yes, its teh trait pack that is available in the download section.

there are a butt ton of them. is it happening for all or just one specifically. It's hard to keep track if one or more break each DLC that comes out. What combo of species aren't working.

So far for me all of them are not working. The ones I have encountered are the Elf+Giant, Elf+Cowgirl and Cowgirl+Giant. I go through the event and for the ones it says are successful and yet no new species are created and this has happened for every hybrid I got

Unfortunately, I popped open teh game, ran around the stars a bit, and got the moltens and elf species to mix instantly. I would recommend at this point to delete the mod, incase any old files are causing issues, and reinstalling it

A year after you finish any war, the game will check every planet you own for species with Mutagenic Exposure and give them the Mutagenic Fit trait. i'm going to necro a post for a moment but is there anyway we can edit the time for these events to pop up to make it shorter or longer?

I have just done that, it still seems not to be working. I get to the last event page that says "A Pop will be added to your empire" and yet afterwards nothing happens. I get no planet modifiers and no pop is added. Is there anything on my side that might be the problem?

There's a ton of mutagenetic traits that I can't seem to add though bio. And I can't figure out how to add them to any species. How would I go about doing that?

yes you can open up the "babe_muta_events.txt" file and anywhere it says like.... " #18ish years " just modify the days value however you want. I mean. I wouldn't mind officially adding some RNG if that's what you mean. having it land between 10-20 years sound good?

well. I guess you could try and send me your save file in the DMs so I can analyze your situation

Some are locked out is all. I know it sounds cool to do, but I can't trust the game AI not to go buck ass crazy with it

I don't mind either way, but if it's complicated or introduces new bugs, I'm fine with this since I can simply edit the files. thank you

As I said in the immediately following message, if you tried to, it wasn't the right way, as the compatibility check is on the Tankbound, and not the portraits. It seems to need something modifying the file "17_shroud_species_traits.txt", which contains the line "portrait_override = { nec9 tox13 psionic_07 inf4 }"

I'm interpreting that to mean if your species isn't those specific ones, you can't do tankbound. I'm not seeing anything in this mod that modifies the tankbound trait at the moment, if you can awesome, if not, I *think* a workaround would be to copy the shroud traits file, but with that line removed, so it's entirely unrestricted, or if I can be sure of what race is named what, replacing the overridden portraits to sensible ones in your mod.

Some can, but not all. The ones that you can change are done through the genetic ascension path. any of the biomorphosis tradition trees will do. with our without DLC

Overall, it's mostly just the second stage ones that you can customize.

ok ok, I got it working on my end, I'll look into having a patch out soonish. no ETA

Okay, I'm writing this in case anyone else has these issues. Because of ACoT, special portraits for Fallen Empires (I'm referring to the asari, GLaDOS, and the like) don't appear; generic ones appear instead. Because of Ethics & Civics Classic, some pre-made empires don't appear, specifically Green Court and Ozmos Dynasty. Incidentally, with Ethics & Civics: Bug Branch, only two pre-made empires appear: Civilian Hub Network and Storm Legion. As far as I know, it's possible to play, but if you want special portraits for Fallen Empires and these pre-made empires, it's best to disable them.

I don't know if there's a wiki for the mod to help figure things out, so I came here. Am I the only one having some madness with the Molten? Like, I'm playing as custom elves, buying slaves, and a hybridisation event starts, but it just stops the slave race growth and wildly drains my elf population. I had to move the slaves to a separate planet, because losing 50 pops on my capital before reloading cost me nearly 5 thousand units.

Hey, found a bug. When mutaling (storm x goat) event fires text blocks in reverse (goat text for storm legion and storm version for goats). And there is no research project for both. Playing with a "harem" version of directors cut, so may be problem somwhere there.

Is there any way to remove the un-addable traits? It's cluttering up the trait window, and if I'm being honest, what is exactly the point of having them in the game at all if you can't add them no matter what even with console commands? Is it for future systems? I just cannot grasp why there's like 30 traits that are basically just clutter right now?

great mod, tho i dont think any of the psionic portriats have the psionic tag so uncanny intuition is a trait thats impossible to get=

Any fix to this? I love ACoT, but i want my sexy pre-made aliens

any updates for 4.4? I'm not sure if it still works I am going through all the mods i have to see what is broken or not and its taking awhile so if anyone has playtested recently and has had any problems let me know
