nuka world AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

Overboss fix for coming back to nuka world and being downed in Lucy mission worked perfectly, collar still not being spawned and equiped at appartment (Tried unequiping everything PC had on, before entering and talking to Overboss just incase.)

 

I do have one/two issues (they are linked though) and one question. 

 

The issue happens in 3.1.2 and 3.1.3, Visiting the overboss when they tell you to do the poledance, after you do it the quest just ends and you can't talk to any investors or the Overboss.  If you go back to the tatto shop and ask Music to visit the Overboss again, she gives you the outfit and the pop up about tongue piercing happens but the quest doesn't start.  You can keep asking her.  (Tried this on a save before Lucy's mission and after Lucy's mission and it does the same thing.)

 

Nuka club is it actually unlockable in 3.1.3? first time i heard it existed was the pop up window that was added.

You must Spend the night with all the investors, so you can unlock the club, go inside, and find the outfit in a box in the floor with a note.

Doubtful I have it for my female npc's and Nuka ride works great, plus, i don't see how a preset can conflict with the mod and another one can't.

Well, those are hard requirements. The mod won't start if you don't have them. Read carefully the "PLEASE FUCKIN READ ME" which is in the Mega folder.

I did converted them, the thing is:
I made my own custom mashups for some of them, so they may have some issues using the originals, besides, this mod has almost 21,000 downloads! and there's been just 2 requests for Twb conversion, so including me i count 3 people using TWB, i really think is best if you do it yourselfs, it's quick and easy, i have a tutorial for that.

Oh yeah, I'll see that script today. It's not the first time and I still can't quite get why this is happening. I was about to get poledance out of this quest just for this bug. The quest remains in the "Stop" state and is no longer started again.

Are you using aliases on the quest? If they fail to fill due to settings on the reference. Like 'allow disabled' not being checked but the reference is disabled the quest wil fail to (re)start. You can also check if the quest is stopped before it's started again. You can't restart it with .start() if it's already running as I recall.

That's the funny thing. I only use reset () and it works if you do other services (serving drinks, food or drugs). It only happens when the character does her pole dance. I thought it was related to AAF but I have already verified that it is not that. I am going to delete and rewrite the script to see if it is not corrupt.

You are starting the quest after the reset right? The CK wiki says this on the reset() function.

"Resets the quest back to stage 0, clear all aliases, and is the only way to utilize the quest option "Allow repeated stages". It does not put the quest back into a running state, and does not refill any aliases."

 

If it works on other quests and you are doing the same, my guess is it's an alias fill problem.

the samething happend to my charecter with Music she wont talk to me anymore and when i sit in the chair she doesnt come to it the quest marker points to the chair

Gamarandi says that he doesn't put anything on his girl in the apartment, but he does in that scene.

 

PS: From the moment Bulldog kidnaps you, he forces you some handcuffs. Did that work for you?

Ah SHIT, I know what's up with the fucking poledancing for the VIPs.

Yeah, @naaitsab  is right that they are aliases.

When you start pole dancing, I call another quest that makes the VIPS go with you to see you dance. That quest reserves the VIPS aliases and does not release them anymore, causing the Overboss quest to fail to fill aliases after reset()

 

The fix for tonight, though.

Overboss offer done it both ways a few times because of the issue of OB not returning to NW and always got a collar when choosing the perk.  And Bulldog stuff yeah handcuffs worked in it.  Williams quest with collar worked as well, along with the shocks.

 

I did notice with 3.1.3 there was no pop up for the shock failed because of no collar error.

 

Edit: Noticed in FO4Edit the Overboss has two different greetings for the appartment scene, could there be an issue there?  Like one is giving the collar and the other isn't.

Okay, it is" all messed up" time again, at some point in between installing/uninstalling/updating somehow my pc forgot it is strongly recommended to take of her dress before getting into action, so to say, just to avoid having to iron again and again. ?

Means as soon as I feel to re-install AAF/Animations/Ulfberto etc. . always look on the bright side of life...?

BUT:

 

* If you win Lucy in The Sky, the Overboss is unavailable for its repeatable mission. This is quite an annoying bug. I have corrected it, but for it to be corrected in your game, it is necessary to load a SAVE before reporting to Charlotte. When you report to finish the Quest Lucy in The Sky, she will run the fix.

BUT 2:

Poledance for VIPs is not working properly. Wait for version 3.1.4 that I will upload tonight.

I don't use any patch right now, but I understand that Ulfbert has an option in his FOMOD (optional) where certain garments stay during AAF and others are unequipped. This seems to conflict with Nuka Ride and mods of that style (like Easy Girl, VTAW, etc).

No, he greets you depending on what you did with the Nuka World protectron. He basically calls you "dog fucker" if you chose the option to film with the dog, and he says "bitch" if you just danced.

 

Well, I have everything prepared including the collar thing and the pole dance thing. The Overboss will put it on you in the same way that Williams puts you or that Bulldog puts the handcuffs on you: through stages, not through dialogue. In practice the player does not notice that, it is all behind the scenes. 

 

I'll test it when I have time before uploading it. If there is any lucky person who has time, I will leave it here. 

 

I can do fixes from here, but I can't test it ingame.

Fixed an issue when dancing for the VIPs during the repeatable Overboss mission. However (again) you need to load a save before the poledance bug happened to you

The Overboss will force a collar on you in the apartment, via Stage, not via dialogue. In other words, he will put a collar on you in the same way that William did. Let's see if this will solve the problem of the collar forever.

A save where you already came back from the Atoms Cat Garage is fine. At that point no one should have started the mission to visit the Overboss.

 

Basically you need to load a save before the poledance bug happened to you

Thanks a million, JB., That did the trick...for the first time ever (i.e. when I installed the latest UAP hotfix) I had checked the box for "better partial stripping" - though I do not use it, should clean my glasses more often obviously. ?
