Making a game in Tyrano Builder

Hello people. I'm thinking of starting a new project that won't be making comics. I want to make a flash game with Tyrano Builder Visual Novel platform.

The game is supposed to be about the adventure of my model Clara Cox in a maze with lots of monsters. I want anyone who wants to join in this project. I want to put TK17 stuff in the game, models, poses, etc. If possible, I want the scenes to be animated, no, just pictures.

To begin with, I need your help. I would like, if anyone has a room of a large labyrinth, if possible a stone, dark place. But a big maze, to make the game more interesting. Clara Cox would be tasked with finding the diamond by walking through the maze and fighting monsters on the way to it (if she meets them). She would have two options to overcome them. The first option is a fight where if she wins, the monster would be permanently incapacitated. Another option is to satisfy him sexually. It would be up to the player to decide.

I have never used Tyrano Bilder, nor made films, so I would like to ask you, for a start, two things:

1. Room of the Great Labyrinth
2. Instruction and program for making a good movie in TK17, in order to insert sex scenes. I don't use Hook, and I have VX.

I would insert those scenes into Tyrano Bilder, or the game. Start signs, maze room and scene recording program in TK17 application.

Clara Cox's appearance in the game. I redid the skin. To be dirtier because she goes through the labyrinth.

I can halp you with animations in rooms like strange machines and stuff or fire places.Did you already found a labyrinth?If so,I can turn it into a room an do some animation stuff you want into it.Can the room be imported to the game builder or just video sequences?

If you don't need to move your player in real-time (ala "Mario"), then I *highly* recommend using the built-in Sequencer for this project.

 

You create a "game" by using "Jumps" (on the "Extras" tab) to control what happens. Players can make decisions to guide the story. Plus you can use animated poses instead of static images, and players can use any model they want instead of being forced to use your own "Clara Cox".

 

I've done a few experiments allowing users make decisions to guide the story in several of my own sequences. I recommend checking them out (see: Sequences on my Downloads page. "Sexbot" & "Club 3000" are good examples of letting the player make decisions to control the story.

 

The Sequencer is a highly underused & powerful feature of TK17 that far too few people take advantage of. EVERYTHING in TK17 exists just to make Sequences. If you need info on how to use it, check the online documentation.

I did not find. If I can't find it, I have to see how the rooms are made, or ask someone to do it for me. My computer is not good enough to use Blender or similar programs. It would be best if someone knows, to make a labyrinth room, but a big one, since I intend to put at least 5 monsters in it from different sides.

 

I want a room for TK17 VX. From there I want to download a video that will be inserted into the game. For example, will Clara go left or right, sex scenes, fights, etc.

This is how it would look like in the Tyrano Builder program, but the sex and fight scenes, as well as the walking in the maze, I want to be animated in TK17. And as a video, to insert into the game. Clara comes to an intersection and it's up to the player to click left or right. Likewise for monsters, so if they meet... ?, it will either be a fight or sex.

 

Thank you Daspex for your interest. It would be good if someone could help us with the maze. The idea is good and if I get everything I need, you will be delighted. I just don't believe that out of all the rooms there isn't a single labyrinth. If you can, help. Thanks.

Ok.Ill try to find a large labyrinth then and see...Nice idea btw.

I always wanted to try a renpy or similar but its not my workflow

But making 3d stuff for something like that will be fun.

Yeah,thats true I only use the sequencer,others only use pe,also the story mode is very interesting cause of its if,then structure in the bs code,if I on ly could find it again...But one disadvantage of sequencer is that there are only 3 input possabillities per page,thats not enough in my opinion.Also many people wont install the whole 2gigs to play a small game sequence I could imagine.

What about textures for it?Sadly they're are none included.Do you have something we could use?

That's exactly what I'm looking for. The walls must be large. Above the head. Some monsters will be taller than Clara, so the ceiling height should be about one and a half of Clara's body. A ceiling is also needed. To give the impression that Clara is in the catacombs.

 

This is an addon room. The walls should have the same texture as in the picture, and the ceiling should also.

 

Can you do that?

I want to make a game that only persistent people will pass. Also, I have to figure out how Clara will mark the path and wrong turns.

Ok,made a quick shot,try if the attached testroom is fitting your needs.It is wo positions,thats what you have to tell me.just mark the wanted positions in a picture and ill set them where you want.The room has no skydome and the maze has no roof but this is just for you to test.Ill try to get that textures you sent me to work with the room but I cant promise that I get it right cause texturing is not my thing.If you have some ideas for animations in the room likr rotating blades or something,let me know and ill inckude sonewhat like this.

Did you extracted the room archive?The game cant read .rar compressed files.Just start the room as usual,you should find a black icon with the name “The Maze“.And oc its VX only.

The height fits perfectly. Now, we need to find and set the textures for the floor. We can take the textures for the wall from the room I sent you. Everyone is welcome to arrange the room. It would be good to install a ceiling, so that the atmosphere feels like it's inside.

Ive experimented with some domes and maybe we should increase the hight of the walls so that its not klimbable and put adome above?Ill send you a room update in ca. 30 min.
