I see. You have to use only CWSS or B.Y.O.P. (I'm talking about the Nuka Ride patches). Just one of them. 

 

Second, these two patches have to go under Nuka Ride World Patch. You have it backwards.

 

Load order IS specific and should look like so;

 

Nuka Ride.esp

Nuka Ride World Patch.esp

Nuka Ride CWSS WORLD Patch.esp

and or

Nuka Ride BYOP WORLD Patch.esp

 

Don't ask me why, but yes, these mods do affect Corsican.

I presume that some mod is modifying her behavior. Usually NPCs don't want to talk because they are in combat mode. So a mod that “improves” the AI as is often advertised, really just makes the picture worse. But there are so many mods that would be doing things I can't even imagine.

 

Isabella is already there. The quest has already started internally. Write this to continue it.

Great, now i have another problem when im expected to wait for contract to surgery but Maxton never sent message. I know exactly the point where i fucked the game up with mods causing this bs.. but it's too far to go back now.

KELLOG. Many mods are altering the fate of Kellog in the vanilla main storyline in the CommonWealth : you can knock and kidnap him (i did that with my Agent 47), you can also have a peacefull solution at Fort Hagen where you are able to recruit him as companion (photos 1 & 2). After becoming the Institute leader, after found a peacefull ending between the major factions (Railroad / Minutemen / BoS and Institute), Sammy is back in the NR-Norita route. Weird moment when she met again her dismissed follower (photos 3,4 & 5).

What i suggesting @JB., is to add new MCM settings in the next updates, and accordingly different dialogues/events. Kind of "You again Kellog !", "Don't ask any questions and let's take cares of your guest...". I know it's might be complicated to rewrite some scenes and dialogues, i just ask you to think about this. Regards.

ALTERNATE START, an alternative of SMU with its pros/cons. This mod was in the initial payload of my Sammy, before adding NR 6.9 : starting as a BoS recruit. I tried my luck (photo 1) and the really game started at the side of Paladin Danse, in an intense battle with ghouls. Intense because i was trying out the combat mods REAL AI & REAL.AI - Untethered . This weaky NUKE didn't survived. I had to resurrect him (photos 2&3), half good surprise, i had the possibilty to join NR quests, but only the Nora's route. As Sammy requires the Norita' route (for Larsen path), i had to swap to SMU Rdx , still in the BoS faction (photo 4). A complete dialogue this time, Sammy will be able to do NR quests as a BoS agent, the pornstar role is an excellent cover. After meeting Dara (photo 5), i went back to the CommonWealth for starting/checking the BoS and BoG quests (no need to go further if NR 6.9 isn't compatible with Outcasts and Remnants / DEPRAVITY & Project Valkyrie ). As planned, i joined the BoS faction (photo 6, where my SMU setting appears in the dialogue) and later i decided to join the Lyons' Pride, Elite Combat Unit within the BoS faction (photo 7). Back in Nuka World, finishing Dara' quest  (photo 8 ) and reaching back my friendly farm in a new mindset ( photos 9, 10 & 11). I'm glad to write NR is compatable with other DLC-sized mods, without major interferences. I ask you @JB.to consider managing ALTERNATE START in the next updates of NR, checking the activities/factions settled (either ALTERNATE START or SMU Rdx) would be a fantastic !

I dunno how many times people will have to point out that NR is meant to be played with its suggested modlist only. Anything else above the mandatory and optional requirements listed in the description are on your own risk.
And, above all - it was stated many times that players should stick to NR Alternate until finish, so they avoid issues with vanilla characters and factions. Most of it applies to base NR and Nora Route, or at least avoiding any major quests and events like the Prydwyn scene.

I'm playing JB's advocate here, so forgive me if I'm rude, but the man has enough work already. :")

Okay I'm on the quest of the Norita route where I have to find the missing Mayor Mcdonugh. After talking to keyshaun, I'm supposed to take a key from Geneva's desk but the desk is locked, needing advanced lockpicking which my character does not have. Its the Quest "Night Fever"

Earlier in a quest, the desk was not locked when I needed to get something for Kellogg.

Earlier in a quest, the desk was not locked when I needed to get something for Kellogg.

That is what I typically do, but I guess if your taking a stand on principals or you don't have a bobby pin then you can use the console:

But I am a klepto, I pick up bobby pins, purified water, stimpaks, and so on in any container/body at any chance even though I never really need it.

I'm not sure if we're thinking about the same objective, “Wait for an update from Maxson” or something like that. That objective will remain for a long time. What you have to do after the Nuka Club is go to Golden Globes and talk to Charlotte, according to the miscellaneous objective.
