I tried my hand on setHairColor, while waiting for luca because i thought it was simple. No such thing as simple with this game 😩. I managed to get it to work but i still need to make the changes persistent.

That's great! Yeah, it's just for the player. 

 

What amazes me is that in ten years, no one thought to expose this to papyrus. Oh, but the fiftieth “GetDistanceBetweenCloudsandSun” ... 😭

@lee3310 I was wondering if changing the type of mouth via papyrus is within the scope of possibility.

I've finished scripting everything, and it's all in the hands of the player's code of honor. Honestly, I'm fine with that, but if it could be scripted someday, that would be cool.

I managed to make the color persist for NPCs too 💯. I sent my function to Luca, but as expected, he also told me that skin color was more complicated.
I will DM you the files if you want to play with it until CPL gets updated.

I've never seen this window before.  Overbite Underbite what the hell !😅 Is it a face part ? i think lips are faceparts. Do you want to change the lips ?

Yes, it's the typical injection to make your lips look fuller. My idea is to change the lip type, but the more I think about it, the better it is to leave it up to the player. There are five types, and I think it's best for everyone to choose the one they want. In my screenshot, Nora has type 2 of the “Full” type.

 

I'm not finding the mouth types in the human race in CK. Full, Pouty, etc. That window is “Character Gen Morphs.” You have to scroll down to the bottom.

This is new to me, looks like morphs not hp. I saw some morph functions so it should be doable. I'll look into it after skin color.

I left you the files on discord to try the color function out. Tell me if there is a problem (safe to remove mid save ofc)

@JB. I lost my old computer and with it my images of the revised motorcycle movie poster.   I also lost the splash page image that you had a year or so ago, it was a girl with a back pack overlooking a futuristic city.  

 

Now that I am back in, I want to change the image of the poster right next to golden globe.   Would you be willing to tell me where you store poster images (looked in meshes, textures, materials, etc.)   Any help would be welcomed.

Sure. They're all in Data/Textures/Nuka Ride/Posters

 

They're dds files, so you can open them with Paint Net, Photoshop, or Gimp.

It's glorious. 😍

 

 

I added a red tint to give a little variety and not limit it to platinum blonde for bimbos. And I like my new selection box (either you let the mod apply the tint or you find the right shade yourself).

After playing the previous installments of Nuka Ride. I saw the update and decided to give it another go. Came out of the vault made it to Dunmore farm, talked to grams and gramps. Went outside to talk with Sophie, Then the farm came under attack by a mister gutsy and two albino radscorpions. Never seen this before, is it something new? All I could do was laugh.

Hey guys! First and foremost: thank you, @JB., so very much for all your work over the years. I really appreciate everything u've done here. It's insanely amazing 

 

I've seen a few other ppl mentioning the issue I've now encountered, but I tested some stuff to no avail. 

The issue I'm referring to is the (NR) Buttplug u get on norita's route not showing at all, mechanics are there and everything it's just never anything visual. Also, I don't know of all the options I should be getting at the bench but nothing helps there either. I've attempted getting rid of armorsmith and awkcr, but nothing changed, most posts were pointing towards those. I just wanted to post here with my loadorder+modlist to check if anyone has any idea. It's sort of messy atm, I've just updated and dumped some stuff on top of profiles I've had for a bit too long now.

It's not the biggest bummer but I'm trying to get the full experience. Cheers!

Yeah but I have no idea what mod is causing it. I created a new MO2 profile and that issue started on the new one.

 

I thought it was a cubemap or SSR issue but disabling those mods didn't fix it.

425 plugins. 323 esp. I'm not sure how the mod can continue to function without imploding. 🤭

 

In any case, I see that ArmorKeywords.esm and ArmorSmith Extended are still installed. Beyond that, I have not been informed of any other incompatibility affecting the buttplug.

Elevenlabs voices for:

 

  • Clint, Ryder's sidekick in Norita's route.
  • Francis, the mercenary's first victim in Norita's route.
  • Chip Morse, for Nora's quest.
  • Keith, the slave who works at Cappy Cafe.
  • Bulldog, while already voiced by Elevenlabs, was missing his voice in Nora's route.
  • Fever had some missing voices during his dance against Adolf in Nora's route.
  • Fixed some distorted Dallas dialogues.
  • Fixed distorted player dialogues.
  • Added other missing voices, such as Norita and Sophie at Solomon's house, the doctor at Seven Bar, and a few others.}
  • The Overboss's lips weren't moving during some dialogue when Norita visited him in Fizztop.
  • And when I finished my tests, I realized that I had forgotten to do a single line of voice for Doctor Hank in Seven Bar  Oh well, for another day.

 

 

  • Since I had to work with these voices, I fixed all of their lip syncs. ☝🏼️ 

 

  • Quests like the approaching fans or the NPCs you can approach during the Seven Bar beer delivery involve too many voices (almost 40), so they're not in my plans.

That is caused by having paralax enabled in your ENB while the texture itself is not. Turn off paralax in your enb and it will be fixed

Yeah, it's a miracle it works (not fully obviously, some stuff has probably been not working for ages without me noticing). 

So, I'm doing a full cleanup. Nothing changed so far, even though I've disabled 60% of the mods already, but I'm still looking into the armor workbench first.

Are these nostrip and visibility options supposed to show in game? I've only ever had an option to tag an item as the overboss' choker or something

You might be onto something. I added those keywords (armor lining, legendary, vaultsuit, railroad) in the last update so that the outfits could be upgraded, but I'm not sure why I put them on the butt plug. “Visibility” should appear as an option, but it doesn't. 

 

 

 

OK, I will remove all the keywords mentioned in the next update. That should solve the problem.

 

You can also do it yourself with F4Edit in the meantime. Only these keywords should remain. When you load your save, you should be able to see the buttplug if you put "visibility" in the armor workbench.

Thanks for the report. It seems that you could reactivate all those mods of yours that you have deactivated.

No, the new update will be called 6.9.1. I just took the opportunity to upload the file with new voices.

 

You see, many people play different parts of the mod, and some let me know where there are still voice glitches/missing voices so that I can continue to correct them.

 

I make the voice files in batches. This latest update brings more than 1,200 updated voice lines. But I can't listen to them one by one to find flaws, I don't have the time. So I'm uploading it online for others to install and let me know if they encounter anything strange worthy of a fix or tweak.

 

 

When I'm sure of the date for 6.9.1, I'll edit the header post.
