what exactly is different in the 2.10 version anyways and for the coverting it probably would take a long time for me to even properly do that

It is the plugin compatibility issue about light-plugin (ESL) index reference extended from 2048 to 4098 in CK, breaking new mod compatibility in old version of SkyromSE\AE?

 

It is yes, then:  They can use BEES to work around that issue, no need to reformat plugin. (Backported Extended ESL Support)

Adds support for the extended plugin (ESL) range introduced in game version 1.6.1130 to versions 1.5.97, 1.6.659, and anything in between.

  • On December 5, 2023, Bethesda released the Creations update for Skyrim Special Edition. Not only did this break compatibility with SKSE mods, it also broke compatibility with plugins (.ESP, .ESL, .ESM) by incrementing their header versions from 1.70 to 1.71. Attempting to use a version 1.71 plugin on an old game build will likely crash. So why did they do this? To expand the maximum number of new records in an ESL from 2048 to 4096.

If somebody on SkyrimSE 1.5.x test loading BAC-SE using BEES successfully, please let @botticelli know, so BEES can be added to requirement for those versions.  The SKSE mod allegedly allows loading plugins made with CK 1.6.1130 on older version SkyrimSE\AE.

It controls all BodyMorphs in section ChangeWeight of the Bodymorph JSON (even if you don't have that installed, with the json installed you may change those moprhs affected)

Bruh brain goes brr i don't understand how but the bees mod fixed the random odd player character baseform error that happens when the game opens up but hey i get to play with the 2.10 now woohoo

With the other progress option (aggressively being raped). If that's also disabled, you won't progress. Since some people do not want this mod to proress on milking, I made that an option.

the tint problems do not happen with tats, they happen when changing face parts like hair, eyes, nose, moth, or the whole face.

I've been using it since first mod version and now on SkyimAE 1.6.1170 and SKSE64 still loads it correctly. It is confusing because the mod description targeted it for 1.6.659, but still working on 1.6.1170.   Another one for the recommended list?, but do they follow?  🙈🙉🙊

Hey there Botticelli i have a quest if you dont mind. When using the bodymorph's and editing the actor_base.json are the nodes used case senestive? IE Belly vs belly ? I noticed with other mods that use a bodymorph.json to only use lowercase

hey quick q. im on new version , and new horns worked fine for me. but all of a sudden , im back to old horn models. this also happened one time when i mutated into big ears , then when I avoided big ears it was fine. now however , it happened on its own.

Did you clear out the old bac meshes (see big red text at the top of the file page)? They take precedence over the bsa.

yes. The list does not feature a year. 2.0.8 was december last year, 2.1.0 november this year.

Peculiar thing happened to me. Basically I was playing the game and got a "look at all those flowers. Sooo tasty. I'll need to take a moment to graze" event and I assume when the scrips for the mission or something were loading I paused a game and went to make myself some dinner. It took a while and when I came back and unpasued I received the mission, but also this phrase "look at all those flowers. Sooo tasty. I'll need to take a moment to graze" is now repeating. I don't know for how long it will go, but it was already going for about 5 minutes lmao

Edit: it's been like 30 minutes. Is there a way to turn it off somehow?

That's a bug in Bethesda's help message system which BAC uses to display those "thought messages". Sadly, I don't know how to stop it other than loading a save game from before that message (and your pause). This will happen with any help message, - not just BAC's, - I had that with Corruption mod's messages as well. Basically, when displaying that message, the mod needs to specify a time to show that message (usually 3 seconds). Since the mod may want to use that message again, it needs to be made ready again, else it would only be displayed once (since it's the help system we're hijacking here). The mod needs to "recycle" that message *after* display ends because if that happens *during* display it will have the effect you've just experienced. Now when you pause the game while the message is displayed, it stays visible. The timer to recycle that message runs regardless of your pausing and thus kicks in before the actual display ends.

In principle, yes. But you should probably refer to this post to create your own high poly faceparts. Else you'll get the low-poly ones which might look strange.

Slight problem... I don't have a save from before that moment. Is there anything you think that could help?

I just wanted to share slightly modified configs responsible for adjusting body proportions (e.g., actor_base.json, etc.).

I've added support for sliders for the 3BA UBE Anus body mesh (the original is required for the anus texture to display correctly). Examples of the sliders used are shown in the screenshots.

Additionally, I used a different mesh for 'bac cowhooves01,' fixed the slider a bit for 'bac semihooves stage01' and 'bac semihooves stage02,' and added SMP nodes for 'bac udders.'

In BodySlide, select SE 3BBB Body Amazing UBE Anus - alt 3.

Don't forget to install the 'SLIF 3BA (UBE Anus) Bodymorph setting' to ensure the sliders work correctly in SLIF.

Do you have some SE version other than 1.6.1170? Check out BEES, you may need that mod.

This is probably not the best place to ask this, I'm running LE, I downloaded it from Steam today. I don't have the Dawnguard / Dragonborn or Hearthfire .ESM and don't see any way to get them through steam, how is this resolved or am I screwed?

Well... You either pirate the DLCs or find the link for them as they haven't been removed from steam just hidden. Here's the link for dawnguard: https://store.steampowered.com/app/211720/The_Elder_Scrolls_V_Skyrim__Dawnguard/. Find the rest yourself.

Weird, did you just acquire Skyrim LE on Steam or did you obtain it 13 years ago, original Skyrim with no DLC? (you can buy it and not download it in a long while).  The LE part mean all DLC are included. Is for Legendary Edition. That, if it is not a pirated version.

I think you can't buy Skyrim-LE since 2016, no support.  It has to be Skyrim SE. I'm no sure, only bought original Skyrim (premium version) in 2011 and got upgraded for "free" with DLC, all the way to Skyrim AE-basic as each version became available for a decade. Good investment at the end.

 

This is the Steam property (right-click game title) page DLC menu. Did it show like that and has the "Install" column with the blue checks selected? If yes, then go to Installed Files section and run "Verify integrity of Game Files".
