Please don't misunderstand me - I played this mod very intensively 2-3 years ago and am very grateful to the author for creating such a complex story outside the usual TES paths.

Can I continue playing with this character? Ultimately yes - even if I have to come up with my own "role-play" ... ultimately you are something like an outcast of society ... you live in a kind of symbiosis with a being that the vast majority of people/mer find abhorrent.

Back then I even installed the Dwemer race (timelost Dwemer) ... as the only Dwemer currently living on Nirn, I feel obliged to make this disaster harmless.

A mod that resurrects a member of the snow elf race fits in with this... the daughter of the legendary commander of the snow elves (story from the DLC "Blood Moon" from the Morrowind series)

Alduin - Serana - Miraak ?? None of this is really important for this character - who lived in the time BEFORE the "Battle of Red Mountain"!
 

How many times do you want to become head of the thieves' guild or herald of the companions?
 

Kill Harkon? Yes and - either Serana accepts me as I am - or she can stay behind in her run-down ruined castle.

 

No - you play mods like SL-Parasite - when you want to leave the path you have taken too often and have become boring.

Looking forward to giving this mod a full try. However I've already noticed a personal peeve: Non-toggleable debug notifications on save startup. Specifically the "[SLP] Refreshing Parasites" ones.

I've edited the source script to disable these for my personal use but I'm unable to compile them as I appear to be missing some referenced scripts that I have no clue how to find. If anyone is able to compile it please let me know!

Hopefully it becomes a native feature in the future.

I understand your position and why you like it this way but it's not really my case.

 

When I do this type of mods with quest I love to do them but after that I prefer to go back like nothing happenned, that's why for me (only my own opinion) not having a way to revert change is a bad thing.

just recently ive came to this problem the worms keep clipping into the ground and i have no idea why when i get infected they sit on the ground under my character any ideas?

Not sure why, when trying to enter the Rift, it states "The rift seems closed for good" Not sure why this is happening as I am wearing the full set of armor and nothing else. I have tried re-entering the area, re-equiping the armor, reloading old saves, and nothing.

I am trying to do the chaurus queen questline and I am at the first part in the broodcave. Whenever she gives me the chaurus worm it just gets rejected by my body immediately.
I looked at my active effects and I think there are none that should be affecting it? I have no other parasites

So... before i go down the "its not me its the mod" conclusion, I'm trying to verify the mod is compatible for the 1170 version and all the various updates that is needed.  My first thought was to verify infections were working but seems the test in the MCM is not registering infections.  Want to make sure this is expected before testing the quest lines.  I can provide my mod list as well if needed.

I need some help here I installed all requirements as stated but for some reason I dont see the actual parasite when it infects my character, I am running skyrim AE 1.6.1170

 

Edit: I Figured it out, turns out devious devices has a device hider on the body automaticly filled in by setting these body hiders to none you essentialy turn on the parasites for this mod

I used the SE version and also used SLIF - but you should be careful with the settings.

So it's better to create a test character and experiment a little.

So i realized it was working all the time, im using the Morph mode, but fill her up wasnt inflating enough, so used the multiplicator of 2x.
