 Greyface bug is usually due to stuff overwriting NPC, weight specifically seem to be the problem. Wich is not an issue unless two mods modify the same NPC weight. Anyhow, just throw Project Proteus at the bottom of load oreder and be happy. I run it for quite a while without any issue, sitting right beside batched patch.

 If its allready there - do you run anything that dynamicly screws with NPC weight in runtime? Because something is definetly fucky there.

is not just a gray face...the preset i load on the npc gets tottaly removed and voice and all the stuff i change on npc too wen i reload the game.

Not if you listen through headphones. My eyes are bleeding from the opening bass boom.

im sorry for that obs sometimes make everthing lounder volume was very low here again in sorry

 Idk, no idea) If its installed properly and not overwritten - can confirtm it works just fine.  I used it since 1.05 untill 3.0 i currently have and never seen such a bug.

One thing that comes to mind is non-vanilla races, or race mismatch in general, havent tested those. Another - there is an explicit warning about uniue numbering for game world instances where NPC appearence is applied. Havent tested what would happen if that one is broken either.

 Cant be of much help beyond that. Perhaps just whipe it clean with save cleaner and reinstall from fresh archives?

Its a solution that makes very litttle sense, but sometimes i resort to it. The fact that it often works is disturbing tbh.

yeah i will have to go trough the nightmare to find someone to make my nekos as followers again the first one don't know how to read and the other one think hinself as a god because he make mods.... so i dismiss both hope i have more luck next time.

I doubt that many people on here actually use PP so the chances of help are slim.

well sorry if i sound ungratefull and annoyng but none of my topics i started i get it fixed and stuff. they start to help and dissapear ignorin me afterwards

Proteus is very weird and complicated mod, i would not expect it to work flawlessly. On 3.0 there was bug that every saved character is changed to Nord.

Now i am using version 4.0 SE version on LE, and it seems to work, but i do not switch characters or save and import my other characters to game, too much risk, and experience with this mod tells me that this will break eventually. 

I just imported some of my presents on captured bandits, haven't problem with theese so far, and i am seeing them very often.  

 

You can always make your standalone followers mod in CK, it takes time but it is safest way i think.

I can understand your frustration but people on LL are usually pretty helpful.
