At a guess (without seeing your load order) I'd say Evolution is clashing with survival mode (I'm going to guess you are playing Altmer or Bosmer as well). They both change carryweight, and Evolution isn't designed with survival mode in mind. Â Fortunately a quick console player.modav CarryWeight <value> or use of other mods like Survival Mode Settings to adjust survivals weight reduction weight should fix it for you. 1

I guess i just found the answer for that...  A bit of a shame in some ways, but really, the whole concepts of seasons in a game like Skyrim clashes with the landscape design. While you can technically play over several months of world time, the areas are designed to represent seasons themselves. It's part of what makes the game world seem larger, for what is quite a small patch of land when you go off footsteps. I admire the years-long dedication to trying to make the seasons setup work with such a long mod list, but I can't say I'll miss the extra time it took running dyndolod.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll play around with it and see what I like.

alaunus01 Posted August 26, 2023 Posted August 26, 2023 Were the floating Ravens only in Ivarstead by any chance? There is a patch available.
Aylis Posted August 26, 2023 Author Posted August 26, 2023 @markvarley Well, 'Seasons' were in the whole time and the guide was somewhat build around it. So removing them is a massive change and the version should reflect that too. Did the same in SSE when i switched to HPH. Â @alaunus01 That was in several locations, so i guess we'd need a patch for all other locations as well.

I loved the ideas of the landscape changing over time as I explored the game, but as someone pointed out there are seasonal areas of the game that help it feel bigger, and seasons cancels that out, not to mention how much has to work together to make it work. I'm updating everything to V2 today and if I get DynDOLOD finished I might even get to play a bit tomorrow! ? Edited August 26, 2023 by markvarley

trgdolors Posted August 26, 2023 Posted August 26, 2023 Has anyone tried Lawless - A Bandit Overhaul or Madmen - A Forsworn Overhaul (same MA)? Â Well for gameplay aspects they might be nice but from an immersion standpoint they are just weird. After all scaling bandits and forsworn wouldn't sit in any caves or hideouts, they'd be in the cities, making everyone work for them. Just imagine lvl 70+ bandits running around... 2

Of course something had to slip through... ? All fixed now   @markvarley The idea itself is good and i like the changing ice during the seasons. But it also got so many undocumented changes. The Gildergreen alone has a massive mesh change with 'Seasons'. All in all are the changing meshes and textures a PITA and it only gets worse the more interwoven mods you use. Spoiler Seasonal Gildergreen  How it should have looked (and now does)   @trgdolors What @YuFeng said. A perfect example is 'Diablo IV'. With the levelscaling you won't have any sense of progression at all as everything keeps a difficulty matching your power (aka it becomes stale very fast).  With the additional magic you'll find some fun anyway. The new spells are also added to NPC and can become a surprise (OUCH! Wtf did (s)he use now?). Hostile Forsworn with 'Nature' spells (just an example) are nasty.? Edited August 26, 2023 by Aylis 1
wollboi Posted August 26, 2023 Posted August 26, 2023 (edited) I think I'm going to toss OSL Aroused. The formula is just nonsensical and doesn't work for the playthroughs I like. It also doesn't play well with Aroused Creatures, as that mod uses arousal while OSL splits it into like three separate considerations. Â Also going to toss Dunmer Outfits. It's nice, but I don't think the author has kept up with the new SPID patches. I'm starting to get naked people with holes where their crotch should be, and it's always Dunmer. Tamriel, Solstheim, Philadelphia, doesn't matter. Also there are weird design choices. Like I'll be walking down the road near Whiterun and there's one of Miraak's henchmen walking toward me ... only for me to get closer and find out some Dunmer farmer decided to play dressup. Obviously not wearing the cultist mask, but the robes and that just doesn't make sense. Edited August 26, 2023 by wollboi
Aylis Posted August 26, 2023 Author Posted August 26, 2023 (edited) @Tops34 Wrong order...  Der USSEP MASTER has to be the first of them all. It is the first mod with an ESM/ESP/ESL extension we install... Quote Every plugin in bold goes to the top of the plugin order (and then respective in the same order they would appear in the list)  But you havn't lost a single word about the patches themselves. (that overlapped) Spoiler When you enable a mod and it enables multiple plugins you just need to use common sense as far as which should go first (i.e. for KS Hairdos MP the main plugin would go before the wig one, or in LUX the main plugin would go before all the patches).  __________________________________________________  Do i have to add this for every update? loadorder.txt __________________________________________________  @wollboi I see, so Philadelphia is a general issue... Good to know. ?  Joke aside, i'll watch out for problems (but this could take a while).  Edited August 26, 2023 by Aylis
wollboi Posted August 26, 2023 Posted August 26, 2023 Also, Re:OSL Aroused, I'd be interested if anyone has the same problem I do where reloading a quicksave or any save really automatically reconfigures my character's arousal to be sky-high. Same thing happens when you hit the hotkey to check arousal or check it through the MCM.
