Anyone else have trouble switching the Queen armor to alternate option?   Swapped the mesh per PDF instructions but it won't load any textures and is invisible.   The PDF doesn't say anything about screwing with the texture files so they'll load.   I'm not even sure which textures would need what name for them to properly load at this point.

So you can get them under the church ? or the cave where you get the sap with the water falls?
Or the lab in blackreach ?

I believe the only place I have not seen them get the spores have been castles, I have been able to get the huggers there and I have got them from sleeping out by the mouth of caves, the huggers. but the best bet is blackreach under the temple or a cave like the one you found Leslie or however her name was spelled.

Ok so pretty much any cave with a bed basically or does pressing T and waiting also work ?
Or should I install a mod to be able to sleep anywhere

you can, or get a mod that can make a "bed" like hunterborn or something like that, but best to change locations, for example if you don't get the spores after a couple of days in a cave try one deeper or the blackreach

I'll try the bed mod later if I cant get it to work for me any where, But is there anything I need to activate to get the inflation to work ? I have "racemenu  &  XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended" but no dice

Regarding the Blackwillow Spores... you can only get them in Blackwillow.

The tower — where you find the "Dragon Scroll" — has a downward-leading staircase on the outside. At the bottom of this staircase, opposite the water, you'll see a small Falmer camp. Check their tents to see if there's a sleeping place (e.g., made of straw).

There are also Falmer camps near the spiders — there are bodies of water there as well.

Does the DD device hider overwrite you setting the full body suits such as living armor, tentacle armor, blackreach spores, to revealing in SoS? Every time I set them to "revealing" (for a futa character's junk to not disappear when wearing them) they immediately uncheck themselves and go back to concealing. Just don't really understand the device hider, cause setting everything to "none/disabled" in the settings, the full body suits still hide whatever they cover, so figured it was a case of them being set to concealed in sos... which apparently you can't change?

no, slot 32 and 52 are linked, more or less, when you put on vanilla armor, the armor hides slot 32 - chest, and 52 - male genitals, that's why some bikini armors will hide SOS if you have a mod that swaps genders, like gender bender, you have to some time make the top as reviling.

 

that's why when the 32 slot has DD active it hides the parasites that go in slot 52. I have had this issue in one playthrough and what I had to do is make sure I had those options in DD before I equipped or got to the point of getting those related parasites. What I would do is make sure DD was disabled, then try doing the parasite and see if it shows up, or infect your PC and see it it shows.

Spider eggs, chaurus warms, Unless it has been changed, the PC can infect NPCs, sprigan last I did that one can also infect NPCs

From what I have seen, @DeepBlueFrog updates once a year, unless there is a major bug, so next up date if they stay to the pattern will be 01\2026 sometime.

And I have a few ideas regarding potentially new kinds of parasites that the player can be infected with, if you're interested. They revolve around the three atronach types, the apocrypha daedra, hagravens, and forsworn briar hearts.

 

 

You can send me the ideas in a direct message if you want but I am not adding new parasites until the current ones are all working properly.

 

The animation for giving birth is indeed coming from Estrus.

MME is not required or even integrated with the mod.

If you seem mentions of lactation, it is for compatibility with Hormones but it doesn't require Hormones unless you want the full effect.

Does someone has a map marker for the Altar or maybe explain how to reach it?

 

There is a similar altar with an old statue behind High Hrtogard, after the gates you have to pass to test the Wind shout (to the left when you get out of the building around the back).

Make sure Parasites is near the end of your load order. 

If you have mods that customize dragons, they could be responsible for interfering with the Queen in Blackreach.

Yes, he did mention a long time ago that he might change this – but he's probably pretty burned out after 10 years of working on various mods.

 

Those changes are indeed permanent. 

Maybe I should add more warnings during the quest about the point of no return from body changes.

The main goal of the mod is to permanently transform the player.

 

Burnout from testing random issues is real, but I am slowly walking my way back to the mod. 

 

Hopefully next year will be more favorable to wrap up these mods.

Anywhere that is not inside a farmhouse should do. 

I will try to remember to add sleeping spots in Falmer settlements to make that easier.

Renaming the meshes only should be enough.

Keep the textures in their original folders but make sure they are installed.

The Living Armor or Tentacle Monster (can't remember which) can also be transmitted during sex.

I have not seen either transmit, I have seen part of the sprigian infection transmit, spider eggs and chaurus eggs and worms. But its good to know I will test to see with one may do that.

Yeah, I get that, When I did the wife's website a several years back, after all the coding and pic editing etc. I was pretty much burnt out.  And if by taking a year to do updates, correction addtions etc, procucess better mod by all means take your time, your mods are one of the few I have kept in my load order since I found them.

Yes.. ELLE is ancient at this point.

 

In addition to burnout , you can also blame Hello Games for releasing multiple expeditions to No Mans Sky every year, and CDPR for continuously breaking my mods with 'just one more update.. promised it is the last one this time' releases.
