As for the eyepatch, there is a similar patch that comes with the Sorakage armor http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16107-wip-rel-histeria-and-vie-modding-and-conversion/ Here is the armor with the right eye patch. I suspect he does not want it, he will be like a master.

Also I only use modest and lore friendly mods nothing crazy stripperefic or in general fun. I don't mind some cleavage or skin if its fitting for the character. if you haven't found any yet, you could use CBBE and use the Bodyslide preset for UNP Skinny. that would open up any CBBE/Bodyslide armor for ya.

Though there is a new animation for running with a bow, think by xp32 for FNIS, for having bow out and moving but not shooting

I'm asking because I find it really stupid that you can just waltz in the Palace of Kings and not kill him like he killed the High King and instead have to do all these arbitrary bullshit quests. Maybe some special dialogue with the general where he goes "You look like you could sneak up on anyone... maybe if[flavour text]. So, are you sure you can do this?" And then my Dragonborn says "Yes" and then I walk up to Ulfric, stick a dagger up his butt, and escape Windhelm as the Empire's legion rushes in. I dunno. *ahem* So yeah, does anything exist that does that?

As for the dialogue and troops rushing in, I don't know how to do that. Maybe someone could set Ulfic's death as the trigger for the completion of the Civil War missions.
