Is there any mod that helps to change the speed of a sexlab scene, and also is there any alternative for "Follow me for sex"

Not that I'm aware of. The mod that did that in LE has a dll and it hasn't been ported.

So any mod offering dialogue to start animations. Things like SLEN, SL Romance or Thief of Virtue, among many many others. Check these threads for specifics

You can change the speed of an animation (and everything else too) using console command sgtm (SetGlobalTimeMult). The float setting range is 0.0 - 2.0 where 1.0 = 100%, or normal speed. According to UESP, settings above 2.0 cause "issues."

I wrote a couple of macros for the programmable keys on my keyboard for exactly this purpose. For example:

`sgtm 0.3
`

(opens console, sets time multiplier to 30%, closes console- there is an <Enter> keypress coded right after the float, but it is a non-printing character and so it's invisible when I print out the macro as I did above; you know it's there only because of the line break [CR+LF].)

I also have one for 70%, and of course one to reset to 100%. Invoking the macros using 10ms key-down time and 25ms between keypresses, the whole sequence goes by so fast it is almost (but not quite) unnoticeable. I could not live without my programmable keys!

Don't use "Follow me". Unless you want to have NPCs that pee 24/7. I do wish CPU would update the mod because it has so much potential.

I couldn't use FMFS due to dialog strangeness- sometimes no dialog would appear, other times a FMFS dialog would appear but clicking it had no effect.

You can automate "sgtm" with SL Triggers (use Time Control.json command). if you don't want keyboard macros.

But yes, console command is the only thing available on SE as far as I know :/
