i use crashlogger mod to check and it's always customcomments.esp that's the problem.

Have you gotten any of the original DBVO packs to work? The .fuz files need to end up in the same folder as those included with the original voice pack. So for the Bella, ensure the .fuz files end up in the "Sound\DBVO\voicebella\" folder. For Karryn it'll probably be something like "Sound\DBVO\voicekarryn\". By merging they probably mean to add the .fuz files from the patch to the correct folder in the Karryn mod in Mod organizer (or whatever mod organizer you use). 

Patches don't always include the .json file needed by the pack (for example "DragonbornVoiceOver\voice_packs\voicebella_voice_pack.json"), so make sure you have that from another mod.
