AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

@JB。Sorry, English is not my native language, but I have encountered a bug .  Firstly," _NukaRide_Lyons" cannot start normally and can only be skipped through the tattoo stage through code"setstage_NukaRide_Lyons 32", otherwise the OB cannot have a conversation.  After completion, I was unable to communicate with OB and had to restart" _NukaRide_Lyons" in order to initiate a conversation and apply for travel.  However, there was no previous version of the message box, only the AAF scenario, and I was unable to obtain travel permission in the end

顺便说一下,我扮演的是诺拉

Mostly because that is the way that FO4 works.  I routinely build Sanctuary up with full defenses, food water, beds, etc. before I trigger Codsworth.  Also, on several run throughs, my PC will make a dangerous run to every non occupied settlement and claim/build it.   I view this as getting the "grind" out of the way, the grind being the parts of the game that do not add much to the story line, but will make the rest of the run through easier (because I hate being told "Help us by building another settlement somewhere else", as I think that is a stupid help quest).

So, wrt the training chair, if someone does every mission (to build the three stats), will they get to a 100?  My personal preference is to have the "training" require every mission (even include using the chair, though I don't really see the "fun" in that) that will get you naturally to 100 in each stat, while putting the ability to get points in the MCM.

Now, to be clear, @JB. has made one of the best mods out there, so if I have to "grind" to get to a 100, then so be it.   However, I think the chances of missing content is higher because people won't explicitly know that using the chair equals missing content.

I use Import Transfer Settlements blueprint to esp so most of the settlements are already built, cause most settlers know how to use the magic workbench. Which means, 99.99% of the time I never talk to Codsworth and almost never rescue Preston, other than to get him to go back inside the museum.

The very first time I played Fallout 4, it lasted for 23 minutes before I went looking for mods. The time line ruined the story, which is pretty bad anyway.

Anyway, I think if JB put a usage limit on the chair to like once a day.... nah... grinder folks would just use it, sleep, use it. sleep....

Oh... make sleep/wait not count on the timer. Devious devices and a couple others does that.

Or maybe a little nudge like You need to train with the OB when you get a chance or you'll only get 1 point for each lesson. The OB is key to unlocking your true potential. LOL

Really fucked. You've most likely already broke NR's quests. Not to mention some things wouldn't make sense and would be really weird.

It's best to start a new run and do your best to ignore the vanilla story line.

I know @JB. Had a nightmare time managing the scripts for this and doesn't really enjoy this part so I'm kind of reluctant to put forth my idea. But here goes anyway...

You know how when you are trying to loose weight and you're training really hard, you lose a lot at first and then plateau...and then no matter how much harder you train, you don't loose any weight unless you try something different? I'm thinking, a mechanic like that could work here. You should be able train in the chair until you reach a cap and then the chair stops giving points until a certain quest is complete. When the quest is complete you can use the chair again up till a certain number of points untill another quest is complete and so on and so forth. Maybe when the chair stops giving points, there can be a message that appears that goes "Hmmm....I'm not getting used to this as well as I expected. Maybe I should try something else for a change" or something so that people know that you are deliberately not getting points and that it's not a bug. I think this should discourage meaningless grinding while also allowing for immersion grinding. It's not that far off from your second idea. But in my case the message itself is kinda vague so maybe when Norita reaches the stage of not getting points from the chair anymore and then if she talks to Patti or Dallas, they will have dialogue tell Norita "You know what you need!? More OB in your life" lol

Anyway...just a thought. Although to me the current way is good enough...

I like it, but I was going for simple as possible. And I agree, the current setup is fine. Trying to fix grinders is like trying to hold back a tornado. A drunken tornado. 😂

You should save it (diskette with green arrow), and then send me the file with extension .eet so I can inject it.

Ok, so the app you show is the older translator, not the one I had originally grabbed. I have the one which matches your image above. I also DL'd the tutorial content for it.

I can open your ESP, see stuff, make translations, etc., but, everything I do leads to saving a file in XML format. I do not have any option available for EET format.

For example, if, as a test, I generate a translation and choose to just keep everything original, and then save it, I end up with an XML file, which has contents that look like this:

 <ESP>
    <GRUP>INFO</GRUP>
    <ID>0700c155</ID>
    <EDID>_NR_KaliGroup_NukaShop</EDID>
    <CHAMP>NAM1</CHAMP>
    <ORIGINAL>The Overboss stopped by. He wants to chat with you. He said he'd wait for you near the entrance to the Operators' base. </ORIGINAL>
    <TRADUIT />
    <INDEX>2</INDEX>
    <STATUS>0</STATUS>
    <IDSTEXTE>-1</IDSTEXTE>
    <COMMENTAIRE />
  </ESP>

File looks like this when saved:

Forgive me for being a newbie here, but if I can make sure that I'm doing the right thing, and will be able to provide an edited set of words for your mod, I will put in the work.

Best regards, Darkblue

Okay, but how about the effects on the main quests? I already know that Safari Adventure from the DLC is broken, but can I still complete the final mission? Honestly, this is a save I put dozens of hours into and I really don't want to restart. Also, would the quest boxes that were removed reappear if I uninstall the mod? (I read the mod description and think I know the answer, but I like keeping hope alive.) Needless to say, I am extremely concerned about the state of my game.

I want to be as specific as possible about my situation. Very early in my game, I briefly enabled Nuka Ride but realized it made no sense for my character. I thought it was more of a humiliation or slavery mod than it was, which explains an earlier post of mine, and although I liked the clothes, I panicked when I was told that it broke some quests. However, I recently tried to enable it again in order to experiment with the new Problems of Survivor Nuka World content. I like to experiment with mods and mix them together, even if that often leads to weird results. So long as the game still runs, I can live with a bit of nonsense. Since Problems of Survivor was not explicitly considered incompatible with Nuka Ride, I figured that I should give it a shot. On a side note, my game is currently not reading the scripts from the PoS casino I was excited about, even if I hate the name "Fart Tune."

I can revert to an earlier save where Nuka Ride was only briefly activated, but my biggest worry is that triggering it once was enough to screw me. If that's the case, and I can't count on the main game's quests to work, it will really suck. However, I want to emphasize that I'm the only person at fault here, and I made all the mistakes that got me here. The mod itself is  well-made, and I enjoy playing it on the save where I always keep it activated.

As soon as my mod starts, it starts disabling a bunch of Nuka World's trigger boxes. Basically, you'd have to go back to a save before installing it.

POS was originally compatible with NR, from what I was told, but I know the autor  is now making content for Nuka World, and that's definitely an incompatibility issue.

The main game's quests, though, are intact?

Yeah, it can be done. For example, only up to level 50. But we're talking about four stats, and the script would have to take into account that all four shouldn't exceed 50, and correct any stat that goes over 50. But woe to anyone who has, say, 80 points in a current save and goes to the chair. They won't be expected to drop everything to 50. In short, a mess I don't want to get into xD

As Izzy says, the system is fine.

If you go to Dara with all your stats at 100, she won't proceed. She literally tells you that you still have to do things. The mod puts a big message box telling you that you have to do the Overboss training, which unlocks the enemas.

The user simply didn't understand what was appearing in the message box and made setstages.

You mean the Institute and all that? Yeah, I haven't touched any of that. It's safe.

My mod expects you not to make enemies of either the Institute or the Brotherhood, but I understand you've already uninstalled it. In that case, you can do whatever you want. But Nuka World will be unplayable for you.

Right now, the only route that has enemas is Norita + Overboss Bitch.

The enema will be coming to all routes with Kali, but in the future.

@JB,

Here's a capture of what I see - no EET extension available. I did a light search and it showed that EET is an extension used by some Linux apps. IDK.  I'm running Windows 11, latest update.  If XML works for you, for sure, I suggest that I edit maybe 10 lines or so, generate the XML file, and then send it to you to see if it is what you need/can work with.  How do I go about sending a file to you?  Also, if this is too much trouble for you, it's fine - I don't want to force something on you.  Thanks, Darkblue.

If you install a mod that has scripts, then uninstall it, you leave behind script fragments that are baked into the save. Which means those fragments will try to run but the main scripts are gone thus causing them to fail. Some will even create a constant failure loop.

So in short, don't do that.

When you decide to play Nuka Ride, start a new run just for Nuka Ride, and only Nuka Ride. Think of it as a complete overhaul. This will save you a shite ton of headaches and it'll be a LOT more fun.

Once you've played through and get the popup, make a hard save via the console for that run, aka one for the Nora route (if you play that) and one for the Norita route. That way you can load that save as JB adds to the mod.

Oh, and don't play in survival mode or with a bunch of sex/combat mods the first time, just enjoy the story as it's forking kool as hell! ;)

Is the trainer chair and getting to 100 pts easier than putting flags when the PC finishes the various mini missions?

We have different tastes, as I like the building of settlements.  Plus I love breaking precombines all over the commonwealth, but using portable workshops to clear all the roads and build a street light network.   With mods like Darker nights, it really looks (IMO) awesome and is a beacon of "safety" in the night.    I very much agree that the vanilla game ruined the story line anyway.  The state of the world 200 years later would be vastly different than what is presented.   IMO FO4 is only about 70-90s years after the bomb.

I like building too, that's why I said "most" are parsed, but they also change. At one point I was helping with Annex the Commonwealth and had clean roads, lighting and little "outposts" all the way to Warwick and 2 bridges to Spectacle Island. My old rig didn't like that to much! LOL Maybe I'll try that again.

As Izzy said, script fragments will mount up and eat the save....eventually. Insofar as impact on the Commonwealth, there are standing edits to (off the top of my head): GNN, Goodneighbour Hotel, Solomon's house, Bunker Hill (maybe), Drumlin Diner, and transient edits of DC, Gooddneighbour, Third Rail, Sanctuary outskirts, Atom Cats Garage, that trader near Makra, Abernathy, DC entrance, DC greenhouse, DC Mayor's office, DC security office. Maybe more that I've forgotten, but anything outside NW shouldn't exceed normal FO4 gameplay-level issues (Though PoS affecting anything in Nuka World is highly likely to bug and/or break magnificently lol).

That taken as read, it's actually remarkable how little it intrudes: I think only GNN has anything approaching a significant issue, and so long as you don't start vanilla NW you should be able to get away with it...until the save corrupts and dies. I say backup the save and have a crack, just don't go reporting bugs or asking for help.

Hang on, didn't you say you left the vault and ran to Drumlin? That'd be Nora path, Norita starts when you tell Duke the eyebot you're a young vault dweller, then he gets shot, you meet Monique and Brett, then wake up in Dunmore Farm. As JB said though, the only enemas are found by accepting the Overboss' offer to be his Pup, virgin or not doesn't matter.

I'm still soldiering on my first run as Nora, and I've reached the Kali quest and entered her shop. I see "buttplug" in her inventory, buy it, equip it, but it's invisible.

What am I missing? Some prereq I've skipped? Thanks for the help.

Really impressive mod that is the single best NSFW content I've had the pleasure of trying on this site.

Even though I've played this mod to death (the 3 different Norita paths) I still do at least 2 of every training quest then max my starts in the MCM they don't seem that mundane to me and it's part of the roleplay of getting her ready, she also ups her SA stats so she's a happy little porn star

 Yes, but I played for Norita. I broke this walkthrough. I started a new game with a conversation with Duke and found myself on a farm. Then everything went according to the script, I complete all the quests. A question about the quests. The first quest is "examine the area", it's clear that you can't take it. The second quest is "examine the hut", to get the holotape. What should I do? Come back and get the holotape or not? Thanks
