I have found the best option is to choose Zero Slider preset, then change it to what you want.  You can then save your adjusted body into a new preset.   I have had issues in the past using the other presets in FG and do not think they were very good to start with.   Doing this I have never had any issues with the NR outfits besides one - the Cop uniform that you use in the scene with Sofie, where it literally is busting at every seam on the outfit (it looks fine in outfit studio but is broken in the game and no way to fix it that I have found)

Thank you for your advise. I'm just so lazy that I choose to use the preset initially. I'll try to adjust the body later to get rid of the issue.

How many mods are you running?

You could also have a bad mod, mucking things up. Posting your papyrus.0.log might help.

I don't see the issue is with the preset, but yeah if you use a basic 0% slider then it should be right 100% of the time.

 

This is my understanding of how it works, and it may not be 100% correct, but you conform the outfit to the body shape at 0% sliders, and the positions of all the vertexes are what's saved in the base mesh.  Then you go in and edit each slider (on the outfit, in outfit studio) and that will set the slider at 100%, you are now supposed to adjust the vertexes using the inflate/deflate tool until there is no clipping and when you save the slider then Outfit Studio stores the positions of vertexes at 100% for that particular slider.  When you use a preset your just setting the slider from 0 to 100% and BodySlide will recalculate the relative vertex positions based on known vertex positions at 0 and 100.  I think where things get messy is when you have multiple sliders affecting the same part of the mesh and I am sure BodySlide is doing some sort of combination calculation.  The other issue I have seen is clipping for different poses, because weight painting morphs the shape/vertexes as well (when you move the bones), and then there is just rendering differences in-game vs bodyslide.  I think vertex count (on the outfit) could also play a role in some of this, and a lot of outfits are CBBE-based.

 

It can be a real pain in the ass to get it perfect for every combination, and sometimes at the end of the day it just is what it is.  I am sure some of the folks who have built outfits from 3DS MAX/Blender all the way through can speak more accurately to the issues, but I have tried a fair bit of outfit conversions just using outfit studio and that's what I have noticed.

I believe the issue with the presets is that they move a lot of sliders that is not common, like hips moved forward, parts of the legs, arms and shoulders.   With the zero sliders you can adjust just what you want and not a lot of the ones that will affect the location of the pelvis, arms and legs.

I'm not sure if it's causing this specific issue, but I have had a lot of issues using MCG and Crime and Punishment with this mod, because they overhaul dialogue and occasionally remove some options.  I also notice there is a mod "Shelbie Chase" below NR in load order, I don't know which one that is, but probably put NR to overwrite that one as well.  Maybe disable C&P and MCG just to see if they're overhauling the dialogue for you?  I had issues not being able to do the motorcycle when I had MCG active, because the option to ask Corsican about whether he arrived wasn't available.  Disabling it in MCM fixed it, so now I usually don't use it, unless I want to use it to store caps.  

 

Unsure if SexEd does anything to this mod or not, but may overwrite some dialogue?  That's just a thought though, I have no clue if it's incompatible or anything, but I assume that it does something similar to MCG

Yeah, that's been my experience as well, I think with FG there is two or three sliders that affect the shape of the calves and cause this problem.  But for the most part it works well and there are no issues, the way people seem to deal with it is just over-inflating and leaving an air-gap between the body & outfit.  It is hardly noticeable in-game, but I do get jealous of some screenshots where the outfit is shaped/contoured close the body (that skin-tight look).  I assume screen archers are probably going in and fitting the built mesh to the body at that point, but that's a lot of time spent for a screenshot.

Sex Ed just adds an extra tab to the Pipboy to keep track of how many times you had sex and with whom, whether it was consensual etc. The Shelbie Chase mod was made by me to make her merchant stock better. That mod needs Nuka Ride as a Master File as it copies records from NR into my plugin. Aside from that one issue that I mentioned, Nuka Ride mostly works good for me.

I'm a bit stuck here. I'm on the Night Fever quest "Norita route", specifically the 'Meet the detective' part, and I have no idea where he is. I've looked all over.

He is in the Mayor's office, the detective is Keyshawn.  Did you mark the quest active, this one has a quest marker if I remember correctly.

I only use the forum. I hardly ever check my private messages, and I won't even mention Patreon. I prefer to keep everything together in the forum, and Loverslab already has a moderation team, so I just focus on working on the mod.

 

Although sometimes the idea of having a separate section for bugs sounds tempting, both for me and the player, I'm doing fine here for now.

So yeah, I have Hardcore Mode enabled. Not sure if this has been mentioned already but it seems Anal Sex pain damages me while I go crafting or use a terminal. Despite the fact there is no visible chair to sit on or the fact that the character isn't even sitting while making an omelette.

Now doing all that, making omelettes, steaks, lemonade and serving the table for Maxon and the Overboss, gotta head over to the doctor.

For the game, whenever you enter any furniture you are “sitting in it”. I think I can put in one more filter so that it only happens with seats.

That is the game coding, as animation flags it as "sitting" because you can sit at a camp fire to craft those items.  Since they (BGS) used the same animations for every crafting table, each one carries the "sitting" tag, hence the damage from "sitting".    We can just 'head canon' it to say your character is clenching her cheeks every time she swings the cleaver, hammer or mallet.

I only played cs once with the Vendemiatrix ending. Not sure which ending is cannon.

 

If the V ending is cannon, it will be interesting, from a story perspective, to see how you weave the motivation for V to willingly subject herself to OB's abuse. I felt like V came into her own after the ending. Not that I doubt your abilities, but she'd have to be crazy to willingly submit to him or any man after what she just went through. Anyway, I look forward to see how you make it work I'll play it...once...probably 🤣

@JB. I was playing around with AI music generation, mostly because I wanted a more jazz feel for the club and came up with a couple.  It is only 2:57, not 16.   I also did a softer version, thinking more of Magnolia but didn't want to get too far into copyright issues (so it isn't her voice).  Also, the "molten glow" was supposed to be "golden glow", but hey, it was free.

Hi @JB..  I wanted to post a link for you and the rest of the NR community of a Bodyslide conversion I did.  Most of the reason I did is because I keep coming back to FO4 for updates of NR.  I use FG and one of the things that always bothered me was that the High Heel conversion of the Lazman Female Outfit replacer had CBBE bodies in almost all of the bodyslide files.  I did a manual conversion of them ALL(130 outfits) and posted on Nexus today.  So now for all the FG users out here, no more messed up boob wrinkles and getting a CBBE body when you equip any vanilla clothing and working HHS.

Say hello to working high heeled versions of the Feathered Dress and Lucy in one of the outfits too. The dress one took 2 hours because the feathers kept messing up and having infinite stretch, but the rest were 10-15 mins each to convert.  I also use a mod called NPC's change clothes, so here is my girl in my current game talking to Lucy during Lucy in the Sky.   She changes into the NR clothing when she gets to the studio though.image.thumb.png.92d52704e16e972dbe8c9c4afc8b133d.png

Nah, there is no way to justify Vindemiatrix putting up with the Overboss. 

 

Slaver' story mode is already over. And yes you did get the true ending. 

 

What I'm going to do is more missions for Nora in “free mode”, it's a mode where the slavers let you go on your own wherever you want as long as you gather the necessary caps. Currently Nora can visit gunner camps, mutants, other raider camps, farms. But it's basically a prostitution mode. Users threw out a lot of great ideas to give it more variety.

 

I will also make a content in Nuka World, with the original Colter. This mode will be blocked if you have Nuka Ride installed, so little by little Slavers will be separated from NR.

 

Slavers story, I won't touch that anymore.
