Why would you do that?  Components can update independently and still be compatible with other components.  It's not like the components of this mod conflict with each other, so your not even saving space.

 

Just to add to this, when JB drops the next major update -- it's not unusual for him to bang out a bunch of bug fix releases just to the main mod and voices/random menus/bodyslides change at a much slow pace.

Sure, it's the same thing I already do in the Nuka Club and the Strip Club. But the mansion will be something more exclusive; I don't know if I'll put in something like a dance floor.

There where two main Nuka ride files. Should those also be separate or are those supposed to be merged?

LOL, I thought you were talking about another mod and couldn't figure out what MM2 was.  You just download the files, and drag them into the download panel or mod panel.  I usually drag them in the download panel and install from there.

I keep everything separate.  There should be 2 main files which are the mod itself, and then bodyslide for the female body.  The main mod is what I would consider "Nuka Ride 6.9.5k.7z".  The bodyslide files rarely change.  Just take a look at the dates on the files there, CBBE/FG haven't changed in almost 9 months.  And there is at least 2 optional files that I would consider necessary (male bodyslides and voices).

 

You can certainly merge them, but pretty sure you will end up un-merging them as things change (or reinstalling all the components on the next update and merging them again).  I only merge mods in MO2 if it is clearly a patch update, such as EasyGirl 5.01 and 5.01B.  Keep in mind sometimes in a full release of a mod things are supposed to be removed, and that can't happen unless you re-install & re-merge all the components, but if you keep them separate all you have to do is install the new version and untick the old version.

 

Using Commonwealth Slavers as an example, I usually install each mod/update with it's version in the name, here I have 2.8.4e, 2.8.7, 2.8.7e.  It also makes it very very simple to rollback if you run into a problem with the update.

 

Once things are stable, I'll go back and remove the old mods.

A few questions actually:

1. I sometimes still see parts of clothing where the textures are bright pink eg the odd collar or Kali's overcoat. I'm pretty sure I have the clothes, I'm guessing a load order issue? What are the names of these clothes mods and where do I put them?

2. Rarely I have the odd sex scene where nothing happens and they just stand there eg Wedge in the bathroom. 99% is fine. What could be the issue?

3. I did the surgery (I guess I had to) But i don't really want my boobs that big. In the MCM it seems the lowest size is 5. Any way to reverse the effects?

4. In sanctuary chores etc I'm in a school uniform, everyone says 'wow, your boobs are great but they look flat. I'm guessing bodyslide issue but I did a batch build but nothing changed, am I missing something?

1- You're missing TRS outfits. Double check. 

2-Probably missing "BP70 Animations", double check. 

3-Surgery is not mandatory, you could reject it. You should reload a save and reject it when the Overboss propose it at the start of "Dolled  Up".  I think the mod is pretty clear about that choice.

4-No, I can't measure breasts constantly and tailoring comments to size; it's insane. NPC only comment on your size if you've had surgery, and nothing else. They won't comment if you haven't.

The quest "Not a Ride..." in Sanctuary cannot be skipped. With or without surgery. It only slightly changes how you get there.

 

I'm not sure what to tell you about the outfits. Make sure you have the correct version, CBBE or FG, and check the build morph box.
