POE only becomes insane at higher levels where you get the drops to build entire trees around there's an exponential increase in dificulty at level 70 that most people never pass, I myself don't have any characters higher than 80 an my playtime was mostly designing strategies to reach 60 as fast as possible after that I need friends to keep me entertained trough the grinding.

Playing Homeworld 1 + 2 remastered edition that just came out today...a long with the remasters you get the original games for nostalgia purposes :) I played homeworld when I was a kid one of the best Space RTS's there ever was...and one of the originals

originally developed by relic entertainment, gearbox software decided to revive it with huge graphical update and UI updates as well as audio....they also added multiplayer and such

its a good gig you get the remastered versions a long with the originals untouched and optimized for newer OS's considering homeworld 1 was released in 1999 and 2 released in 2003

here are some pics of the remastered version:

Started playing Legend of Grimrock II. So far i'm loving it. Makes me want to go back and try some of those classic RPG's I never played.

I also started playing the Mass Effect trilogy for the first time... Is 3 really that bad?

Does "We're taking the hundreds of hours you've put into our games and giving you the finger!" sound that bad?

Just finished Dreamfall Chapters Book 1, had plenty of style, felt the part and is a good add on to the Dreamfall series, apart from one super annoying thing  :@ . Dreamfall Chapters is episodic, being released in small chunks one book at a time, cleared Book 1 in about 3 hours, and that's not enough to get properly immersed into the game.

Another interesting game I have just completed, is Among The Sleep, a small software house released 'horror survival' type game, where you play as a 3 year old child in a haunted house, and having to hide and sneak rather than beat up on the bad spirits. A little short, but worked for me,

Gonna give X - Rebirth a try as the entire X series of space games is currently free to play on steam until Sunday

I liked the original I-war game that spawned it all but never got into any of the sequels, with I war i remember having a cool F14 jet fighter styled joystick so hopefully the X - Rebirth will be playable with mouse/keyboard as i never got another joystick when they stopped being modelled on fighter ones and starting being generic for force feedback

God Eater 2: Rage Burst. Somehow this feels a whole lot easier than the previous God Eater 2. Probably because of the darn Gundam Breaker 2 humiliation marathon. Well, still going through the earlier stages. Let's see how the game's going to turn out in the end.

Some people shat on Hotline Miami2 for different reasons, the level design has indeed some flaws, the enemies can shoot you offscreen and and windows seem like a cheap way to make you go around and play the levels for a longer period of time, it seems the devs wanted people to use guns more frequently and they lost the focus the previous game had, still a mighty good game with probably the best soundtracks in gaming.

ganna be playing Warframe soon as its done downloading on steam.

Tried warframe and it was alright but didn't particularly grip me so i never went back to it and eventually removed

Wasn't greatly impressed by X-Rebirth either

Has anyone tried Elder scrolls online recently? saw on steam that it has been updated a lot and its now a one time cost rather than monthly subscription so wondering whether its worth a try yet
