there's really only one actual sex scene in the entire mod, and it's optional (with the dremora in the first quest). That said, it probably doesn't work with OStim at the moment. For now it's not really worth the effort to add explicit support for it, but I'll consider it if/when I end up adding more sex scenes.

 

 

That's hilarious. 😄 I guess changing the cell ownership has a few more side effects than I thought!

 

 

@MysticDaedra There's an ending for Irkalla not surviving but you killed her after locking in another ending, which I did not account for. I'll change some stuff to make sure that can't happen and bundle it into next patch. Can I assume that all your previous issues were eventually resolved e.g. by reloading, or did you have to bypass by setting stages manually?

Something I'd really like to see is Irkalla randomly kidnapping and playing with you if she survives. The orgasm game and all her general kinkieness was a lot of fun lol

I made the deal with Clavicus but removed the piercings anyway. Part 1 ended and I eventually freed myself from the consequences. 

 Will/when will part 2 start?

Just recently retried the latest update on LE and the problem of the Falcon Key not working when pressed into the wall is still present. I haven't tried it with nothing else installed so I can't say for sure it's not some mod interaction.

 

other than that, thanks for keeping up the good work, looking forward to some post game content in the future.

During the second phase, near end. When I try to find Mephala. I tried to open the door but I did not have all the staves so I went to get the ones I missed. When I returned the ball & chain doesnt counter the upstream and I can't push down in the cavern.

Had a similar problem. You have to examine the device before the key will work.

This was caused by SOS and by disabling it. The spam did not occur anymore.

I got the courier for when I got my house even though I used alternate start. that was as soon as I left my house. that is the only time

Wonderful to see an update to probably the most creative mod on this site! Has anyone else had any issues where the DD animations/idles will play and their character is just stuck in an animation loop? I've tested it both with and without Devious Devices NG (not sure why that would matter). I can kind of use the console to brute force my way out of the animation loop but of course this wouldn't really be viable for the Green Tentacle Statue puzzle.

Either way, great mod and congratulations on such a large expansion!

I can't reproduce either of these problems unfortunately, so I'm gonna have to ask you for some papyrus + crash logs to help me diagnose the problem.

 

 

There's a nasty possible crash there that has to do with moving/disabling items that the player is holding. To my great dismay and frustration this crash happens differently across Skyrim versions and platforms: LE, SE and VR all seem to behave differently... I did change that script recently though, so perhaps this is another problematic variation. Could you tell me which platform/version you're playing on? I can fiddle with the script again to try to see if I can fix it, but it's one of those things I can't easily test myself, so iterations are slow.

 

Your second point I can definitely fix, though. That ending was originally just a hard game over, so I forgot to give the player back their stuff after I changed how it worked. Your stuff should still be in the chest in the quest cell. Just TP there for now and get it (console command "coc frayescapequestcell"). I've added some code to to return the player's stuff when they trigger that ending and will include it in the next patch.

 

 

Try to get me a crash log (e.g. from Crash Logger, or .NET Script Framework if you're on LE/SE 1.5.97). The papyrus log is not useful for debugging CTDs.

 

Relevant bit is right at the end. Scroll all the way down. Looks like the compatibility you added for TDM doesn't seem to be working for me. I have TDM installed so not sure why exactly it can't find it.

i finished a snare to loosen, got the invitation and it said to find a campsite. i couldnt get a marker for the campsite location and i couldnt find it. some ppl told me to check stony creek cave but the entrance to irkalla's place was not there. what am i supposed to do ?

Walk south on the road from Windhelm. Eventually near the border between the hotsprings and the mountains the road forks left to Riften and forwards to Whiterun. When you see that fork walk back the way you came and the campsite is going to be to your left near some cliffs. You can't really see it standing on the road because of the trees. I had some trouble finding it at first too.

i found the campsite in another save and it was there, but with my main save it didnt spawn

For me reinstalling TDM actually fixed the forced control not starting, unfortunately it also still has the TDM drunk walking effect which is why I removed TDM in the first place (might be caused by one of my other mods though, I think the patch was supposed to fix this?)

 

Trappings of Fate 2.0.2 worked very well for me and I played through most of the Gordian Bind, encountering the glitches that have already been reported. It is amazing how polished and well laid out this mod is considering the amount of content that was added in Version 2. Overall some great work!

@FrayedI retried it on SE, and it's working great, though I ran into a problem where I managed to harm Irkalla? (forget her exact name) when she asks you to attack her at the start of the Gordian Bind, I was met with an 'unfinished bad end' message and had to reload. I reloaded and it worked fine, I believe the bug was caused by me using magic to attack her and the fire damage over time causing that response.

 

Also, In the Snare to Loosen, it's possible to make a deal with the Daedra, promising him a few days with you in exchange for removing the barrier at the door. Is this implemented yet?

Another Bug report (damn, it was working perfectly the first time I played through it.)

 

in Trial of the Conquorer, after I've knocked out Irkalla, when the 4 NPCs are meant to be kneeling and Boethea (Molag still in disguise) starts talking, Irkalla is missing, so I can't progress the trial.

How do you escape from the X-cross?  I tried the struggle hot key but, X-Cross doesn't show as an available item to escape from.  When I press "E" to interact, I get a message saying device can't be interacted with.

 

Edit: Just read the walkthrough.  Irkalla never leaves, locks the door or sets ward.  I'm thinking I have some script lag that is keeping things from moving along...

At the end of A Snare to Loosen, Irkalla sent the player to the slave auction. The last objective, confront the player's captor, did not complete.

I guess progress has stopped?
