What this World of Rudra mod is about? Is Chinese written?

 

I'm not sure what it's about, but it's pretty.

Several new worlds. I've counted 4 so far, and I'm still finding stuff.

As for the quests, they're written in broken english, so it's just a tad bit difficult to understand what's going on.

Ah, that is awesome :D I've played Skyrim over 800 hours, but haven't made it to Dawnguard yet rofl. So that explains why I haven't seen them.

Hello all, hey I have a question.  Seen alot of people that have made TERA armor mods, for all different body types. My question is, Has anyone made a mod for the Carnival Torpedo swimsuit, specifically for Sevenbase Bombshell?

I just came across the "Scamp's Iron Armor" set

but the author (Brokefoot) seems to have taken it off of the Nexus.  Is there anywhere else to get it? UNP version if possible.

 

I came across a blog with download links, but they just pointed to the removed Nexus file:
