Chase, if new kennels arent your thing i could make some. I would use 2x2 tiles for each kennel and perhaps add a free one for the bitch. I would just make the rooms using basic stuff from oblivion for maximum compatibility and give you the esp. Then you just have to copy it into your mod, add the scripts to the doors and put a few doggies in.

 

Tell me if that would be a help and ease your workload a bit. I got the upcoming week free and have time aplenty for this.

monolith, that would help me immensely. Just try to keep the kennel entrances at 90 degree angles.

GSB, if you want to take a shot at rigging them, I'd really appreciate it. I don't have the time to learn all the modeling stuff just to add puppies. :\

 

If anyone doesn't mind me bouncing ideas off of them, I'll try to hang out in the Chat whenever I'm on.

1> I suggest a single location where these "show events" take place. Instead of making party rooms and so forth in individual castles and cities, make the on-lookers come TO the party. Like in a barn somewhere, perhaps. It might save some time.

 

2> I'd really like to see the Dogs viable traveling company get expanded. I'd like to be able to feed the dog to make it happier, for instance. Right now it has a bit of a "one track mind" feeling and just could use a little more immersion into the fact that its a living/loving creature.

 

3> When telling the dog to Stay, it'd be great if it triggered the Sit animation a little more. Often times I just tell him to Stay at my Home (Highwood) and he just stands there like a statue. If there's a Sleep animation also, that'd be stellar.

 

Lastely> When adding to new content, I'd like to see this mod remain with an "under ground" feeling. This sort of activity shouldn't be publicly known or endorsed by the citizens of the Empire. It should be extremely low-key. If it becomes a common-knowledge thing, then I think it loses a lot of its taboo appeal.

 

I mean, dog sex shops don't really exist... And I think the "secret society" thing is a massive appeal for this kind of mod.

A couple of ideas

 

1. Dogs lose the boners when they're less than 75% horny and not engaged in sex

2. Make the PCs hornyness increase speed adjustable. The present speed means you really need to take a dog with you on long dungeon crawls and they take 50 knots for them to be unkillable (I dont want to lose "womans" best friend)

a bit of a cheat.... but if you use the MCS (mad companionship spells) you can 'essentialize' any npc you want. it's what i do but i know some people have different feelings about cheating in this way.

Chase, I love your mod! If I may, I'd like to ask a question though:

 

In future versions which include pregnancy, is there going to be a setting that allows us to toggle that option, or is it going to be mandatory?

 

I love the bestiality and dominance play stuff in your mod, but pregnancy really isn't my thing and I'd really love to any further work you put into your mod. :)

 

I apologize if this has already been asked, I haven't read some of the 118 pages in this thread... ^^;;

If it isn't too much of a hassle (I understand if it is), would there be a possibility to make a toggle to enable the tamago/hiyoko system for the quest?

Perhaps something where LoversBitch can detect it's existence in the load-order, like you mentioned you were planning to do, IIRC.

I believe you planned to mutually block pregnancies while the quest is running (a.k.a. if Tamago gets its pregnancy first, LoversBitch is blocked and vice-versa)

 

Perhaps you could add an option to that to integrate the two? So, giving those of us that use/like Tamago and Hiyoko the option to use its pregnancy system, instead of yours?

 

Not saying I wouldn't want to use yours, but I'm kind of used to Tamago by now, and having two pregnancy-systems could come over as overkill. (Also, real-time won't be an issue in that case, for me at least. My character hardly sleeps, and I've set Tamago to the full human term. :P)

 

Now, I do have another, perhaps simpler, question. How is your pregnancy system going to work? Chance-based, I assume?

And one big one... Are there going to be birthing-animations? :P

If someone wants to give me a birthing animation, I'll use it. And I won't combine the two systems or offer a toggle between them, as it would be far too much effort. The system itself is based off of chance, but you also have to knot with the dog (got to get those fluids ;)). The longer you knot, the more likely you are to get pregnant.

I'd like to see some sort of interaction with Joburg/Rapers where your dog can attack and stop any attempted rape on your character.

After all you are his bitch and he shouldn't just stand by while somebody/thing else takes you. I know some mods do this with companions but it's always a little clunky for me, besides I like the idea of the dog specifically jealously guarding it's bitch from all others.

Great idea. However.. Let's look at this scenario:

1. Guard rapes the PC.

2. Your K9 defends you.

3. Entire guard force descends on your K9. And by default YOU.

4. Look for another K9 :(

 

Keep this in mind before implementing the Defense scenario. This is a FANTASTIC idea, and I would love to see my loyal mutt jumping onto that nasty dark elf with bad intentions. But there has to be a way to ensure that the K9's valor is for the good!

Well, the Mutt's ability is to defend you from sex. Unfortunately, it can't tell the difference from consensual sex and rape. So that's already in the mod. I suppose I could add that functionality to all the dogs (and only for rape), but then I'd need a new ability for the Mutt.

No clue. I'm not getting paid to do this, so I work on it when I feel like it. When I'm close to being finished, I'll let you guys know. I'll update my progress on the first post as I go, but that's about all I can say.

Well, it doesn't have to be an attack nor kill the rapist.

For example it could be scripted so that if an npc initiates a rape, your dog leaps towards you and the rapist is knocked away drained of all fatigue with a message like "Your dog viciously mauls 'insert name here' for attempting to mate with it's bitch."

 

There could also be varying degrees of possessiveness depending on the dog, like all dogs will prevent rape but some will allow you to have consensual sex with others, whereas say a Bloodhound will stun anyone who tries to have sex with you whether you asked for it or not.

Forgot about that, but I think it should really be something that all dogs do, because their bitch is theirs to mate with after all :P

Er.. i cant upload attachments. Am i just being incredibly stupid or is there something wrong on loverslabs end? Everytime i try to update or add an attachment it gives me an error saying that it could not find the file on the server. And is there a way to send attachments via pm?
