Updated this, and all necesary files, but they just sit in the regular court room, and nothing happens, menu comes up , but it just shows the regular court room, and not the actual carnal court room.

nevermind , it works great, it was a conflicting mod, causing the scene to never go to the carnal courtroom, tracking it down now.  Probably More holdings or COW or something.

Did you find out which mod was causing the conflict? I'm experiencing the same bug.

Hi  @LordDGP

Looking at this part:

Permissions Policy

I wish for @Mange2020 to fully integrate this mod into his main mod so I no longer need to maintain it :P

How much are you willing to donate to CBO? :D

I think the only problematic part would be this one:

"No separate "Make Love" Interaction:"

This might make CBO incompatible with mods that add new sex scene events, as you could no longer trigger them. (maybe could do like a game rule to disable it or not?)

I'll take a look if I can make it an option.

But as I said, I am totally fine if you were to integrate the entire submod into the main mod, as I mainly made this because I didn't want everyone to have a court.

Seems like your method to use the lieges court is needed to make it possible for Admin goverments to use the court, dont really see any other way, so probably need to change CBO to do the same.

But I think there are some mods that use CBO, and overwrite the carnalitas event to hook into it, I think that should still be possible. I guess it could be a game rule or similar, but then still might be a usecase to have non CBO events, and trigger carnal court still.

Hmm, started looking into this open court room of liege stuff, then started to ask, why stop there? There is a way to get a list of characters that have a court room, we can just randomly pick one, so even if the liege doesnt have royal court, or dont have a liege, you can still do it. Then why stop there, why not just select a character, that has no valid court room, due to the filters already present in the court room files.

We could for example, make it so that this character has a new culture, that doesnt belong to any of the triggers that are used for selecting a court, so it would basically have to select the CBO court.

I also then tried separating out the grandeur file, and see if you can have 2 of them, and it seems to work.

So if we can pick the right character, or even better, just create a new one, maybe like create a new kingdom tier title, give it a ruler, make that ruler immortal or smth, and then just keep using that rulers court. Make the CBO courts match that character, while not matching any other courts, we can basically have compatibility with all mods that change court rooms, without having to change any files.

The problem is that the game when triggering the open court effect will automatically try to open your liege's court unless you have your own. If the liege has no access to court, the game will open the liege's court regardless.

This was the case when I made the court events for Weddings Expanded, don't know if paradox added any functionality afterwards.

Ah, ok, so you cannot go to a different court, just to your liege. I guess same is true that if your character doesn't have a court, and no liege, it still opens your court.

Ok, I guess will still need to patch the court room files, this doesn't allow getting around that.

I did see an event or similar, inspired_character_travel_to_court_effect, which seems to travel the character to a diff court, don't see if it opens the court room there, but maybe there is still a way somehow to trigger a court thats not yours or lieges.

Hi, the mod is great, but inspirations / inspired characters stopped coming and triggering at the court room after I installed it. I can still use the "Commission artifact" decision, but that's all.
I experimented with turning this on and others on and off  new games and saved games - the result is the same and the inspirations are missing.
Any help will be appreciated. My order is:
1. Fullscreen barbershop (Steam)
2. Carnalitas
3. CFP (Steam)
4. CBO
5. CBO CFP Compability
6. CBO Carnal Court Lite
7. CBO Carnal Court Lite - Animation Pack
8. Carnal Court Lite - CFP Compatch
9. VIET Events (Steam)

Thank you!
