to allow creatures, make sure its checked for both male and female (Defeat MCM > Player as Victim > Assault by creature)

Personally i use both defeat and naked defeat, which isnt really recommended but it works fine
I run Defeat with "Player as Victim" disabled since ND handles that, but i still use the Player Aggressor and NPC vs NPC functionalities
I prefer Naked Defeat for player defeat since its more interesting than regular Defeat...

for the aroused creature invite key to work, the creature needs to be non-hostile ( chimp are non aggressive most time for example ), for defeat make sure you got creature defeat enable in MCM and double check the enable/disable list of creature, you can tailor the list according to your liking and availabla anim. I use both defeat and naked defeat, it works, but you gotta tweak the mcm settings quite a lot to make sure both mod don't trigger at the same time. Personnaly i use defeat on bleedout and naked defeat just for manual surrender (got to change the surrender key as both mod use the same), hope these quick advice helps

Edit: also if you want to use naked defeat, you should probably use papyrus tweaks and the crosshairrefevents fix mod to speed up the scripts, works wonders for me

Ahhhh I totally didn't even remember wether Baka Defeat had a Allow Creature button, that explains it, quite a obvious oversight from me.

Also I have a mod called ''Wilding-Simple Bestiality'' installed, which makes most creatures unagressive to me aswell as my followers, though I'm not sure if it's just vanilla Skyrim creatures or if the mod automatically applies to ones added from other mods too. Maybe I should disable Wilding idk.

But I'm super glad I finally got Demonic Creatures working :D.

One With Nature doesn't seem to work so i'm going to assume Wildling won't
What i usually do in my playthrough is
Open console, left click a monster and type in
setav aggression 0
then,
stopcombat
close console
I usually do this if i'm particularly interested in a creature, to make it less cheaty i beat the creatures up until they enter bleedout, they will remain passive even after you leave.

I've been thinking about a mod that sets enemies aggression to 0 once they get aroused enough or enter bleedout but i lack the know how required to make it

^ I do all of this to have encounters via Aroused Creatures

What about the mod ''Proteus'' ? It has a plethora of features but one of them is allowing u to edit the attribute, make otherwise un-recruitable NPC be able to be recruted aswell as married, change their combat behavior, and modify the aggression levels of any npcs in the game

Used it on some Skavens and it worked :D, made them friendly.

I haven't fiddles too much with console commands so for me it's a bit handier. It also has some main features like allowing you to have multiple chars in the same world, though that part is a bit too complicated for me so I've just been using it to make enemies friendly and stuff.

I have a bat file that goes like this:

tgm
tcai
tdetect

All I do is open console and type "bat r" (file is literally named r.txt) and it turns on god mode, stops all combat calculations, and makes all enemies unable to detect you (they can still detect you if you bump into them). Type it in again to set everything back to normal.

The stopcombat one is a good idea too. I'll add that.

I never really cared for them. But it's a quick fix to just mount something on them

Could you give me link to tutorial how to do it? Or any tips?

I think this is a good place to go. I'm not sure if this guide is updated when it comes to ABC penis bones, but that is not the hard part.

I'm going to add schlongs to both dinos and their replacers in the next update.

it is, but for some odd reason the forum post does not match the mod page text:

That hunter camp with a pet mountain lion chewing on a goat leg is a nice immersive touch.  I noticed that there are some new npc at dragonsbridge, the mill near dark water crossing and pelagia farm, do they serve any purpose other than just populating these area?

Yeah I want more of "those" immersive touches here and there.

The NPC in dragonbrigde will have her daily routine, but in the afternoon she will stroll up behind the guardhouse where she'll meet a Bjaergtroll. I have Scent of Sex installed that occasionally will set up sex scenes with them. It's these little things that keeps me going ?

I want to spawn in the new creatures but I can't find them, I was using handbook but it looks like it hasn't been updated?

The handbook isn't updated. It was kept alive by someone else. I don't have time for that I'm afraid :(

Use the creature list instead (the one in the document download)

I've uploaded the Goblin Village (or what I have so far). This patch is downloadable through my patreon page. Don't worry. It is a open post and can be downloaded without signing in anywhere (and it always will be). I feel it the mods here on Loverslab just fall behind and dissappears. When I keep it at my own private page it will always show up since I'm not gonna overflow my patreon with mods obviously. The link for this addon mod is on the front page of demonic creatures. Maybe a little bit hard to find but, yeah.. Let's see how it goes.

Requirement: Demonic Creatures v1.7 with its patch fixes.

There isn't many differences between these and the vanilla ones. It's basically wings, ears, tails and some custom skeletons (I haven't downloaded it and tested). I feel we have enough werewolves in the mod now.  Can I offer you this one instead ?: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/114458?tab=description

I'd rather implement more texture variants to the vanilla werewolves, but Kittakritty hasn't responded to my request, nor read it.
