I installed that mod and the Racemenu is getting extrem slow when I select the sculp tab

is this because of the HPH?

Which is quite disturbing after I got an average graphics card from 2020 with 8GB VRam

 

And honestly I have 4k Skins installed and the diffrence from the vanilla Head to the HPH Head isn't really that great in the Racemenu...

 

Is the HPH realy necessary if has less effect than HQ Skin?
