It's a bit hard to miss, because there is a whole quest-line to get you there.

you have to edit the mod Documents/my gamees/Fallout 4/F4SE/ESP Explorer to look like the pic provided.

You missed something then.  If this is what I think it is your supposed to meet Ryder in the market, go to the arcade, and eventually I think he gives you the beer.  It's been a while.

 

I guess I can put it this way, I have never had to console in a beer.

No it was to get the beer for the Slave so I could take his place at the OB to basically spy on her future daddy.

I was able to buy one at Cappy's.  Maybe make sure you have Empty Vendor List Bug Fix, not sure if this NPC has that issue.  I also don't play with Izzy's world patch, not sure if that makes a difference.

Once the Main Switch Signal is activated: what should I do?
Because the Main Switch Signal strength goes up and down whether I move or not. I get to 65, then suddenly it goes to 20. I get to 89, then it goes down to 6... I don't know what I'm looking for... In French, I'd say "là ca me saoule" A little guidance, please?

I had a little issue with navemesh when it came to the beach. 3 of the people couldnt find the beach. I had to teleport them to the beach or I would get stuck.

The navmeshes are fine. Even if you have the Nuka World Patch. It must be another mod that is editing Sanctuary or simply load order.

 

That green line that goes from Sanctuary to the beach indicates that all the triangles are connected.

It's not really necessary. In every instance where you're asked for beer, the mod provides it. 

 

As for the slave who asks you for beer during "Enemy Mine", any alcoholic beverage will do. Wine, whiskey, beer, etc.

I didn't find it difficult to find, given that world's dimensions are much more limited. But I'll leave you here if you haven't discovered it yet.

Thank you for the tip, but I did not submit to the Overboss until Ryder was already dead so he wasn't there. Initially I turned down the Overboss' offer to be his pup.  After some time had passed, I talked to him again and he repeated the offer.  This time I said yes and he eventually sent me to get a beer again.  I think that second offer was a glitch and that's why .. no Ryder and no beer.  I ended up finding the quest ID (_NR_Beer) and advancing the quest with the console, bypassing the need for the beer.  It seems to be working now.

 

In the end, your tip about Ryder was very helpful.  I appreciate the help.

Yeah that sounds like an outcome that perhaps wasn't programmed for, let's see what JB or others say.  I can't help myself but to submit to OB.

EDIT: I received several responses to my question, and I appreciate them all.  Thanks to everyone who responded. One of the tips made me realize I had a glitch and I ended up advancing the quest with the console to fix it.

Just found a bug in the new update : after the galaxy park mission you go back to sleep in your appartment and when you wake up Isabella tells you to go speak to deshawn. But if you try to speak to her again, it re start the beautyfication quest (lip filer, dye,...)

 

Btw : I just love Peach as a character especially the quest where you meet her, I wasn't expecting that at all and I felt bad asking her to prove it in the train station, anyway she is gonna be my new bestie

I don't know how to access vault 111, the barriers are preventing me. I approached anyway (tcl) but the vault elevator doesn't exist, there's just a big hole. I don't see a cave, a door or whatever... but maybe I'm missing something? After all, of the two pilons I was supposed to inspect, there was only one, the other wasn't there, just the bomb lying in the void.

You don't need to go inside the vault, it's in the area of the vault. use the radio station to find it.

C'est dans les environs de l'abri, et c'est pas très compliqué à trouver sachant qu'il n'y a pas énormément de construction dans le coin

When you walk close to the fence your character should comment about needing to climb in order to jump a fence. Look for big rocks nearby. 

You don't have to enter the vault FYI.

Jumping the fence was the hardest part for me, I didn't notice the rocks, went left all the way around the fence and then I was like oh those rocks.
