Well - please double check what I said. It's only that I was looking for SexlabUtil for SE and the outcome was that the author had ported it and expanded it to make Sexlab Triggers. But please double check. 

 

As for UFO, it was one of the great multiple follower mods but others have superseded it.  It may be the mod you want to use. But have a look at Nether's Follower Framework (NFF). It does a heck of a lot. But it is not everyone's preferred mod.  The earlier follower mods were quite buggy, but NFF is much less so.

 

But NFF has a bit of a learning curve. It took me ages to find my way around it. One thing I really like about NFF is you can use its System menu to check a bugged follower and find out what's gone wrong. So if you choose to use it, I advise taking some time to learn how it works before moving on.

 

By the way, don't use Serana Dialog Add-on with a follower mod. Serana needs to stay out of any follower mod. Once she has 100% completed her Dawnguard story, she can be added to NFF which has a special package to manage her in the SDAO mod. Don't be tempted to import her into any other follower mod.

Got 'em! I have to uninstall LotD Official Patches, It has to be last to install, to install Nether's. Do you think I should peel 'em back or just remove and replace? The SL Triggers doesn't come under LotD Official Patches in any way, I think. I'm not concerned about whether that one is in before or after the LotD mod. I'm going to do it before the LotD mod anyway. Yes, SL Triggers replaces SLUtil, that's what I read just now.

Just thought of something. My Serana Dialog Add-On mod was downloaded from Nexus. I have seen another one on the LL site as well. You think they are different?

I'm sorry, I don't know enough about the LOTD mod load out. I'm really surprised if LOTD recommended UFO but there may be reasons for it.

You don't need to use my suggestions. They were only a thought. NFF, by the way, can only manage a max of 10 followers so do bear that in mind.

 

I was just double checking the SexLabUtil mod and yes, it's not recommended for SE. Apparently some files don't load correctly. Fotogen's SE version is Sexlab Triggers.

I use that in my game. It takes a bit of getting used to but gives an interesting framework to add things to Sexlab. But a lot of the stuff that was working for SexlabUtil is missing in the SE version. It's one of those mods to sit down on a wet afternoon with a supply of coffee and figure out what can be done with it.

 

It's been my (personal) experience that Skyrim SE guides like LOTD, STEP, Phoenix Flavour (etc) are all excellent, but I only use them as a guide rather than a rule book. The last I used was Phoenix Flavour but after a while I seriously began to question the author's mod choice. So I used it as a basic outline then built my mods over the top of it.

 

Anyhow, at the end of the day it's your choice on how you want your game to look and feel!

Serana:  I believe they are the same. The Nexus one is the one Martimius links to in his videos and it is the one I use.   

 

I looked on your list and could see three Serana mods, all of which work together fine (Serana Dialogue Edit is OK). 

BUT!! I see you use Sexlab Amorous Adventures - that one will conflict with Serana. 

Serana Dialogue Add-On is Flower Girls based and supports Ostim as well as FG.  

 

So, you may wish to roll back and use Amorous Adventures Plus which is FG based and designed to switch off any Serana content to allow Serana Dialogue Add-On to take precedence. I doubt you'd notice any difference in game using the FG Plus version, and that does have the benefit of being up to date.

So go for that one.

If that's active ESPs, your limit is 252. I know it says 255 but apparently the remaining 3 are needed for the game files!  I hate being at the 250 mark because I know I can't add much.

Be careful with ESPFE conversions - avoid mods with dialog (all the Form IDs get scrambled). Even though SSEEdit says "Yes" to them, the answer is actually uh-oh, no.

Ok, this is for tomorrow. Wanted to get it down on paper so I didn't forget. SexlabUtil is not installed. I removed it. Apparently the uninstall left some stuff behind. Some .dll files. Took 'em out and everything else associated with it. I'm still going to put in Triggers though.

Ok, after very careful scrutinization of the Serana mods on Nexus and LL I have determined that the mods on Nexus are the newer version mods. The ones I had already loaded, damn it. Pulled them before I read everything. There's that village idiot again, BRIAN. Looked real careful at Nether's too then UFO. 10 followers and animals as NPC's (Nether's). UFO 15 followers+animals+van. NPC's+Horses+horse tack. Think I'm gonna stick with UFO. But this IS a tough one to decide.

Now I learn that the authors of this game has put in as a main quest that the PC is supposed to seduce, bed and marry a VAMPIRE! Serana is a vampire, do I have that right?

Serana is a Vampire. She's part of the Dawnguard DLC for the game which is all vampire themed. You get to meet her mother, Valerica, who is also a vampire.

 

Do yourself a favour and get a Serana and Valerica makeover. The vanilla characters are so ugly they'll break your computer screen.  Seranaholic is very popular (and it blends in with Bijin) and there are a few others, too.  I'm using this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/50031 .

 

In the vanilla Dawnguard plot, you cannot marry Serana. You need a mod to do that. I can't recall if Serana Dialogue Add-on covers that, but the mod page will tell you.

In the DLC story, you can choose to 'cure' Serana or leave her as a vampire..

 

If you have any other vampire followers, there are two cool mods I love to use:  

Bloodthirst  (can change to ESPFE) and

BloodBond   (I see in the mod comments this mod can be changed to ESPFE).

They both trigger the vampire feeling animation. So have lots of Cure Disease potions handy!

Blood thirst needs to be ported to Skyrim SE. For reasons unknown, the author refuses to port it. It's totally simple to do it: just load up the Creation Kit, load in Bloodthirst, and save it. There are plenty of Bloodthirst compatible vampire followers in SSE anyway.

Funny you should mention "Seranaholic". I got "Seranaholic"v1.8. She's pretty, nummmy. Dawngaurd huh, can't wait. I think one of the mods I have covers marrying her, I'll have to let you know when I get there. Hadn't planned on having vampires as followers, gonna have to rethink that.

 

SexlabUtil threw me a curve ball when I took it out. Still trying to sort things out. Had to reinstall wda aka SexLabFramework. No, I still have no idea what wda means. I looked on the LL site again, nothin. The esm is there, that's what matters.

Well... shit. I have been trying to fix this for hours. Multiple restarts and reinstalls. Every time I start a new game, a new warning message. pops up. 1st it's SexlabUtil then it's HotnWet then oporoso(?) HDT which isn't even installed. I fucked this up but good. I looked at the video you suggested, that is an old video. FNIS 7.6 no XXL, SexLab 1.62, it's outdated. thanks for trying though. But I have to scrap the build and start over, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I'm yelling at myself with that remark. CRAP!
