The photo is interesting. Do you have AAF Spectator? Could you try again but without that mod? Because Maxson "is there" but in invisible mode, that is, disabled. You shouldn't be able to see it.

 

Make sure you don't have a patch or other version that I once passed you privately. It's not normal for that mission not to progress after a random AAF cutscene with the Overboss.

If you enter this value on console, the game will interpret that you have already done 1 mule mission (in order to do the Overboss mission). And if you put 5, Nisha will give you the scooter.

Just started "Lucy in the Sky" and Bulldog has the PC caged and heads off to show the tape, but he seems to never come back.  What is the wait time for him to return?

There should be a fade to black screen after a few seconds, if possible reload an earlier save and try again, don't know your computer's specs but from personal experience if I am running too many apps it usually eats up memory so a computer restart might sometimes fix the problem, otherwise keep trying with an earlier save.

I got the fade the black but he never came back, so I did reload to point before, holding off for a bit before retiring, thanks for confirming its not a time wait thing.     

PC spec wise I'm fine AMD 5950X, 64GB ram and dual RX 6900XT cards

That quest chain is notorious to break at various spots. If you have any follower mods remove them during that quest for some reason any follower mod will cause alot of issues during that change. No one knows why but it happens. Also make sure nukaride is very high up your loadorder.

I do have spectators, but Maxson was there since the moment i arrived, he didn't just showed out for the scene, his not that voyeur... saddly.

I fully removed the mod on every update, this is one of the few mods i use the NMM manager for.

@JB Did you make any changes to the william scene at the garage in 4.0.3 ? I started a new game this morning and he just repeats his first bit of dialogue then dialogue ends. If you talk to him again he just repeats himself.

i had a problem where he kept dying inexplicably, Check he's not dead on the floor. If he is, try clicking on him and using the resurrect command in the console to pick his dumb ass back up.

He disappears - actually returns to the Prydwen - when Music hands you her clothes. You're not skipping stages, are you?

Yeah might have just be a fluke. The run I did yesterday worked perfectly every single quest. Tried out the vault girl quest you are working on that looks promising was fun.

I don't think so, cause:

In the last version he wasn't there and it is the same saved game.

I typed the commands you let in the update notice

Already finished everything included on the last version, including music's quest

 

Anyway if nobody else has this issue I'll just test it in  new game as soon as I finish this one, or from an old save...

I just looked and it's basically this:

 

The raider leaves.
you close your eyes
black screen
you open your eyes
Your character is sitting inside the cage
You get a notification that you barely slept
the raider returns

Pick up lines from guards, raiders, and repeatable quests of paying respect to Mason, Overboss, visiting Vadim, the VIP party and filming movies require you to wear an outfit with the keyword.

Well....I am not seeing a new mission with Music....I have done the dog walk several times and she never comes into play...go to overboss....do one of the scenes there...take the dog for a walk....go to market...get dog food and dinner supplies....go to  bench and do the scene with Shank....from there go to the movie theater and do the scene there....next on to the Overboss and cook him dinner....wash his clothes....do a scene.....give overboss his clothes....this all works flawlessly for me....where is Music supposed to fit into this.

That's exactly what happened to me, I had strong as a companion but dismissed him before going to Colter

Have you recruited Cito yet? That makes Safari available, otherwise the Walking Lyon quest skips the option to say hello to Music.

 

But it is a small mission with a consequence and little else.

 

The moment you say goodbye to Shank (whatever you have done with him), you must talk to the dog. And he decides whether to go to the theater or first say hello to Music.

 

He decides that based on whether the Safari is claimed or not.
