I thought it was White Mage from TERA armors. White bird from Blade & Soul looks a bit different. Horns are under Castanic > Stand Alone Versions.

Other conversions are easy to find anyway.

In this video, it shows a book and it shows this red circle thing found near the end of the video where the character jumps, I'd very much like to know what these are Thank you for your help.

The floating book is Grimoire Weiss from NIER by Gorilla K. Not sure about the red circle move but most of the mods shown in his videos are made by himself.

Looks like Lady Bulwark armor from XAC, which is a retexture of Leere Armor. The gauntlets (which include the pauldrons and armguards) are not equipped in your screenshot.

Tattoos are always a hard thing to identify, seeing as most people who use them, do their own custom tattoo texture. They take bits and pieces from different tattoo mods and merge them into one. Or some are made via RaceMenu with all it's overlays. So it's rather hard to pinpoint exactly where a tattoo could come from, unless it is a well known template that a lot of people use. Otherwise, it is all mostly custom work which is hard to identify.

True, I totally forgot about that in the game options, normally I don't use this type of effect, like Blur, Bloom, DOF, to be honest I hate these effects, so, I just disable them all !!!
