ACTING PURELY AS DEVIL'S ADVOCATE:

In response to good Mr Miockrek's query. I suggest that the prosecution's witness, Mr horekkk, used another PC in order to deliver his warning. A library computer, one he had access to at work, or any other would be a viable substitute just so it was not connected to the one he has at his place of residence.

However, this issue was raised nearly two months ago. During the past two months, no diagnosis was performed, and root cause preventing access to the site for the witness was never revealed.  And as the prosecution's witness has been seen entering the forum, it appears that the the root cause has been dealt with. That is not to say that he personally solved the issue; the issue itself may have been created by his internet provider.

Be that as the case, the prosecution rests.  With Mr. horekkk continued activity within the forum evident after the incident, I believe the case may be dismissed.

Geez... can I get any more lawyerish?
