Its from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8486/? Edit 1: Wrong weapon. It looks like it but its different. Edit 2: Oh wait it is the weapon. But the visual is different. Must be an enchantment mod or something.

You need an ESM called fox home.esm and i have no idea where to get it lol Pretty much any Fox armor comes with that .esm, so download any of them to get it lol. For instance, this one comes with it. Just search for any of the Fox armors for Skyrim, and you're bound to come across one that has that in it.
