The mod's pretty well made from what I've explored of it, with some minor grammatical issues.  The sex sections leave a little to be desired.  What they have is decent, but it doesn't seem to be repeatable, it's all one shot and that's it on the female side of things.  Some of that I can understand based upon the situation, but the part where a female PC whores herself out for caps within the NCRCF should be repeatable, and with more than just a few of the named NPCs.

From their site rules:

 

 

Any files that contain sexual images or reference of sexual acts with minors (people under the age of 18 or people who look under the age of 18) and animals, incite racial or religious hatred or are generally designed to spark a negative reaction in certain demographics beyond what is accepted within the UK/US media will be removed and accounts banned. To further clarify: what would be acceptable within the film and video game industry in the UK/US is generally acceptable on Nexus sites.
 

If your file contains graphic scenes including but not limited to nudity, sex, masturbation, rape or torture then you increase your chances of Nexus staff removing your content at their own discretion and without warning.

If you see a file that breaches these rules it does not mean that file has been allowed to remain by the Nexus staff and that all files of similar content are OK. Nexus staff might not have seen the file so report the file if you are unsure.

 

There is alot more rules and regulations on this page. I would be Nexus Banned if I even thought of posting all that on this thread... ;)
Seriously there are lots of rules there. :angry:

 

Long story short it is likely because this site's main focus is those mods that other sites don't touch. Sex with animals, rape mods, torture mods, even slavery mods. I can't speak for them but I believe they are banning any reference to this site because of the above content mentioned. They don't want any connection to this.

 

You better get the copy soon because as soon as one of their Knights of Purity get a glimpse of that mod and its link to Sexout... Ban..

I already got my copy. Thanks to the OP for bringing it to our attention..

Agreed. 2 or 3 prisoners does not a whore make.

 

I also noticed a piece of dialoge from Eddie which mentions that he needed more girls.  Would have made a good side quest, perhaps something along the lines of sparing Trudy and Sunny during the takeover of Goodsprings, providing they whore themselfs out at the prison.

Those Nexus rules are asinine. In order to be truly compliant they need to ban both vanilla FONV -and- FO3 from the Nexus sites entirely. :angel:

EDIT: Oh yeah, and those popular "Bounty" mods violate the rules too. And most of the screenshots... and.. and... and..  Heh..

 

Likely this is why they made the rules so broad. That way they can ban whomever and whatever at any time and just point to some nebulous "rule violation" as the reason.

Though its only a matter of time before of the Nexus Morality Gestapo find or are informed about this mods connection to Sexout, I contribute its current life span to smart wording in the mods description. The description was quick to point out it wasn't pornographic content, just sexual situations, which the game has naturally. Also the fact that Sexout is not one of the primary requirements shows that the mod is "safe" for general download despite a listed Sexout option.

 

Nexus has always been hypocritical, inconsistent, and favortists. If this I doubt this modder is one of their inner circle, but even if he is a 2nd degree community member, the mod has  a chance of being overlooked with just a warning where anyone else would have been banned by now.

 

Point is... download it while you can, because once it gets enough attention, it will likely go away.

Yea Halstrom, if I was him I would post a version for Sexout here and keep the mainstream one on the Nexus site. (if I wanted any Nexus credit which I don't care for or need)

 

@Kodiak . Even if the modder was one of the inner circle there is a strict band against LL. I don't even think that the Dark One himself would post anything that needed resources from this site unless he was to change his view of LL. Eventually it will be banned. It is more likely that those "inner" circle is allowing it to continue because nobody has made any comments on the mod and since it isn't required it is going on. As soon as someone post a comment "where can I get Sexout" and someone responds they as well as the mod will be banned. If he is inner circle he will most likely be told to remove that option from the page.

 

It could very well be allowed to continue to see if any LL'ers post on that thread. A way to find out those that are members of the Nexus group to band them.
