I copied the Guro outfits but did not change the name. I think my reasoning was if Toast updated their mod, perhaps with better quality texture, then SLPGN will use that texture when the Guro Outfit mod updated I fail to realize that the reverse is also true. SLPGN will overwrite Guro Outfit if SLPGN has higher priority. Pretty sure I did not put in body slide so whatever bodyslide is done to Guro Outfit will not appear in this case. I may be wrong in this, as I do not understand bodyslide that much, but just to be safe just put SLPGN in lower priority than Guro Outfit in the load oder. 1
effrenatus Posted March 7, 2025 Posted March 7, 2025 (edited) I had a strange situation yesterday and I'd like to know if that hints to something wrong on my side... I am using SLPGN LWN Fix from above and PDA 2.3.1b, with almost all the other stuff you linked in the PDA description page. I am writing here though, because my impression was that it was a Gets Necroed situation. I also use Frozen Electrocuted Combustion in case that could influence it, but apart from having my burned body turn invisible in the necro animation once, i douobt it matters this time. (I have moved ToastGuroOutfits.esp after SLPGN.esp in the load order now, it was before it yesterday - but my character did not get guro'd though.) So what happened: In Ustengrav, the Giant spider near the end killed me with its poison. An animation betweeen my character and the spider started, but while the spider animations, SLSO and the animation stages went on normally, something went very wrong with my character herself. She was inside the ground and rotated slowly and steadily during that entire time, her limbs getting twisted strangely. Wondering if ground collision causes this, I tried to move her up by the Sexlab hotkeys and changed to another animation, but nothing stopped the rotation. It was independent from which animation was playing. At one point in my attempts, she started to fly slowly in a straight line through everthing... Do you have any idea what that phenomenon could point at? EDIT: I just tried the Imperial Scene Test in the PDA MCM and it generalls seemed to work fine, apart from, after the first big scene in the imperial location, everything fell against one wall and every passive actor started drifting against that wall.... weird. Sometimes on a new game during a battle and some of my followers are killed some of the enemy combatants will stop fighting and go necro a follower. Or the PC will die first and the same thing. This will happen throughout the whole game Most of the new games started no followers are necro'd until after the PC is killed. This will happen throughout the whole game....How do I keep it like this?....and not above...that just doesn't seem real Edited March 20, 2025 by WCSC

But yeah that is no normal, since the player hasnt died yet Perhaps cleaning the save may fix it?

This happens form time to time and starting a new game solves it at tiimes.. When you say clean the save, with Fallrim Tools? If so, what steps? Thanks

Do I just select that plugin and hit purge (Purge 1 plugin), save the save and then just play again as usual? I've never done anything like this for any mods, heh...so I'm glad to learn

This basically just reset the mod to a default state.

Guess i'll just have to start a new game
FoxinTale Posted April 9, 2025 Author Posted April 9, 2025 Alright, so I'm alive, still. I figure I'd give an update on how things are going. I think Version 3.0 is going to be the last major update. I feel I've lost interest in continuing the mod for the foreseeable future. It's not dead, per-se but major features are not happening. I'll work on bug-fixes Anyone is welcome to add their own features to the mod, and I have tried my best to add comments throughout to make it easier for a novice to pick up. A mix of life things and losing interest in Skyrim for a while are the two main reasons there hasn't been a damn peep from me. I haven't been able to get the CK to start up, turns out that broke at some point after AE so I had to track down a version that actually worked on SE. Once that happened, I kept running into dumb script compilation errors that really killed my motivation. I've recently got back into it with making another mod (hint: It involves a total retexture for the Lykaios race) and I've decided to buckle down and finish this mod to my satisfaction. I don't think I had much left to do. Version 3.0 will require a new (or clean) save, as I split up several of the existing scripts into smaller scripts to make them easier to manage and maintain. I am unsure when it'll come out so don't hold out hope for it being, like...really soon. Even though it's not a huge thing, I'm going to tentatively aim for the end of the month. 8

I incorporated all the fixes and patches from LWN's 1.2.7 version in it, so what's in there is in 3.0. 1

PDA 2.4.2 does not work with SLPGN 3.0 I will upload the PDA 2.4.2-hotfix1 which will works with SLPGN 3.0 ONLY, it does not work with my version of SLPGN. The next upcoming PDA version 2.4.3 (currently in early release) will be compatible with both. 3
WCSC Posted May 17, 2025 Posted May 17, 2025 So I'm currently using the new 3.0 version but trying to change the Facial Expression in the MCM. In LWN's version I could go to SexLab and go to the MCM for expression editor and use a expression I did for "Afraid". Go to test on player, then leave SL and go to LWN PLayer Gets Necro'd and go to the Expression MCM and import or save. IN the nEw 3.0 version I cant seem to import expressions, it's just a 100/100 default version. Is there a way to change it in 3.0? Or maybe I've been doing it wrong all along

It ads a component where you either run away and come back later or fight them and risk being subdued again and maybe being killed. Maybe something like... Debug.Notification("As they finish with you, the pain, anger, and shame bring you back to consciousness.") ; TotalDeaths = 0 ; Reset this to zero. Then force all gear unequipped and gear drop until they are say 30%-50% of their max carrying capacity. This introduces the consequences that you intended to introduce with shouts, black gems, etc. Also, if you already do a decapitation check why not make decapitation an "always dead" condition? Also after my character dies, I check the MCM and the Mod Active box gets auto-unchecked and the Necro chance resets to 0. Is that supposed to happen? And my console isn’t showing any errors either 😰 Are you using Player Death Aftermath mod? PDA has higher priority than SLPGN. If you want SLPGN to run instead, disable PDA from the MCM menu.
