Can't help you with the substance painter as I've never used it, I thought about putting them on hands because I never really see anything use the "Hands" tab in Slavetats only "Body". As for inside or outside of the hands I think inside would make the most sense but that may limit the amount of space for text to the smaller sets. If you think the longer sentences would work on the arms or elsewhere then I say give it a go! 
Also I imagine these tattoo might have to be a very high resolution to look nice if the tattoos are viewable in first person, which I don't know if tats from slavetats are in the first place.

I thought I changed it, does it say the same thing in game or you just saw the picture that said it( it was an old pic), I also mentioned it in the changelog at the very bottom of the mod page, that was somehow removed oof, but yea the spelling error shouldn't appear in game
