I'm not sure how it would fit into the timeline of events, but just an idea on how that could kinda work out and also play into the theme that's been happening between Maxson and Norita, he'd be there for the outfits, which would already be a really tense and awkward moment and somewhere within the scene, and somehow she'd accidentally give him the idea for a date in the first place.  She wouldn't have to necessarily know he's about to do it right exactly now, but she's had a habit of "no matter what I say it only encourages him" happening, and it could also give him a good excuse to leave before Norita, to help with any timeline issues.  

 

Either of these two showing up is going to lead to some funny and uncomfortable moments so either way I look forward to it 🥰

SetHairColor and SetTintSkin are SKSE functions that would be so useful 😫 Dyeing and tanning. I have downloaded all those Papyrus extensions from Nexus, but none of them affect hair colors or skin colors (I have only found ones that change UI colors). 

Well, it all depends on whether the hair color would be important for passing a quest. To be fair, forcing the player to scroll through looksmenu and search for a fitting shade is far from convenient. :")
In that case, I'd rather have another wig that can be quickly put on and taken off, without waiting for a dye to wear off, for example. On top of that, we basically get the look you've intended for a certain quest, like a mandatory hair/outfit combo. So the "limiting" factor would be kinda expected and appropriate.

Well, yes, they're made for a quest. The goal is to impress Cassius, and that's why Norita/Nora has these options available, to look like a bimbo/trophy girl next to the Overboss. But once you've ended that, these elements remain in the game forever. Comments from passersby to occasional comments in future quests. You don't want to wear a wig for the rest of the game.

 

 

It's a limitation in Skyrim (from what I've read in the "Bimbos of Skyrim" thread) and Fallout, but after over a year of mulling it over, I definitely think this is best way. 

 

The quest is in development. Last night I finished the second optional add-on for the bimbos. Tanning.

@JB. I know I misread your plans in my previous suggestion. Will future updates to the Norita questline potentially include more trophy girl stuff? I really liked the former rich brat selling her autonomy angle in the earlier Norita quests and felt a little disappointed by what as saw as the later quests having every character bend over backwards to keep Norita out of any trouble.

 

That said, do what you enjoy, and don't compromise your vision. Even if I can't quite figure it out.

Norita is not planned as someone to be excessively degraded/corrupted. But if you have any examples in mind, feel free to share them. I like the topic, kind of "mind break", but I'm having trouble finding a place for it in this route. 

 

I've always thought of Nora for that kind of thing, emphasizing that she was a lawyer and ends up as a bimbo, bringing out the slut in her, because that's the kind of “devolution” (regression) I like to read about. Physical and mental transformation.

If you want to keep it tame you could add a rival to the harem and they could compete for the Overboss's affection.

 

Obviously the way the Norita route is written the overboss cannot do anything harsh to her, but I think a rival girl could be good as opposition. You could have them play pranks on each other and get each other into embarrassing situations.

 

My main personal issue has been the lack of opposition to Norita, and how OP she is becoming as a character. Sort of felt like she was going from trophy wife to elite agent.

Yeah I looked at Actor.psc and ActorBase.psc from FO4 CK and it wasn't there (it's also not in vanilla Skyrim), I didn't find any reference to it in CommonLibF4 (was looking at alandtse's fork, I know there are a few forks out there).  The Skyrim SKSE code I sent along was more of a reference that maybe someone more versed in engine hacking can run with.  Hopefully it can be done, because this is a pretty cool idea.  Just uh, give us a way to change it back, but it won't really be a big deal for me if you don't.  I am one that doesn't take the surgery, because I like the preset I am using and bigger breasts isn't my thing -- I'll even pass up looking at mods because of it.

 

Anyways I love how you come up with these ideas and want to make it happen.

I'm not sure what you mean by OP in this context. It's like a 20 year old single player game where you can go to the console and literally do anything you want...I think. Or make a mod to do it.

 

The Norita route is mostly a light hearted romance for the most part. 'Winning' isn't the goal as much as enjoying JB's work. But maybe I'm missing something. It happens. 🤷‍♀️

I mean...Atlas was all the degradation for pay my Norita will ever need (and the uncomfortable feeling he may appear again, especially considering the specific vault he mentions is one we know Isabella is from, at least based on the Nora route and what they tell Nora) if that's the kinda thing you're thinking you want more of.  I mean, that guy's presence alone made that anxiety level like just before a jump scare in a movie happen for me, even in the routes where I refuse him, or both, and even though I, as the player, already know exactly what to expect

 

I kinda like that Norita compliments the Nora route, as almost a yin and yang experience.  Nora is basically treated like crap while Norita is idolized, despite both women making almost identical overall choices and even with a Nora who is more willing to accept her role and while equally as bratty also has at least a crush if not being in love with the same person, treating people almost identically, etc.  While Nora does definitely gain a ton of respect as time goes on she still has that "universe is against me" where Norita is like "we will take on the universe"

 

I don't hate the idea of a rival, but I think that already kinda comes into play, slight jealousy with Kali is an option (though I usually play as a more open Norita who may feel envy at times but not jealousy because she more knows who belongs to her...even if he doesn't like to admit it), you also have "competition" so to speak with Isabella and your sister, in a more friendly kinda way.  But to be honest dodging my very nosey grandma is all the embarrassment I could ever need in life XD  I just fail to have any words when questioned about the Market and every time she corners me in awkward times I swear I suddenly become a small child again right along with poor scolded Norita 

 

Ever feel over powered?  Just encounter grandma.  She'll take the power right out of you 😶🤣

As for uncomfortable feeling, helplessness, and utter rage for me? It was that whole stop with William. I was taken completely by surprise. I so expected Music to jump in and stop it.

 

I was legit so mad, it was crazy.

 

I'm not really fond of the idea of a rival. Kinda already have a romance triangle (or some shape) going on here with Harlowe, OB, and Norita. I don't think Dallas and Patty are really romance rivals in this context.

 

But I'll play whatever JB writes...at least once. 😁

Atlas, if you're curious, was (and spoilers are from the last quest, pretty big spoilers so only click if you really have played it all the way through)

the guy in "Not a Ride Without You" who was friends with Nate.  When you head to Tony's workshop you hear them talking.  Later, if Tony sends you to get money from Mrs Nora, Nate is home with Atlast, chatting.  About the war crimes they committed and such.  If you ask for more than you need from Nate, there is an optional scene with Nate.  If you choose to do this, Atlas walks in as you're uh, finishing up, and has you do some....well lets just say this guy would be absolutely perfect in Commonwealth Slavers.  Everything about the whole scene reminded me of that.  Like, the William stuff makes me feel sorta helpless to an extent, but frankly William is a bumbling moron who somehow happens to be a good shot the way that Kells is an excellent drunk but also a fantastic actor.  He is a moron who is pretty selfish, and honestly I already knew Music's personality from the Nora route, so I kinda expected no less from her 😅 and while that scene absolutely gives you a taste of discomfort, Atlas is unnerving.  He makes Maxson seem like a sweetie by comparison.  That dude freaks me out.  Like, if he were real I'd stay far away, while William I kinda just want to smack on the back of the head a bunch lol

 

And the scariest part is he lets it be your choice to do something with him, your choice to turn it down before you really do what he is asking, and even though I know I'd have turned it down (if not for seeing where this goes) the idea of turning it down was scary.  Like as a woman, ho-ly crap...I as the player knew with certainty that nothing terrible was going to happen but the fight or flight instinct feelings, they said saying no is dangerous.  The writing for that was just so exceptional, as was the William stuff don't get me wrong, like, I hated being in that situation but at the same time love and appreciate the existence of those scenes for being able to elicit raw feelings like that.  Creating a visceral response in people observing your art is not easy, and this mod nailed it twice right there on the discomfort scale.  

 

Yeah, I honestly wouldn't know how to reply if I got boxed into a jealousy or romantic rivalry type thing, though like you, I'll play anything he's written at least once 🥰  It's been fun to periodically have some bickering with Sophie, teasing with Isabella and my sis, and I can even kinda feel the thing with Kali with that one comment to an extent.  But I agree, the triangle with Harlowe is so much more interesting to focus on, considering the woman basically lives vicariously through her at this point XD  But I dunno, I just get the feeling that Norita is overall just too...chill, I guess, to be participating in girl fights especially considering she's actively trying to help rebuild relationships because they're in actual mortal danger at the moment.

Honestly I only knew the full thing because I really just wanted to see how it plays out, but I only ever did it the one time, and typically I'm kinda playing as a loyal Norita that has only one weakness, which is Savoy, and usually just flirts with him relentlessly but does nothing about it XD so you make good choices there, just like me if you had no idea about this jerk.   You do hear him talking about the war crimes if you listen in, while heading to Tony's for the first time, and he's chatting with Nate while you do chores if you choose to clean the yard for money for the bikes.  I love that you can bypass this entirely, and also you have two times you can refuse to do anything, too.  There were multiple ways to play almost every single quest and it's been so much fun exploring each of them, but in the end I always prefer my innocent sweetie Norita over my slutty mode bimbo ones any day 🖤they make much better choices with far less consequences to their actions XD

 

Heh.  I'm running out of creative names and now have devolved to using my name and nicknames for new characters and had to move saves for each Norita to their own folder to make room for new playthroughs because having too many Starlights and Snowbunnies is eventually going to become a game of "wait which snowbunny is this, the one that is Larsen obsessed or the nah larsen one".  I had a fun surprise the other day when I started playing and my virgin Norita had dialogue options that suddenly made it clear I was not on the virgin one but the not virgin one and had done a whole quest not realizing my mistake XD

Snowbunny is my favorite one now, but I actually loved the Starlight one so much that I have run into that exact same issue, and it wasn't until JB mentioned Snowbunny for a future Nora quest and I tried it that I fell in love with that one, if for no other reason than the dialogue.  But I still periodically make a new Starlight one!  Ah, a community just like me who uses the same presets over and over and then can't remember which character did what XD

 

I save the others for very specific anti-me types, like Bubbles is overly innocent but still brave, while Jewel is definitely more of a sugar baby averse to hard work and takes the coward routes when possible but most of the time I play the same choices over and over.  You'd think I'd eventually get bored but I have serious ones that's for actually playing the mod like a sane person, and then my fun ones where I do random weird things.  Like.  I wanted to see how many beach balls I could place around NT especially in and around the fountains before I got bored.  I did not get bored, but I did reach 214 beach balls in NT before I had to go to bed and then forgot to come back to it.  Dragging them one by one by hand from Dunmore Farm was the challenge XD But Lyons had one and I wanted to share my fun hobby with all the raiders too XD

You've played it very safe in the prewar 😜, but sooner or later Norita is bound to meet him in the story. I've thought of him as the true final enemy in Norita's story. I don't think he'll appear in Nora's route.

 

I took his face from a “Marcus Phoenix” preset.

 

So I said, what the heck, I'm going to feed Elevenlabs with Marcus' voice and put it on Atlas. The result is kind of weird. It doesn't seem to fit in like the other voices, but I like it.

Everything is optional, and even if you decide to do it, you have the option to remove it in the middle of the quest or at the end. The globals are updated and the NPC comments are also updated as soon as you have made/undone the changes.

 

In my images, my character has not had cosmetic surgery, but she has agreed to dye her hair and get a tan to help the Overboss. I don't think she'll get lip fillers because it would completely ruin her facial features.

 

I also find it amusing to take the completely rebellious route of not accepting any cosmetic help whatsoever and seeing how the Overboss has one of his short circuits. Hair dye? You use it if you want, I'm fine as I am. Tanning? I wouldn't touch that sunbed with a barge pole. Lip fillers? Keep that needle away from my face.

So I said, what the heck, I'm going to feed Elevenlabs with Marcus' voice and put it on Atlas. The result is kind of weird. It doesn't seem to fit in like the other voices, but I like it.

 

 

Everything is optional, and even if you decide to do it, you have the option to remove it in the middle of the quest or at the end. The globals are updated and the NPC comments are also updated as soon as you have made/undone the changes.

 

In my images, my character has not had cosmetic surgery, but she has agreed to dye her hair and get a tan to help the Overboss. I don't think she'll get lip fillers because it would completely ruin her facial features.

 

I also find it amusing to take the completely rebellious route of not accepting any cosmetic help whatsoever and seeing how the Overboss has one of his short circuits. Hair dye? You use it if you want, I'm fine as I am. Tanning? I wouldn't touch that sunbed with a barge pole. Lip fillers? Keep that needle away from my face.

Atlas is worse than maxim. At least he is dead in the war as she sees it. He would make a great enemy tho that deserves to die in pain. My girl avoided that crap she is loyal only to her man. I had to test it out tho so my other character went totally overboard.

Well, since I got something big I was working on out of the way for now, I was going to try a new different route, but now I'm legit scared. 😱

The guy is genuinely the scariest character JB has made in my opinion, and I love that pre-anxiety feeling he brings during an otherwise whimsical and light-hearted quest.  Even in Slavers I saw the worst of the slavers as cruel, mean, abusive, even evil etc but not scary.  This dude is legitimately scary XD  Enjoy, and remember to bring a stuffed animal to cuddle for after, just in case 😶 Don't care how old I am I still bring my Fawkes the fox over when I do this part of the quest 😜

The best dialogues are with the Overboss and during The Studio there's a funny exchange 🖤 It has so many different dialogue options, I love it!

 

So to find him you have to get allllll the way to Not a Ride Without You

After Isabella sends you to go pay for the bikes, you'll walk past Nate on the sidewalk talking to some guy.  That's him.  You can listen in to their conversation, and then when Tony suggests you get money from Mrs Nora, do that.  Ask for any amount except for the 25 you actually need (I like to ask for 200) and accept his offer at the end, and just make sure you do the couple little things Nate asks, and he shall appear from whatever dark void that guy lives in XD

Talking about it makes me want to advance one of my "bimbo" characters who's frankly too naïve to realize she's in danger til it's too late XD she can suffer along with your Norita 🖤 did anyone else just get chills or just me XD

I thought it was JB mocking Nora with the Spicy Cups 🤣 The goodie box was also greatly appreciated (though like Kali the script sadly breaks Bubblegum/Primadona/Hellkitty and Kali Assistant)...and now if you'll excuse me, I have to go on a hunt for green xenos with Nuka Cop Cait 🤯 

 

Side thought JB, any chance we could get the cleaning kits in the Workshop? I was trying to set up a Golden Globes subsidiary in Home Plate to give the DCPD a chance to work out their kinks and thought they'd be handy but couldn't see them.

 

Might be an interesting idea for a quest line too, now I think of it: Give the Pack and Disciples more of a buy-in to Nora's campaign by working with Sullivan to arrange time served for prisoners in exchange for OB's more severe video themes, teach NorSynth to be a Dom or lean into her sub tendencies, corrupt the Mayor to let Dixie do a pet walk around the upper stands, run a fight club in the jail, etc.

I tried my hand on setHairColor, while waiting for luca because i thought it was simple. No such thing as simple with this game 😩. I managed to get it to work but i still need to make the changes persistent.
