I removed BD for testing and it stopped...

Put it back in and it started again.

 

I'm also getting LE's that point to BD but it seems fishy to me.

Although I had the same error yesterday before updating BD and after updating game

This is an EA bug still present in the game (or I have a mod causing it).

It was a cactus last year afaik.
